Kaiser Won't Boot

Hi, I last used my Kaiser on saturday. On sunday I didn't use it at all, and I didn't recall charging it, though it was still on.
I woke up this morning, and realized that the phone was off. I tried to turn it on, but it wouldn't. Finally, when I charged i plugged it into my computers USB port, and then it "woke" up.
It starts the booting process, gets to the screen where HTC and tricolor codes appear, then restarts. At times it gets to the Windows screen, and indicates that it is going into a safe mode, but doesn't complete the process.
What might be going on? Worst of all the LCD is cracked, making it very difficult to see whats going on.
any thoughts....beyond doing a hard reset?
thanks - Manny
strangely, after charging it a bit, it loaded successfully.
Thanks for any interest !!
rgds, Manny

ipaq 6510 - not starting up- hlp ?

hi,
I have a ipaq 6510 that was not use for a while. I put it to recharge a whole night, but what I get is just a blinking startup screen (that one with the hp logo and the 1.40 somethign version ...)- it's coming on for 1-2 seconds, and going off again ...
I've tried now just with the charger, without the battery, and it's showing me that the device has power, but I can't start it up.
I also tried soft/hard reset.
can anyone help ?
- I got it in bootloader mode, and after that somehow it started up
I will come back later with details if everything is working fine
If the battery voltage drops below 3.2V it will not be possible to charg the device.
go to a gsm repair shop and ask them to charge your battery.

[Q] HTC One won't charge when on.. Heat Damage?

Hello,
So I discovered a bad problem with my HTC One. I was using my phone in the car before it died. When I got home, I immediately went to put my phone on charge. Everything was looking ok. Phone tried to turn on. The lightning symbol showed up before going to the charging animation. That's where I have my problem. The battery animation will completely fill up green once and then the phone shuts off. And the whole process starts over. It still charges, but it takes forever this way. So when I finally have enough power to turn the phone on, the charger doesn't work at all when it's on. When my phone is on and I turn it off so it can charge the battery goes straight back to zero. Really annoying.
I've tried multiple chargers. Using the wall and my laptop, but all the same result. My laptop can't recognize the device either. I'm completely stock. No root, S-on, never messed with bootloader, just a stock HTC One. I should also add that I was coming back from the beach and I had my phone in a bag under some towels. The phone never got wet or anything. Possible heat damage?
Any suggestions on how to fix or what's the problem?

Tablet died in less than 24 hours!

Ok so got my shiny new s2 yesterday. Set it up fine then noticed this morning it was continually rebooting itself. Eventually it booted and just as I was typing something the unit froze. I turned it off by power plus volume down. Now it won't turn on at all. Completely unresponsive. Very annoying. It is currently on charge even though battery was at 85% when this problem arose.
The tablet is the 8.0 LTE variant. Any suggestions before I send it back?
Cheers!
Go send back, they will give you another one
