I want to flash custom rom (preferably MIUI ported) on my Samsung Galaxy Ace s5830i.
But when I search for my device, I get posts related to Ace s5830.
So will it work on my s5830i ?
Please help and any links for my 'i' version will highly be helpful.
Thanks.
You have an another section with all custom rom. There no miui one, only themed. And NEVER flash s5830 rom with s5830i.

well... There is no flashable JB rom via Odin
If you have the GT-s5830 model with Gingerbread Android version (2.3.x) you can follow this guide to get JB running in your device

Yes there are a few CM based ROMs which can be flashed via Odin. One of them is Class-K or Apo-K-Lypse. I'm not sure which one...

Mate if you just Search in the right place, you will find all your answers.....
Anyways follow this:
1. Root
2. Install CoCore E Kernel
3. Download and Install the Custom ROM you want.... All the ROMs can be found here, just download the one you want and the instructions on how to install it will be there on that ROM's thread.. Just backup everything before doing this...
