Hi community,
My friend gift me a retail demo device,
I delete the app retail and the notify.
My questione now is:
Is possible remove app demo from firmware?
So that if reset the smartphone the apps don't appear again.
Or if is possible flash the rom with rom stock without demo apps, without unlock bootloader.
Can you help me?
Thanks

Hello Im wondering if anyone can help me, I brought a Samsung Galaxy S today that was locked to t-mobile, I have successfully unlocked it using 'Generate unlock windows' but it has t-mobile firmware on it and loads of crap making it slower and some times unable to install apps on the market, Can anyone help me or guide me to a guide to flash to normal non t-mobile 2.1 firmware please..
In reg-edit it says my phone is: GT-I9000HKDTMU
but on my phone it is: I9000BOJG3
Install a custom rom like darky's rom it will get rid of all t-mobile crap and will install custom startup screen like the nexes one bootup
Go on darkys 9.2 resurrection . Got a video tut. I flashed that first time and it went well.
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App

So, I have a Lumia 920 and I want to install a xap that is published on a specific country (not US).
I've tried downloading it manually and sending it via e-mail but it says it can not install this "enterprise" app.
I have the phone dev-unlocked and I can install xaps I create myself.
What are my options apart from cannibalizing my MS Account (change region to that country for 3 months) or hard resetting the phone with another account?
Thanks in advance.
PS: To be clear, it's a banking app from that country and it's free. I just happen to live in an other country and they are not publishing it here.
just change region in setting (no hard reset needed) and install app... after you done you can change to your region again... i install many apps from others regions without problems and work fine after that in my region
... so easy!!!
Thank you very much!
I need the original firmware SM-n920x Demo Live to fix a Demo N920x. I forgot to Disable the Master reset before I flashed it to another firmware.. I would like some help updating a Note 8, SM-N950F. Before I attempt anything I want to better understand a few things.
1) I see people mentioning different boot loaders, version 5 etc... Do I care what version I have?
2) The device was purchased from Australia and has Vodafone AU software and it's currently being used in the Philippines
Can I change it to XSA to remove any Vodafone crap?
3) I see mention of multi CSC firmware, is this official Samsung firmware and what exactly is it.
At the moment neither Samsung Pay nor Google Pay will install on the device, perhaps because neither are supported in the Philippines, any thoughts on this?
This is what I am hoping to install

After updating to PIE, Phone started to lag, swipe and navigation front and back does not respond in 1st few swipes. Batter train, Rear camera Seflfi option removed.
Boot your device into Recovery Mode and wipe the cache partition. That should resolve your software issues. With regards to installing the OS from your native country. Just check that the model number of the OS matches that of your Device. If they match then you should be fine.
Hello! good morning, I have a Samsung Note 8 SM-N950U, which I wanted to install a custom ROM to get out of android 9, the problem is that the OEM unlock option does not appear on my device, I tried to change the date and update but It has not worked, I tried to change the CSC of ATT that comes by default but when using SamFW it tells me that there are no other CSC for my device, even on the web page, there is no solution for these problems or a way to install a custom one ROM, if someone can give me an answer I would greatly appreciate it.
Have you considered buying a rooted version of this phone on ebay or asking any people that sell rooting services on ebay?
