Actually i hard bricked my moto g6 XT1925-6 while OTA update. There was an update in my device. I was so excited that i didnt notice my battery percentage and i updated it and now it is dead. It is detectes as qualcomm usb-hs qloader 9008 and i am searchong for help to recover it. I searched for blank flash file but there is no such file available for moto g6 except in lolinet website. There is one blank flash file for ali model and i tried but its not working. I have been searching for solutions over a half month. While searching I went to moto G5 thread and there was a solution that they were booting there device using mmcblk0.img using 64gb sd card. So i think to give a shot on moto g6 also. So i am here to ask for any developer or user of moto g6 to provide me mmcblk0.img file so that i can revive my device and use it again. There are many tutorials on how to create it. So please please help me. Thanks in advance.

Friend also need this file to remove the hard brick of moto g6 xt1925, which is only flashing the white led! can make it available on Google drive!
mmcblk0 is the whole block and by the way this post should be in the Q&A section this is for Develoment
Guys c'mon. Instead of moving post here and there start helping us. Those who have moto g6 provide us mmcblk0.img. I will try to boot and resolve problem. I think there is no any chance that motorola will be providing us blankflash file.

Hi, bezay...
I haven't done any tinkering around with partitions, eg., performing dumps and flashing stuff for quite a while, and given that my own Moto G6 isn't rooted, which if I recall, is a prerequisite for running dd=(if, of) shell commands to perform such a dump... so I'm afraid I can't help you, unfortunately.
-------------------------------------
'mmcblk0 is everything!'
However, as has been commented above, mmcblk0 is the whole of your devices internal storage... in much the same way that mmcblk1 would be your SD card, if you have one installed.
As I understand it, specific device partitions (eg, system, vendor, data, etc) have names like mmcblk0p1, mmcblk0p2, mmcblk0p3, etc. Note the 'p1', 'p2' and 'p3' etc., appended to the end of mmcblk0.
So what you're asking for here, with mmcblk0, is for somebody to upload their entire internal device storage which I'm fairly certain wouldn't help you, even if it could be done.
And I don't just mean the 'user' data partition either... where you keep your photos, music files, videos files, documents, PlayStore installed apps, etc... I mean EVERYTHING ~ ALL partitions ~ Android System (Oreo or Pie), vendor partition, cache partition, 'radios' partition, and likely other, more obscure partitions. In fact, everything encompassed by the mmcblk0 block, which constitutes the whole of your 32Mb specced device.
So you need to be more specific about which partition dumps you need, 'cos you're asking for everything!
For example, on my old (now defunct) HTC One M8, there was something like 40+ partitions, (eg, mmcblk0p29, mmcblk0p30, mmcblk0p31, p32, p33, p34 etc... mmcblk0p43).
I suspect the Moto G6 will have a similar structure. Anyway, see the screenshot below for the partition layout for the M8 ~ it conveys some sense of how the mmcblk0 block is divided. And I strongly suspect the Moto G6 will likewise have a similar partition structure.
-------------------------------------
I hope you get your Moto G6 fixed, but I doubt your current approach will prove successful.
Good luck anyway. I hope you find a solution.
Rgrds,
Ged.
(Example below of a 'mmcblk0' partition layout, from the HTC One M8)
Yes, mmblk0.img is the whole internal storage of the device. That is why I am asking so that I can use my 64gb sd card as a virtual internal storage of my device to boot it up. And another thing I am not asking whole of your personal data. Just backup all your data, clean wipe your device and make backup and provide us so that we can revive it. Although I am not sure that it will boot or not but I read in moto g5 thread that some of them were able to boot and repair their dead device using mmcblk0 provided by developers or users. So I thought to give it a shot that is why I am asking here. If no one can help us then it's ok I will wait for updated blank flash file leaks from Motorola. Anyway thanks for your concern and providing us relevant information.

