Anyone can help to increase the speaker phone Volume

The speaker phone volume is so low that I cannot hear people's speaking in open area. Does anyone know how to tweak it to make the speaker phone volume acceptable? Strange, for music and ringtone, the speaker volume is OK, For phone call with speaker enable, the sound is totally unacceptable.

[Q] Sound problem

I have had my phone for about 3 months now and i have noticed it is quiet in everything including when it is ringing and when i receive a text. But if i make a call and put it on loud speaker and then end the call it sometimes stays very loud, so everything is louder. It goes back to normal when i reboot the phone. So now i know my phone is not normally on max volume although it says it is in the settings. how can i turn my phone to max volume or is there something wrong with my phone?

Incoming call volume weak.

I noticied my z3c have very weak volume when i have incoming calls. My speaker are working good because when i hear music from apps the sound is perfect.
When i try volume in call settings its sound much better then the incoming calls i really don't know why. I have never doing the waterproof test. Is this software or hardware problems? Thx

Same Problem
I've the same problem since nearly 2 weeks. There was an OTA Update (I have buildnr 23.4.A.1.264) but I'm not sure if the problem exists since that.
Can someone help?

Xiaomi MI 5 volume too loud for voice calls when wearing headphones.

Anyone else finding that no matter what type of headphones you plug in when making and receiving calls the minimum volume is still too loud. It is so loud that I got a ringing in my ears after trying for the first time! Presently I am not able to wear headphones for voice calls which is a problem when I am trying to use the phone for hands free when in a conference call. Interestingly the volume is fine for media use. Anyone get any ideas of how to lower the voice call volume level?
I have found this with my Redmi Note 4. There's nothing you can do without a rooted phone by the looks. I've contact Xiaomi support and they say the minimum volume is set by design. Well its a painful volume level with their own bloody headsets. Will be rooting and changing the config else i'll be looking for another phone.

Switching to speaker in call - low volume

Hey All,
Does anyone else have an issue while during a phone call if you witch to speakerphone the volume stays low?
It gets barely louder when I flip it off handset volume to speaker. This didn't always happen, maybe over the past month or 2. I've got all updates, I've reset the phone, not sure if it does it in the middle of a call of if it happens right away as I mostly notice it when I set my phone down mid call and flip to speaker ... I crank the volume, the speaker does change but it's very quiet.
At a loss on what to do here, I've gone through all the volume settings while on call and nothing makes it louder when on speaker so unfortunately end up flipping back to in call so I can hear the other person.
