Does anyone use Ringke case for Poco f1? How was it and does it have edge at the front to protect the front screen?
it feels good a bit bulky though but premium, yes it has screen bumps on whole top and bottom sides and smaller bump on left and right doesn't cause any issue with full-screen gestures, screen won't touch the table when you put the screen side on it. I am planning to get dark camo skin under it as soon as it's available on mi store..

I'm currently using spigen.
It started to get losses and there are some marks on my phone back body caused by spigen case.
Can't remove the marks with alcohol or eraser. So disappointed.
Been using my ringke case since I got my phone last January. Very well protected, I'm surprised there are still no scratches on my phone when I remove it from the case to clean dirt. Also had an experience where the phone fell 8 feet from the ground, no damage on the phone and the case

East or west. Transparent TPU soft cover is the best.

Hi, did you get the camo skin? If yes, can you please post some pictures with the Ringke case on it. I already have the Ringke case and I am too planning on buying a skin just like you. Also, please tell me if there are any issues when using the skin under the case.

I've been testing some cases for the poco, the ultra slim tpu that came in the vox was the first one haha, but my first case was the ringe fusion x, i have a nillkin super frosted shield (i have used that same model in my old moto z and nexus 4), a sillicone case like the iphone ones, a tpu case, a hybrid case (hard plastic and tpu) and many others, i always come back to my ringke case...
I am using ringke case for my Poco f1 and believe me its really amazing cover.. i feel best ever cover for Poco f1. It gives nice grip and protects my phone for accidentally fall. I can easily use tempered glass with ringke fusion x cover . No issues happened with tempered glass due to ringke fusion x cover. I can also use phone without tempered glass because ringke fusion x cover provides the phone full protection all around the phone.
Ringke fusion X is the best I can get my hands on.
I used to use Nillkin frosted shield too. It does nothing for my tempered glass protector. My 2 tempered glass broke in 2 weeks each.
Quite satisfied with my Ringke fusion X, other than my shabby cut out for SIM adapter.

I like the edge but I don't like the sharp metal rim/edge feeling on the side when I hold it. Is there a slim like case that would cover it?

You might also want to look at the Rearth Ringke Fusion Case. It has pretty slim yet solid sides and a transparent back.

When I bought the Slim Armor, I also purchased the Space Crystal version of that case.. Really nice. I almost want to say the phone's design lends itself perhaps a little too much to having some kind of case. If it wasn't for that, I probably would have gone with the regular S6. I don't regret getting the Edge though.

How annoying is the back film? I've been debating the Spigen, but the horribly cut back film puts me off a lot. That being said, I'm waiting for the Verizon Galaxy S6 Edge Gold, which puts me in the unfortunate position of not being able to test anything out currently.

well, frankly, since I look at the front of the phone more than the back, and when the case is on, you don't see the back that clearly anyways. I't nice the film is there to protect the back from being scuffed by any case, but, I guess you would be fine if you didn't bother with it..

+1 for this case as well. I got the metal slate. It ended up being black rubber but still looks great. The rubber really helps with the grip and the clear back and slim profile really show off the sexiness of the phone.
Speaking of sharp sides, the Spigen Slim Armor has really sharp edges where the TPU meets the plastic. Was using the phone for a couple of hours, and the sides of the case and the cutouts for the ports were digging into and irritating my hands. While the overall form factor is nice (it doesn't thicken the phone too much), I'll be getting another case instead.
Did anyone else have this issue?
After searching for a good screen protector I've settled on the zagg HD. I have the spigen slim fit case being delivered tomorrow but are there any other cases that will work with it that offer full cover protection( slim fit leaves the buttons exposed)? Appreciate any help. Thanks
The thin fit one like ringke slim, spigen thin fit and the official Samsung clear case are the only ones I was able to use with the zagg hd. Yes the buttons are exposed on the spigen thin fit.
Seidio Surface, VRS Layered Dandy, VRS Damda Clip, and the Caseology Series (Provided you aligned the protector very well, e.g. it's not on one side more than the other).

For some weird reason I went into an Amazon trance and bought more than 10 cases for the S7 Edge, and I also have a Zagg HD Dry on my phone.
Echo the notion that the Caseology Envoy case won't lift a properly applied HD Dry. Also the Obliq Flex Pro caused me no issue. Of the two, I'd give the slight protection edge (heh) to the Obliq. The Case-Mate Naked Tough also did not intrude on the screen-protector, but I rate that case at minimal protection and more for style.
The following cases did mess with the corners of my Zagg, which I have subsequently mitigated by carefully trimming the film away from the very ends of the top two corners.
Speck Candy Shell Grip
Spigen Crystal Shell
Spigen Tough Armor
(All awesome cases, BTW)
A couple more extreme-protection cases were split with respect to this; the i-Blason Prime Dual Layer Holster case will interfere with it, and the (Supcase branded) big-brother the Unicorn Beetle Pro - with it's front bezel design - is the best here, appearing not to cause even a full-coverage (not trimmed) Zagg to peel on the phone, as I tested it with my wife's fully intact Zagg HD Dry.
Just my anecdotal observations on the topic.

Right. Somebody, quick, tell my wife that.
Anyway, our path's crossed sooner than I thought today, due to a school-function schedule change, and I have her shiny gold S7 Edge in my hand right now. After about 10 hours with the Obliq case on it there is no lift on any of the four corners of the Zagg HD Dry on the screen.
You want pics, or are you good?

