Was very very annoyed earlier when in a Skype audio call via earpiece (not as a speaker) that my P20 Pro rang down my ear at full volume when an incoming phone call came in.
I am very careful with how loud I listen to music etc and it is annoying that such a bug would send such a loud pulse of sound down ear sealed to the top "speaker"
Is this a hardware bug ?
Or Skype software bug not registering to android it's being used for a call ?
Or an Emui bug not recognising phone is being used for a non speaker phone call ?
I can't find anyway of disabling top "speaker" for incoming ringtone ?

So I tried making a call and there was no sound on the internal speaker and no sound going through the mic. But the speakers work fine if I play music or if I dial a number (then I can hear the number beeps, but as soon as I press 'call' it's dead). Trying to figure out if this is a hardware fault - is the 'call' speaker and 'beep' speaker the same?
I noticied my z3c have very weak volume when i have incoming calls. My speaker are working good because when i hear music from apps the sound is perfect.
When i try volume in call settings its sound much better then the incoming calls i really don't know why. I have never doing the waterproof test. Is this software or hardware problems? Thx

I've the same problem since nearly 2 weeks. There was an OTA Update (I have buildnr 23.4.A.1.264) but I'm not sure if the problem exists since that.

now as the title states my device"s top speaker is not working for incoming call ringtones after the marshmallow update and having only bottom speaker for ringtone is very very low, strange thing is the TOP speaker works fine during MUSIC, VIDEOS and other stuffs (thank god its not hardware issue) but its not working when i get calls and only bottom speaker is working when i hear a ringtone so its very low with just bottom speaker.. anybody having same issue or its just me? i even tried factory reset but still no luck..
Same here and the ring is too low when i receive a call..
I am facing a problem in my op3t.
When I recieve calls from others and after lifting the call if I immediately switch on the loudspeaker option the voices from other side people were not heardable...
I also checked...
After lifting the call and after some seconds if switch on the loud speaker i am able to hear the voices...
Please can anybody help me in this issue....

I face some problems did anyone face the same,
when I talk to someone by Whatsapp by video or audio and open the speaker, and while I speak I have another call by whats also or normal phone, and I do not want to answer this call because I already talking in my first call when the second call ended without answer the audio for the first call transfer to mobile earphone speaker, not the outside speaker, I try to re-put the call on out speaker again by press the button on and off by Whatsapp but not working until I end the call !!
I face this problem with Webex also and other speaker apps when I activate it and talk with the second call coming.