Sorry in advance for my not perfect english.
I'm using less than 7GB on my Moto X "16gb" but it says that I don't have space left.
When I'm checking with ES Explorer 3, with the options ticked to show all hiddens files, it's said that what I take is less than 7GB. The same on Windows and Linux.
But when I do the ES Explorer 3: SD analyser it's said that 11.41GB is used, but if I calcul everything single size on that screen, I see only less than 7GB.
So what is all about that?
What I really want is to know how do I get my 5GB left? I use only 7GB out of 12GB. So, in simple mathematics, 12-7=5!!!
I don't wanna remove my 7GB stuff because I'm supossed to have 5GB left.
I put the pictures too in the attachments box.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT:
I was needed to delete some user stuff but now, without adding anything, is re-say that I don't have space left
I'm tired of this sh*t. NOBODY to help? I payed for 12GB but don't have it, I'm sick of this

I don't see a LOST.DIR folder and I never deleted file on the phone from the computer, only from the phone itself.
Still don't know what to do :/
It's there a efficient way to see if there's actually a LOST.DIR folder? I mean beside just plugged in on Windows or Linux?
Anyways, thanks for your post
Only other thing other than that folder, is maybe needing to just flash stock again. And see if its fine after.
But you could keep searching on missing space.... There's many many threads for other devices too. Your issue may not be device specific and Troubleshooting ideas from other devices could help.
Or sit tight and see if anyone has other ideas.
But don't downgrade android versions. You'd need to flash the version you're on now again.

How to flash stock again if I'm not rooted? Also I don't want to lost my files on the sdcard...
I gonna see elsewhere but it's bad needing to see everywhere for such a thing, I still not understand why is possible
EDIT:
I keep searching but still not found the same problem than me, they said the same message but the phone itself actually that there a those GB free, beside me that it said that I only have MB free.
I don't wanna reset my phone because this not supossed to happen, never...
The worse is I can't even install a 500kb app lol
EDIT 2: I unistalled a big app but still cannot the 500kb one WTF Happen?
It maybe isn't "supposed" to happen... But things just happen.
See return to stock section in the "complete Moto x guide" in general. You can flash some ways without losing data. But in your case with corrupt partition, I would wipe it all. Or it might not get fixed. Transfer important things to your pc. As far as apps and data, try helium. I hear it doesn't need root. Then transfer is backup to your pc too.

First post, "returning to stock".
No point in stressing about why... Or how it should be... It is what it is now.
If you can't communicate with the pc properly, you may have issues flashing also. Try another cable maybe?
I'm not sure what else to say. Flashing to stock is maybe the only way. Sorry!

That's for guys that want to relock theirs. Just skip "fastboot oem lock" at the end.
Look up RSDLite as well, another way to return to stock.
I'm working on a (100% legit legal and 100% ORIGINAL works) way to flash to our /system partition for kitkat.
I've put my turbo through physical abuse. And it finally croaked weeks after "the drop".
I would need someone who has flashed a /system img via mofo to run USBlyzer on the correct port during the flashing process and then save and upload the log file. I will guide as needed. Remote desktop would allow me to quickly setup and start the process.
No longer having a phone that even turns on, I've resorted to using as USBlyzer as my debugging info by comparing my output to the known correct output. However, I have only logged the beginning of an upload. I need a complete, in order log.
I can help in about 12 hours
Why not apply yourself to figuring out how to root 5.1, maintain root upgrading to 5.1, or how to use mofo to flash 5.1? I think people care more about that then anything else.
Because I've spent countless days on 4.4, I know how it works. Its actually pretty simple, way less complicated than when I first started with it. And I rather help those that were smart enough to stay on the 4.4 bootloader and waited for the mofo flashable 5.1 rom. Because anyone who cared or even had the fainted idea about exploits knew better than to upgrade, when they could STILL get 5.1, but would have to wait... like what less than a week before the first flashable image appeared?
5.1:
How it works: Nobody has a clue because the 4.4 loophole is patched.
4.4
How it works: (I'm just making an example don't pick apart my math or partition sizes)
system.img = 3.5gb
cache partition = 1.5gb
So with a modified fastboot, you will write to the cache partition, but send more than 1.5gb of data, since the /system partition is next in order anything you send now will actually write to /system and not the /cache partition.
There are a few quirks I've seen, fastboot sends the "download" command 2x back to back, while the first "download" command hardly sends anything. This has something I assume to be "fake writing" Not quite sure. Its like it writes a tiny amount of data to /cache, sends the second "download" command to now write to /system. I've noticed that the data sent to /cache is actually a clone of a portion of the data sent to /system. Also there is 3gb of ram on the device, so after that gets filled up, the flash command is sent, then it goes back to download commands.
At the end it erases /cache because its full of garbage.

I'm interested in helping, but I'm not interested in giving you remote access to my computer. No offense, I just don't know you and really have no reason to trust you. If you give me instructions on how to generate the log file that you want, I'll be happy to do it. I'm tech savvy enough to modify system images, so you shouldn't have to dumb it down too much for me.