Ringke fusion s7 edge case
I have the ringke fusion and the edge of the case doesn't even make to the edge of the screen and the has really good flaps that cover/insert into the power and headphone jacks. Its perfect for a screen protector and it comes with a slim screen protector for the back so the is none of the wierd bubble effect that some clear cases make.
Got the obliq flex pro today and it works great with the zagg HD. I'm happy for now as the phone is now fully covered.

I really like the Spigen Rugged Armor Case for OP3 - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...A2SFKRF5TPZMT5
But I'm worried the tempered glass i want to get won't go well with it. The Yootech one - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...A3KGQHS00G2MDY
Should i just go for a regular screen protector since the case already has some leap in front? Like the ArmorSuit one - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...A3LQSX85N730QN
Need to order them soon. Replies will be appreciated.
I had the non TG from yootech and it was trash. Didn't stick well left tons of adhesive on the top of screen protector after peeling the top layer off.
Still waiting for something with decent reviews, but now I don't even have the OEM protector on.

I am worried about those tempered glass protectors to be honest. Anything that causes air bubbles or rainbow effect, i will rip off quickly i'm sure
I'm probably just going to get another plastic screen protector and use that til a good TG one comes out. I really like the rugged armor case too and don't plan to use anything else except maybe the neo hybrid spigen case.

I guess i just have to make a decision between Neo Hybrid and Rugged Armor. Already decided to get this plastic screen protector - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B..._title_dp_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3ERO5WWGZCNON
I am in the same situation here in India. Bought the spigen rugged armor case. Liked it so much that I'm still Sticking to the stock plastic scratch guard. But I believe no tempered glass would work fine with this case. Any ideas?
Yep i'm in the same boat. Currently using spigen with stock screen protector as well. I usually dont care about the front glass as I am with the back but I recently found some people had their display broke so i'm a bit nervous about that.

I would get that, but don't want to lose even 5mm of screen space. It's not a big deal, but it would annoy me.
The phone feels and looks great with the Rugged Armor case so I don't wanna buy another just so I can use Tempered Glass. I'd just keep the OEM protector on until TG compatible with this case comes out.

This is why i opted for the Neo Hybrid instead of the TPU Rugged Armor. Because i need more protection if i got only a plastic protector on.
I know this thread is pretty old but any luck in finding a Tempered Glass screen protector that plays nice with the rugged admor case? I still can't find one that seems to be compatible.

Hey XDA,
In the hype of the s8/s8+ I figured I would wait on the note 8 so I need to do some house keeping on the phone. Currently I have a spigen slim armor with a otterbox alpha glass. Unfortunately it had a hairline crack now which happens because I tapped on the corner which has been making tapping noise. So from a bunch of reviews I ordered a gpel gen 2 protector. Now I am affraid my slim armor might not work. So which case would go well with this tgsp?
SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Series
Supcase in general are the best for the curved edge displays
Same thing happened with my glass protector my slim armor case wouldn't allow it to sit flush against the screen which cause it to chip and crack while in pocket with a set of keys
Get a Skinomi "case friendly" screen protector and a Supcase and you'll be good to go.
You can use the clearview case, it will give you some extra features but use it with a screen protector, so no chance of any scratch on the screen.

I thought only the one with the belt clips work and if that is the case (pun intended) I don't really dig that look. Looking for something that also protects from drops! Idk if the wallet cases from otterbox or spigen would work with it? Also the supcase unicorn pro beatle case with the clip on will take ages to get here so idk if I wanna order that.

From the reviews on Amazon it appears the Spigen ruggard armor lifts the pre applied screen protector?
You need a flat 2D one. The only one I've found out of the five I've tried so far that actually sticks everywhere is the Nillkin brand.
Amazon Link, OnePlus 5T Tempered Glass Screen Protector, Nillkin Anti-fingerprints Super Clear 0.33mm Ultra Thin 9H Screen Hardness Screen Protector for OnePlus 5T (2017)
It was the most expensive one I ordered, but it actually stuck around all the edges.

I saw a video on YouTube where a guy dipped an earbud in olive oil and dabbed it on the edges , somehow the halo effect disappeared , so you may try that .
Skinomi plastic film screen protector was a fail with this case. It was a huge pain to get on, needed to use a hair dryer to get the sides to stick. The next morning I put the case on and immediately the sides bubbled up and would not stay down. Anyone find a plastic one that works with the rugged armor case?

never buy that ****. its the worst thing. dont ask why its just way to ****ed up to explain.
You're going to have problems with anything that goes all the way to the edges, that case overlaps. Anything the case touches will eventually have problems.
If you want a 3D style screen protector that covers the entire screen, you are going to be stuck with the factory one plus cases. If you want Spigen case and a screen protector that sticks for any length of time, you will have that small gap all the way around between the case and the screen protector.
As I already mentioned the only 2D screen protector, I've found that stuck all the way around (IE no "halo effect") was the Nillkin brand.
If you find something that actually works, let us know. I ordered two of the Spigen cases, I've thought about taking the second one and carefully cutting it back some so it would clear a 3D screen protector. I'm just not sure if it would stay on that well after that.
M8, pick up the Nillkin TG, H+ Pro. Its really good and im a person who likes when things are esthetic. It doesn't cover whole screen though.
