I am a samsung user since the first Galaxy S came up. I do remember in 2010, 9 years ago, when the Galaxy S was released. I remember when the launch event was full of innovation, animations, all the new things that a smartphone could have in the touch of a hand? I do remember thinking, "THIS, is freedom in a mobile phone" - freedom to choose whatever i wanted to do with my phone. Before that phone i used to have a QWERTY old school device with a super mind closed java based S.O. so to me it was the best thing that could happen to a mobile phone! I remember they announced google maps with an animation video and i thought.. "Wow, now the phones can have their own GPS, so we dont need a GPS anymore, we just need a Samsung that can do it!"

Por algum motivo (eles dizem que é incompatibilidade entre o FM e o LTE (4g). Dizem que ambas as frequências interferem, uma com a outra) o FM foi removido na transição entre o S3 e o S3 LTE. Nessa altura fiquei mesmo chateado, eu costumava ouvir rádio, para ser surpreendido, de qualquer forma, isto não é o assunto. No Galaxy S4, o FM estava de volta de novo, com toneladas de inovação, como por exemplo, emojis em vídeo chamadas e....... o maior upgrade de todos, UM UPGRADE GIGANTE NA CÂMERA! Agora, era possível para alem dos modos habituais que o telemóvel tinha, descarregar todos os modos que quisesse baixar!
I do remember to feel like i lost some "freedom" when they decided for me to remove FM in an "upgrade". Anyway, next phone i got my FM again + tons of new mods! That time i met Galaxy Note as well, i bought the Note 3 first, so i had note 3 at the same time i had my Galaxy S4. I never decided what was the best, but i loved both equally, and the pen...... the pen was something i liked, a lot.
Lembro-me de sentir que tinha perdido "liberdade" quando decidiram por mim mesmo retirar FM num "upgrade". De qualquer forma, o telemóvel seguinte voltou a ter FM + toneladas de novos modos! Nesse momento também conheci os Galaxy Note, comprei o Galaxy Note 3, portanto tive o Note 3 ao mesmo tempo que tinha um S4. Nunca decidi qual era o melhor, mas aquela caneta, era algo que eu gostava, muito.

(i still dont know why they lock FM in exynos versions of galaxy note since the snapdragon ones have it and there is no such thing as interference with 4G + every cheaper phone still's have it). The camera app was really impressive, with features like Surround Shot (spherical 360 photos), Dual Camera (use front and rear camera to record or take photos - useful for example for a review of a product, you can still being seen while u show the product), Virtual shot (to capture an object into a feel of a 3D model, and by that you can see the object and rotate it). I do remember there were some few modes removed that used to be in the oldest phones, like Virtual tour of galaxy S5, anyway, this camera app was great! You could download the modes you liked, and just dont download the ones you didnt liked, and a lot of variety. Once again, freedom of choice.
Não falando de todos os upgrades até o Galaxy Note 8! Esse foi o smartphone que eu pensei que tinha realmente tudo! Tudo menos FM (que continuo a não compreender o porquê de bloquearem o FM nas versões exynos enquanto os snapdragon têm e não causa interferência com o famoso 4G + todos os telemóveis baratos têm FM). Todos os modos bons da app antiga, foram removidos. Pior, alguns deles, como o Dual camera, não podem ser substituídos por outras apps da playstore porque a app precisa de drivers para funcionar corretamente, drivers essas que foram removidas num "upgrade". E pior ainda, com o upgrade para o android Pie, forçaram os utilizadores do Galaxy Note 8, a largar a incrível app que já tinham, e a app pela qual pagaram mais de 1000€ para poder ter.

There are unbranded phones at the moment using Google camera, with AR Stickers (you place a 3D model in anywhere, and the 3D model acts like a real life being that you can record videos with and take photos), Photospheres with a lot of new ways to make (like surround shots but now with another varieties), some brands also have a new way of Dual Camera (it will depend of the brand) that allows you to split the screen between 2 cameras of you choice (like both of your rear cameras and in that case half of screen is zoomed to a detail and the other half is 1x zoom to a global view), there are tons and tons of innovation in the other brands, and samsung is getting behind because they dont listen the costumer.