Good idea. I'd be willing to do that.
Okay,
Download USBlyzer
Turn on device in fastboot mode
Open USBlyzer
On the left hand side of USBlyzer, watch, while you plug in the device
checkmark the new device in USBlyzer in the left hand side (should say xt1254 or turbo or fastboot or anything that indicates the turbo)
click "start capture" in USBlyzer
Open mofo and flash your rom as usual.
When mofo is done, go back to USBlyzer and save the capture log where you will remember.
That log data contains your device serial and UID for your turbo... Thanks for helping the turbo community!

I think I can handle that. Unless you were planning on coming to my house with a flash drive, I'm pretty sure a large file transfer was inevitable, so I'm okay with uploading it somewhere. Thanks for the info about the sensitive information though. If I can figure out how to remove that from the log, I will do so before sending it to you. If I can't, I'll consider sending it to you anyway. If I can't do any of that (because, you know, apparently I'm a moron for not immediately realizing that I could use a VM to have you do this exact same thing), then sorry for bugging you.

Open the log (ends in .ulz) in a hex editor such as HxD, and you can zero out your serial and UID, I apologise for the rude response. I've surprisingly had lots of resistance getting everyone on the same page here on xda. I did screw up by posting a modded mofo package, but that needs to be water under the bridge. I'm working on making a legit version.
The part that was surprising is how a few people had the knowledge on how to make a clean and 100% original version but refused to share it or gave vague hints.

Yes yes, an 8200n, I ordered one in bad condition but it boots so I will post the data here as soon as I got it!
I have copied the first 128M of the mmcblk0 of that device. Now I have no idea what to do. Maybe one of you have a better idea.
Hey, any progress here? I also need the img.
As I wrote, I got the raw data but I have no idea what to do with that!
Here is the raw dump of the beginning of internal flash. Flashing it directly to mmc (not to some partition but to /dev/mmcblk0 or similar directly) might recover booting. Then you have to wipe /system /data etc. and install an image from twrp, because OS is not included in this img. In case anyone has a better idea what to do with that, please tell!
https://l3p3.de/shr/goldenve3g-raw.img.gz
Thank you for your fast reply.
As I understand, the debrick img file is used to be written to a SD Card and the hard bricked phone should boot from that.
After flashing your image with Win32DiskImager or Etcher and putting it in the phone, it won't start.
When I flash the last file from this post (Debrick for 4.4.2) (Yes, wrong model). The SD-Card shows something like 26 partitions. That confirms this post:
should show approximately 23 partitions (IIRC)

Your img does not create any partition, but when extracted with binwalk, I can see that there are multiple files inside.
So I think your img is broken, how did you create it? Did you use this post or maybe this one? Can you replicate my partition list? Can you build it again?
I have just dumped the raw internal memory, the first x megabytes of it. It should contain partitions but I don't remember much.
I can look at it again later, have not much time now. But I have that phone and it will be done.
Hey, how are you? Do you have some spare time around?
Sorry, I worked a lot on https://github.com/L3P3/minicraft the last weeks. I have forgotten this thing. Next weekend, I try to do it.
It is an old phone, you should keep it but it does not hurry too much, right?
I also recommend buying a used S4 Mini [serranoltexx] and put Android 11 on it like I did.
Minicraft looks like an interesting project, I will keep an eye on that.
No, there is no hurry, I am trying it just for fun.
I'll try to make this long story short. My experience level is pretty low. I've rooted and flashed firmware to a few devices in the past, but Odin worked well and I was always following instructions.
I have a n AT&T Note 3 N900A running 5.0
I accidentally deleted a folder of photos, and needed to root my device in order to attempt recovering the lost photos.
I Tried King root, kingoroot, etc... and failed to root the device.
Then used the N900AUCUBMI1_OneClickBin which Fails it says "SW REV CHECK FAIL: [sbl1]Fused 2 > Binary 1
then i tried Odin and root De la Vega which also failed
Now my device is stuck at "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again.
I download latest Kies... it doesnt support my device....
How can I fix this? Is there a rooted rom I can flash to it? I really just want to extract the deleted photos as the device is aging, but now I'm in over my head.
If this isnt something I can do myself, I'm willing to pay monies if there is someone reputable with references that can fix this for me.
Update
I was able to use Odin 3.09 to install CSC_ATT_N900AATTDNL1_CL3032228_QB3188679_REV03_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar
the phone is now able to boot and works fine but.... it is completely wiped.
I had saved most of my stuff odd the phone, but I still need to root and run data recovery on deleted photos
still needing help, please. thank you.
dale.
update

i dont care for most current firmware, just want access to device so i can scan for previously deleted files, if they havent been overwritten....
Why are you not posting in your phones forum ??
This is not AT&T Note 3 .
RECUVA may find your lost data but it may be a lost cause already .
Now im trying to downgrade to kitkat 4.4.2 to root.

