Ping fluctuation in pubg (jio) - Redmi K20 Pro / Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Questions & Answe

Guys, I bought this device for it's gaming capabilities but I'm having ping fluctuation issue like 40 to 900 with jio or any other sim. If I use other device (oneplus 5t) to play pubg with same sim cards, I'm getting constant 40-50 ping .
It would be great if anyone help me out here. Thanks

Let x526 WiFi caping the speed to 4mbps. Returns to normal speed after restarting the

Hey guys,
I have leeco x526. Recently I have been facing this problem. Actually I have a 10 Mbps connection at my house. But my phone caps my speed to 4 Mbps after few minutes. It's not a isp or router based problem.
Actually I faced this problem after I flashed back to Eui 19s from 21s.
Every time I have to turn on and off the aeroplane mode to reset the phone modem and it works normal there after. I am sick of this problem. Does any one has any idea on how to fix this problem.
Yes this is mobile related problem, nothing is wrong with my WiFi router, neither my isp is throttling my speed. I have tested the speed on friends Coolpad cool 1 and wifi speeds were normal. Even my small brother's cheap intex phone is able to get full speed.

Note 9 Slow WiFi tethering problem!!

Dear friends, i am facing a weird issue with my Note 9. I get very good network speeds on my handset. Earlier i was using Note 8 and i got same speeds with Wifi and USB tethering to my PC/Laptop in India on both Jio and Airtel network. But with Note 9, I get very good consistent tethering speed with USB but very intermittent slow speeds with WIFI tethering on both Airtel and Jio networks. Is anybody else also facing same issue?
Are you using these all at the same time or testing? Also, since you just received your note9 have you update your router to the same setting and priorities as note8?
Could be router running out of bandwidth or traffic management or prioritization or tethering could be provisioned for restrictions for note9 specifically.

I have tried by both checking and then unchecking acceleration. Can you check on ylur set and share result?

Poor WiFi connectivity.

Today, received my phone and first thing I noticed was poor WiFi speed and upon further looking I saw poor link speed on 2.4Ghz connection and my other devices including redmi note 4(mido) and redmi 4(santoni) all had link speeds of 150Mb/s up and down while mi A2 was at 65Mb/s up and down even if I kept the phone next to router. None of my devices suffer the issue. Is the issue specific to my device or anyone else facing same? Should I return phone cause I still can. Also if anyone facing same issue can you try to see if issue exist in GSI roms as well? P.S. I am on September security patch.
Did you tried 5 ghz band?
That's what I get with the 5GHz networks. With 2.4GHz I get around 2-3 Mbps up and down. Just aweful.
The speeds are ok with me its just the range that sucks even with a case on. i had to take off the case to get that bit of extra range. They have to patch this or fix somehow cause my Moto G5Plus has waaay better range than this.

Yes, I have this issue. On 2.4GHZ network the fastest Link speed on Mi A2 is locked at 72mpbs and this was the case with Mi A1 also. But on the 5GHZ network it get higher Link speed but the stability is so bad.
I am sending a feedback via the feedback app after every update so they unlock the link speed but still nothing happened.
Just checked my 2.4GHz connection. I got the highest speed since I've bought the phone at a whopping 15Mbps on a 200Mbps network. That said, I can barely connect to the 2.4 GHz network since it just keeps dropping it. On the other hand, the 5GHz one went down to 50Mbps max... It's not exactly a deal breaker for me since I can still do everything I need on the 5 GHz network, but I'm curious what can be done about it.
Hello and sorry for my bad english. I always have Wi-Fi issues with my mi a2. ROM stock, gsi....
I heve already converted it to mi 6x and always same issues ( gsi, miui 10)....
It seems my wifi got better with that new kernel no more Disconnects.
Looks like the same issue with the A1.

Return the phone and buy other, maybe poco
The reception is bad, the speed are ok. My 5 old year Galaxy S4 have better range.
I have poor speed in 2,4 and 5gh.
And serious disconnecting problems in 5gh. I finished by don't use it as all...
Perfect with redmi note 7 and redmi note 8t.
Which custom rom have best and most stable wifi?

Slow internet connection

Hi,
Today i got global version of honor play cor-l29. The only problem is that internet connection through LTE is very slow - about 0,1-0,5 mb/s. I've never had any problems with LTE connection here on any mobile, so its weird.
Is there something i should do to configure my phone's network ?
Range isn't too good also, but internet speed is the biggest problem. It seems like my phone connects to wrong servers
As you said Range ain't good too, maybe Carrier Problem?

Redmi note 9 wifi glitch

My redmi note 9 is on miui v12.0.6.0 QJOINXM (Indian version). The wifi router in my house supports 2.4GHz/5GHz dual band. My phone often disconnects from wifi. It is like the phone is showing connected to wifi but there is no upload or download speed. I have to turn off the wifi option in phone settings and turn it back on for the connection to work again. It happens every 1 minute or so and it is very frustrating. Please if anyone could give any suggestions.
I am also facing the same problem. Did you get any solution?
Same here, bloody annoying.
Connects to access point no problem, remains connected to access point no problem but it's pot luck if you get data flow.
Using my Redmi right now, so hopefully this posts ok.