Há de momento telemóveis de marca branca a usar a Google Câmara, com Stickers AR (Modelos 3D que podes colocar onde quiseres, que interagem e se comportam como um ser vivo com os quais podes tirar fotos e fazer videos), Photospheres com novas variedades (semelhante aos Surround Shots mas com outras novas maneiras de fazer), algumas marcas até têm algo semelhante ao Dual Câmara (vai depender da marca) que permitem dividir o ecrã entre duas câmaras à escolha (como por exemplo, dividir o ecrã entre duas câmaras traseiras, uma com zoom e outra sem zoom para mostrar um detalhe ao mesmo tempo que se mostra o objeto inteiro), existem toneladas de inovações nas outras marcas e a samsung está a ficar para trás porque não ouve o consumidor.
I read already tons of forums, topics, everywhere, of people that misses those modes i named, and no change happened. Meanwhile, other brands came with 50MPx cameras and new features. And, samsung, doesnt even worry in fix their "super powerful note" wich works as any regular 300€ phone but with a pen. Even the battery (wich they announced to be great, watching a video for a full day and still having battery) is a lie.
Já li um monte de fórums, tópicos, em todo o lado, pessoas que sentem falta dos modos que eu nomeei e nao se vê mudança nenhuma. Entretanto, outras marcas aparecem com câmaras de 50MPx e novas funções. E a samsung nem se preocupa em corrigir o seu "super powerful note" que funciona como um telemóvel de 300€ mas com uma caneta. Até a bateria (que anunciaram ser brutal, ver vídeos durante um dia inteiro e ainda assim ter bateria) é uma mentira.
I want to see an upgrade, a real one. I want to see FM radio back (in exynos), all those modes back (that made samsung unique for a while), i want to see new features that makes the users of Note 9 dont regret every day of buying it.
I had almost every phone of S line, and i had Note 3,4, Note Edge, and Note 8, and i regret a lot of buying the note 9. I wouldnt if there was a really upgrade. Memory? 512gb vs 256Gb? Every phone with more than 128Gb + SD card Slot is good. Even 64Gb its ok! That is not a really upgrade. Thats like buying a PC with 500GB and change the SSD for a 1TB one. You paid for it. I paid extra 200 euros for the 512Gb. But the improvement? Where is it?
We want to see Galaxy Note in the top again. I want to see it.

Quero ver FM de volta (nos exynos), quero ver esses modos todos de volta (que toraram a Samsung única por uns tempos, quero ver novas funções que façam os utilizadores do Note 9 nao se arrependerem todos os dias por o terem comprado. Tive quase todos os telemóveis da gama S e ainda tive o Note 3, 4 Note edge e Note 8 e arrependo-me a sério de ter comprado o Note 9. Não estaria arrependido se tivesse realmente havido um upgrade. Memória? 512Gb vs 256Gb? Todos os telemóveis com mais de 128Gb + SD card são bons. Até 64Gb é Ok! Isso não é um upgrade. É como comprar um Pc de 500GB e comprar a SSD por uma de 1TB. probably because a jack of all trades is a master at nothing. i to have seen things removed but ive also seen things added. i believe that in order to let new things come in, we need to let go of some as well.
we've all seen what a hoarder's house looks like.
its difficult to maintain when too many features are present. we already find that updates come slow on samsung devices. i think it may have something to do with the number of bells and whistles these devices have that make the development a bit more tedious and slow.
that being said, i do understand people feelings and reluctance towards samsung's new devices. the question is, why are we still using them even after years of let down and the feeling that they dont care and take away features.
i mean they must be doing something right if we keep coming back. either that or the competition's offerings are of such an inferior product that we stick with our guns even with the let downs.
either way, we do have choices and have to deal with them.
i truly think that the best way to show dissatisfaction is to bring the fight to Samsung's home turf. post in their forums and use their social plat forms to discuss these let downs. xda is for development and general discussion and not a complaints box. what ever is discussed here stays here. efforts really should be sent toward the right platforms if a message needs to be clear and sent to them.

Eu sou de Fortaleza, mas tava morando em Ribeirão Preto, interior de SP e vou voltar pra lá...to passando um ano na França, estágio da faculdade. Quanto ao limpador, massa de polir eu sinceramente não sei, vi um tópico que o cara diz que usou pasta de dente, mas o máximo que eu já usei no meu foi limpador de CD (que funcionou), então não tem como te dizer com certeza. Sei também que existem uns removedores de arranhão próprios pra Iphone, esse com certeza não estraga o touchscren...vale a pena tentar! Te adicionei lá no MSN, mas nem entro muito. Quando quiser bater um papo ou tirar qualquer dúvida só mandar PM que é mais fácil. Abraço!

Lanço este post para ver se obtenho alguma ajuda ou indicação do que devo fazer face a um problema que tenho meu TyTN II.
O problema com que me deparo é o seguinte, de há uns tempos para cá, sempre que ligo o telefone seja de inicio ou simplesmente quando volta do modo de standby, ele inicia-me sem querer a gravação de mensagem de voz, como se carregasse no botão que está atribuido para o efeito (lado esquerdo em cima) e para além disto, deixei de ter qualquer tipo de resposta nos botões centrais frotais do telefone (chamar, desligar, internet, email, bem como os que dão acesso aos menus no ecrã. O único que funciona é o botão central desses e que quando carrego, faz com que apareça a barra do iniciar, não faço ideia do que seja.
Agradeço a vossa ajuda, pois para além de o telefone ter ficado com as suas opções reduzidas, ainda consome imensa bateria e memória com a questão da gravação por voz a ligar sempre que ele sai de standby.
Obrigado desde já pela ajuda que me possam dar.
