Simple, just remove or move libGLES_android.so from system/lib/egl to somewhere else from that folder in case if your system gets unstable while working with 3D app. Tested with Quadrant Advanced, got 60+ fps on 3D Planet test.
In Knzo kernel it was deleted.
I don't know if 3D games get this ecstasy too, share your experience here
If your 3d app can't start, use chainfire3d to emulate the driver.

well..I am starting to think, that this is LG´s major customer care policy
This was android's software driver by the way. Not just LG, all android phones with PoverVR has it if I'm correct. We discussed it in Knzo kernel thread for more infos as to why. Happy tweaking everyone.
It's not just with LG Black, this also works with other devices with PowerVR SGX 5xx.
Explanation by me here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18667191&postcount=128
i think this thread is very useful, i wonder whether it is useful to use in stock rom.
Moreover, i suggest this thread should be reply in this format for success use of the mod.
1.system testing: CM7/NOVA/Stock
2.game tested: (name of the game)
3. overclock: yes/no
at the moment, i use stock rom with root, but the method seems dont have any improvement. however, it may due to the game i tested,
mega jump
cookie dozer
coin private
i think all of them are 2D only, so it doesn't help at all. cookie dozer is still very LAG!!
Helpful. Thanks for threading it and also thanks to knzo.

Hi
With CM7 and knzo's kernel with InteractiveX governor I get around 1800 in qadrant. Is this ok? Should it higher?
I saw that a lot of people don't know how to install Mike's ICS on the right way, so I decided to write a short tutorial that will explain all that you need to do.
So, first thing that you need to do is download Mikes ICS Beta 4 and put it on your SD card. Also you need to download App Fix. Al that can be find on his website. -> http://mikegapinski.androidus.xaa.pl
Link for Beta 4 -> http://adf.ly/4ePNQ
Link for App Fix -> http://adf.ly/4ePKj
Download that and put in on you SD card.
Next, download Mur4ik's tool for resizing partitions. -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1171531
Now put your phone in fastboot mode and connect it with PC.
System partition for Beta 4 must be at least 200 MB.
So set System size to 200, then click on Save new bootloader, and then on Flash new bootloader.
When it's done click on Wipe Data.
When that is done click on Reboot device, and when you se that your device is rebooting hold HOME and POWER button to reboot in recovery.
Now, go to Install zip from SD card -> Choose zip from SD card, and then find ICS ROM zip file and flash it.
When it is done reboot your device. Now you have ICS installed
BUGS ON ROM
Well, it is Beta 4, so some things can't be fixed manually. But some can
Fixing some apps
To fix app like Facebook you need to install App Fix that you have downloaded earlier. Install it trough recovery and then reboot. Now Facebook app is working
Fixing Deep Sleep
Deep sleep will work only in Airplane mode, but you can make it work in normal mode if you enable Airplane mode couple of times. Dont know why and how but it works for me now and I used this method My CPU governers are 320-600 MHz and ondemand.
Fixing Video
To fix Video you need to use MX Video Player and download MX Video Player ARMv6 VFP Codec.
You can download both from the Market
Codec can be downloaded for free on Market
MX Video Player link -> https://market.android.com/details?...SwxLDEsImNvbS5teHRlY2gudmlkZW9wbGF5ZXIuYWQiXQ..
MX Video Player ARMv6 VTP Codec link -> https://market.android.com/details?...sMSwxLDEsImNvbS5teHRlY2guZmZtcGVnLnY2X3ZmcCJd
Thanks to ssik there is another player that can be used for watching video. It is BSPlayer Lite!
BSPlayer Lite link -> https://market.android.com/details?...DEsImNvbS5ic3BsYXllci5ic3BhbmRyb2lkLmZyZWUiXQ..

HOW TO
Get more free RAM and better speed
Well, you can use overclock, but if you do battery life will be more shorter.
I recommend you to download RAM Manager and enable option Hard Multitasking.
This will have no affect on battery life, but you will have more free RAM and phone will run faster.
RAM Manager Free -> https://market.android.com/details?...WFydHByb2plY3RzLlJBTU9wdGltaXphdGlvbkZyZWUiXQ..
RAM Manager Pro -> https://market.android.com/details?...9tLnNtYXJ0cHJvamVjdHMuUkFNT3B0aW1pemF0aW9uIl0.
That is it, if you now how to fix something else you can post it or PM me.

Would love to know what magic you used to get deep sleep to work my phones just not having any of it, But i have noticed in Airplane mode Deep sleep seems to kick in faster when using Ondemand Governers rather than smartarss wever that has something to do with it or not pfft (crosses for a quick fix)

Make sure (if on windows 7) run the bootloader tool as admin
and aslong as the next beta isnt massive then you shouldnt have to change the system partition

Root.bat keeps closing
I follow the procedure (ignoring step 1), and then get to the step where I have to click root.bat
The following message is on the display:
"Now send the package you want to apply
to the device with "adb sideload <filename>..."
I just double click on root.bat , and it opens and says it is doing adb sideload etc etc
It then says daemon started successfully before closing rapidly. (sometimes I am sure I can see "error ..." something, flash up just as it closes)
Would be really grateful for some help. Once closed, it won't open again, just keeps closing, and my phone is just stuck on the adb sideload screen.
Thank you for any help!

Please guys help me! I dont like any JB based ROMS. I prefer having a KK or LP ROM, but all of them are extremly laggy! Everytime I install a new ROM it looks like I finally found a flying ROM. Great! As @flash said use kernel auditor, greenify and apply those settings.

That is a great solution.
Actually our phone suffers from lack of ram (poor ram management too) as compared to other 1Gb ram phones. It's because we have a high performing chipset and 1Gb ram is not enough for it specially the Adreno 320 GPU.
I mean it doesn't let us do multitasking.
And one more problem is less read & write speed of internal memory.
@akashsaini7
Maybe I should decrease the CPU and GPU speed in order to make the RAM less heated?

Bro even though you manage to bypass the minimum requirements to play the game its gonna lag like hell.
I'm using the 2gb variant with lineage os and i use gfx tool to reduce the graphics , in my phone 1 GB is reserved by system process and another 1GB is exclusively for pubg , the minimum ram required to play pubg at least little smoothly is 1.2 GB and your ram itself is 1GB and the system process is gonna hog everything
My suggestion for you is if your gonna try the little experiment by tweaking the ram storage using gl tool and you succeed, my recommendation is you change the rom to lineage os make sure you don't install gapps (Google apps) nor any other app , make sure your phone is rooted and download airfrozen from play store and block all the apps except system from running in background and run the game using gfx tool from playstore and run in absolute low graphics
