That's crazy you have the GM1917 and received it tonight. I have the GM1915 (T-Mobile) that I converted to running OOS 9.5.4 and I received the OTA to 9.5.6 two nights ago.
That is weird. At least it came.

Look in the Verizon issue thread. There is a link to the whole zip from Sunday

is it safe to update to OP7pro_02_BETA_18
I come from samsung galaxy phone finaly made the change.
I like that I can use the hotspot without needing to root.
only missing this is the adblock you get when rooting.
anyway any reason not to update to the latest version of the phone software?
only thing keeping me from rooting is my bank apps may not work. If i root can I go back to stock without issue?

Just as the title says. It is 574.05MB Software version 3.04.651.2. Go and get it. I was hoping someone in our fine community had this rooted already.
Got mine in KY earlier today, haven't had a chance to play around with it as of yet.

I was also hoping someone has a root method for this! It's available in St. Louis, MO for anyone interested in downloading the update. It's being pushed to the phones but if it hasn't hit yours yet you can manually update it ota!

What you think of it? I'm kinda holding on update just to see if anyone has it where it can be rooted. Just got mine swapped and want it rooted again lol

i haven't try it yet i have to install stock rom because right now im using my own version of sense 5 beta that i was going to post in few days now i have to start over again with this new update =[
Not talking about links to do it yourself. I'm talking about the update being pushed to your phone.
My Nexus 6 is on AT&T (LMY48M), and I haven't received the update yet.
AT&T will be a little slow bro, you'll have to flash factory if you want it now! I am downloading as we speak.

Mine's the factory unlocked version. I'm just using it on AT&T. I think I'll be fine
Also, both my Nexus 7 and Nexus 9 have not received the OTA update as well.
Anyone have a link or info on getting the One UI update for the note 8 on Verizon by chance.

Once it's released I'm sure there will be links to the firmware here, and it will also get pushed to your phone through OTA.

Thanks. Great appreciated. I just thought someone might have a link already. I don't want to root this device and tired of waiting. Lol.

Unless you're on REALLY old firmware, like a year old, you can't root it anyway.
And no one has a link, because it hasn't been released yet.
And there isn't Verizon-specific firmware. That ended with Oreo when Samsung introduced BYOD firmware to the Note 8 firmware. Now all carriers push the same exact firmware.
I haven't seen any mention of it yet, but got it this morning

Duplicate thread closed.
I can't receive updates since android 10 update..
I haven't received any update since 2 months
You need to provide a little more info. What carrier..what build number. Are you saying you haven't received Android 10?

I already have android 10, the build number is N960FXXU4DSLB. I am not sure what is my carrier but I live in Egypt.. how could I know my carrier!?
I live in United States but I checked for you it looks like your device is on the latest firmware for your model. Just go to Sammobile or Frija and flash firmware with Odin if its nor updating. I have no idea who your carrier is check 960F thread. Sorry