Would you please let me know how to flag an admin or moderator to move my thread? Thank you for your replies.
I found another software. Jihosoft.
I was able to downgrade from 5.0 to 4.4.2 and am running jihosoft now.
It looks like after flashing, I lost any hope of recovering files... im really not happy with this. I wish i hadn't bricked the thing in the first place.
Your post triangle hottom left.

Thanks @JJEgan for your help
I've tried several recovery software.
My entire DCIM filder from the device is gone. I'm assuming because I reflashed that I wrote over it? I'm surprised that 1500 pictures wouldnt be able to be found in the device.... Maybe theres solution I dont know about that can do a much deeper scan?
I'm so upset that I lost everything... Didnt realize it wasnt on the SD card... years of military and family photos gone...
I'd appreciate any help at this point. Does someone have access to forensic tools that can recover the lost data?

I've given up on recovery tools and want to make a .raw image of the internal storage that I can convert into a disc image which I can scan. I'm not really understanding how to do the directions at http://www.asoftech.com/articles/android-enable-mass-storage.html
Update:
I learned a LOT in the last few days.
I went and bought a 64gb SD card and am using Cygwin with the command dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/storage/extSdCard/system.img
I am not certain if this will strip the entire 32gb internal memory and put it on SD card, but we will find out. It is currently at 3gb and growing fast.

Update file is now 8gb,. That must mean it is reading the entire internal memory. I'm doubting I can recover my files, but this has still been an amazing learning process. Will still need to convert the RAW file to a VHD.
I'm not certain I came to the right forums as nobody seems interested in responding. Maybe my problem is too low level for this place?

I successfuly dumped internal memory to an IMG file on the external SD. Scanned teh data but did not find waht I wanted.
I imagine that if I could get direct access to the internal memory I could recover the data, but that is not hardware or software possible anymore, so I learned once again to back up important things.
Thanks everyone for the helpful responses.
Now to decide what ROM to flash...
Any layman that comes across this thread in the future and wants to save deleted files off your phone, my advice to you is: Take the battery out of your phone and stop using it immediately. If you don't have root access, send it to a professional data recovery service and explain the type of files you lost.
Does anyone have backups of their partitions on the lg v40 under sprint?
Specifically hunting down the original OP partition on sprint?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I got a brand new V40 i haven't messed around with yet, i will make Qflash backups for you, which partitions you need? We do have to exclude some partitions such as userdata etc. because by default even on a new phone those are too big to be backed up and uploaded.
Well I may not need them as bad anymore but I think it's a good thing for others to have access to. I found a used us cellular cracked up v40 on Craigslist so I bought it and backed up 95 partitions and used those to get out of a jam....sort of. I lost my IMEI doing what I did so this is how this stuff goes. Answers to questions just raise more questions and round we go. Ya userdata was almost 50GB alone so that can sit. The 94 us cellular .bin partitions I'm just about finished organizing them and I will have a link to that in case someone wants those. For sure if you have time to backup and give a link to those files that would be great. One question do you know if there is such thing as a batch backup for qfil? The whole one at a time thing is not fun .

Haha, this is why i was lazy about doing backup that there is no way on Qfil to do these in a batch backup that I know of and it's a pain doing these individually. I spent hours searching online to find a way. And then spent hours backing up all LG V35 partitions and as you mentioned the userdata partition alone took up most of remaining storage on my PC. It is a great idea to have a backup and upload it for others, thanks for doing that. It is also really good idea to backup your EFS and other unique partitions in case those get wiped accidentally.
so any luck on the at&t partitions?

Anyone got T-Mobile partitions?
Never mind, think I've determined these would just be a direct match to what you'll find in qfil partition manager, and thus just a flash one by one.
Thnx, Cheers

I found the bin files if you still need them I have them let me know.
