Hi,
Im trying to flash a 3rd party rom, with no success so far.
Unlocked BL, got to TWRP from fastboot,
tried to boot slot A and reboot bootloader then go again to TWRP with no success - still on slot B.
Then said "duck it" and tried to flash on whatever slot with no success.
Then tried flashing TWRP with no success (stock on TWRP logo).
So far I couldnt follow any guide because I cant get ADB to see my phone.
Still on stock :\

I followed all of the instructions in the Nexus 6 Guide to unlock, root and flash a custom recovery.
I was trying to sideload a rom into my phone and was doing advanced wipe in TWRP. I accidentally choose system thinking it would be fine since I am flashing a new rom anyway.
I think I force shut down the phone and now it just stays and hangs on the google logo. I can only get into the bootloader/fastboot. When I try getting into TWRP recovery it just flashes for a second and then attempts to reboot.
I figure I should try flashing a rom via adb bootloader/fastboot but I attempted a few times and failed. Can someone help walk me through this?
Edit: I can access TWRP recovery now... I tried doing sideload several more times but for some reason I keep getting loading rom.zip cannot read rom.zip
Well i going to geuss you know to to get to recovery though bootloader thought your phone
But your phone is semi Bricked
You can download wugs toolkit
And i will show unroot/flash stock you will click bootloop/ bricked and go though the steps
And it will download the stock software and reovery and go though the steps you will be fine
If you want use the same toolkit and root and install twrp again
Do you use a USB otg drive? If you don't you can send a rom to twrp using some commands.
Try to redownload the ROM that won't work and put it on the phone via a USB otg drive or using your pc and don't forgot gaps.
If you're not, use the WUG toolkit to reflash the stock ROM. Then you can use that to flash your new ROM
Unless im missing somethimg, why not just flash the factory image through fastboot and start over?
Like mentioned above, or just flash TWRP in fastboot. Then boot into TWRP, and flash ROM.
Few days ago I tried to root Moto X using Kingroot Method. I followed also Steps but when I rebooted my phone, it was booting only in Fastboot an Recovery. I thought it went into bootloops so I was trying to flash TWRP recovery but it gave me error as mentioned in Image 1 (attached). so I went to service center. People over there did something nd told me that partitions are broken so will have to change the motherboard.
I didn't agree with them and again tried to flash TWRP recovery but now m getting different error (Attached - Image 2). nd I think people at service were right.
so my questions are is there any chance to flash anything to device now?? or changing the motherboard is the only option available???
I am able to access only fastboot. nothing other than that not even custom recovery.
You need to flash the recovery while in fastboot and the first image shows that you're in the stock recovery
3nd image shows nothing really, but that you're in fastboot. Try flashing twrp while in fastboot. Plenty of info here.
Thnx for ur reply....Successfully flashed TWRP and ROM....
Hello;
i've got a moto xt1068; suck on bootloader unlocked message
i tried flashing it a few times, with success but it still suck on bootloader.
i flashed twrp but cant boot to it; unless i do:
fastboot boot recovery.img
Thank you.
This was after unlocking boot-loader or flashing custom ROM ?
I remember facing this issue when i rooted device 1st time ...
to resolve this i followed this steps;
1. Unlocked boot-loader
2. Flashed twrp
Now instead of restarting the device, i used to go straight away to recovery ...

Click to collapse
Nothing changes; it still just stock recovery
i can boot to twrp using the fastboot boot twrp.img
but i get an error 7 installing the zip.
also; i use twrp to connect the phone; delete files from internal storage; but when i reboot i find it there; memory protected somehow? weird.
My device is bootloader unlocked not rooted
while trying to root i accidentally flashed twrp which made it always booting to twrp i wiped, formated using twrp to get my device back (iam a beginner and my first day on fastboot)
then i tried flashing different boot.img files to boot into android but none worked
then tried to flash stockrom using mi flash tool but it is showing error no such partition
please help me get back my phone please
Try this / these methods and report back:

Edit: Also, from memory, TWRP has boot fix and factory reset options - you can try those first.
So I successfully unlocked my bootloader and flashed custom ROM and recovery, first boot it was okay, I was able to setup Android and installed apps, now when I rebooted it, it only boots to recovery. Phone can still be detected by my PC, can also get detected in fastboot when in bootloader. So I think there's really a workaround for this I just didn't know how and I am now hesitant to follow web tutorials if it isn't an official forum just like this.
Things I already did:
Reinstall ROM
Reflashed custom recovery
Cleared Data/Dalvik/Cache
Factory Reset
Flash the stock firmware by SP Flash Tool, it'll help to revert back to stock and stop boot loop!
