[Q]3G won't work for me with cyanogenmod 7

For some reason is 3g not working. My apn settings are correct. Does sombody know why? I can't life without 3g
Please help me because i love Cyanogenmod!

No, I flashed cynogenmod and filled in the apn settings and it doesnt work at all. The next day i flashed Coderom V2BX or somthing like that and 3g works

did you put "internet" under APN type?? If that the case keep it blank..

Yes i had put Internet under apn type

Keep it blank... it should solve the problem.. it worked for me anyway.. so just give it a try..

I will flash cyanogenmod again and check if it works!

i try but can't save the setting "Attention the APN cannot be empty"

Yoe must fill in the APN and leave The APN TYPE blank

Hi Bro this is very common problem... due to the fact you are flashing your cellphone with rom that maybe is from europe, you will need to get the modem from your country and flash the modem trough "ODIN" ,it works for me so eveytime i Use a rom from any developer from any country i just flash the modem with odin and wuala start working the 3g and hdsp+ connection do a little bit of search i will try to upload the files if you need help with that.... Do a little bit of search and this only flash the modem so it will not change any settings on your phone...

Network not available

Hello. I'm having some issues with my device. For some reason my phone shows full signal and if I try to make a call it says that the network is not available and i have to reboot to work again. I tried many versions of clockwork mod and many roms and the problem exist. Does anyone know something about it? thank you

Its possible you are on the wrong Network, some network providers belong to the same group as such your phone may be getting signals from their sister network and not from the network your sim originates from
check menu> settings> wireless and network > mobile networks > and select the correct network , if its on another

Samsung is using Modem, cant tell what is the best one but this thread should help

no network signal

Hi, today I installed [ROM][4.3.1] CyanogenMod 10.2 20131101 [ONLY ONE FULLY WORKING & BUGFREE] but i can't call becouse network doesn't work!
I'm italian and i use a H3G (Three) network.

Before doing something, make a nandroid backup & then flash this baseband.

I think that's not the problem, should improve the signal reception, I've tried and I can only call at certain points in the city, out of town does not detect the network.

Yes, you're right. This is a known bug in maclaw's & oliver's roms, but maybe it works for him, nothing to lose, just need to try it.

I tried the XXAMG4 baseband but doesn't work...
I don't know where to download the XXAMJ1. Someone have the link?

No network/data bug still exists also for me, I use an S3 mini H3g with a WIND ITALIA SIM.
I've just tried to change my baseband with AMG4 nothing change, also now I've random reboot when I'm on GMS/WCDMA or GMS network :/

For "no signal issue" try this.

had the same issue, I tried XXAMg4, XXAMJ1 and it worked for me.

Yes, simply flash it & then reboot twice, because first time, phone will be very laggy

I flashed CM 10 by naresh babu( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2715958 ) and i have not been able to use mobile data since i cannot save the apn-access point name. has anyone used the mobile internet from this rom? if so pls tell. Any help is much appreciated.

Problem with the EFS folder?
strange, but yesterday, i wasnt able to use data for the whole day. when my battery drained out and switched off, i connected the charger to switch it back on, and guess what it was working. even this could be a solution, or i just got lucky..

Ok go to settings and look for mobile network or sim cards. If founded go to the option that said access point name click that. It should said att nextgenphone if not look for it and press it.

It Worked . Thanks a lot .

I upgraded to version MIUI 8.5.2 and now get in About Phone - Status - Sim Status :
For Cellular network type : HSPA : I need for GSM another one , but it greyed out and for cellular network state : Disconnected : Greyed out .
Help !!!
