Please do not preload Cheetah Mobile software or at the very least make it fully removable. Many of your customers hate their apps, so please do not torture us with their presence as system apps.
Personally, I did not know that CM apps would be preloaded, and had I known, I very well may have gone with a competitor. I think you've done very well with your Zenfone line's hardware and pricing. If you reconsidered some your business relationships *cough cheetah mobile* and put some real focus on improving ZenUI, I believe you would truly be doing something great with Android.
Keep up the good work. The development community and your customers appreciate it.

yes, you may do it.
I will recommend wipe userdata, clear cache, install update.

This version have heating issue.
cpu temperature varies from 45 to 65 just using wi fi.a

Thanks for info . I am not going to update. This device did not heat at all on normal working with pervious version. And it is super stable with that version.

On the bright side, the phone seems to be much more responsive now. The Wi-Fi and cellular network bars are always full (was about 2 bars before the update). I have not tested the sound yet, but going by the keyboard sounds, it does seem to be louder than usual.
P.S. I will update my original post with the relevant links later when I am free. Sorry!

Recording calls is against the law in most countries. Only Chinese version of emui 4 and 5 have record option.
It's possible to extract it and flash via TWRP though.

firstly, apologize for my poor engliah
recently, a topic about P10 in China
in huafans club, many users test flash by androbench 5.
but result are not same .sequential read , best is 700+ ,second is 500-600 ,the worst is only about 250.
it seems that not all P10 use ufs2.1
does this issue happen in other country?

/proc/fs/f2fs begin with "sd", means UFS, usually 500+/700+MB/s

i'm wondering if this issue will happen in other country(VTR-L09 VTR-L29 .etc)
from now on , only 2 test replies ,all seem to be UFS
where , it's too early to say this issue will not happen on other models

My Results, VKY-L09C02 (VodafoneDE branded):
Edit: AIDA64 reports LPDDR4 and Terminal Emulator reports LPDDR3.
Edit2: RAM-Test shows 7600MB/s, so it's LPDDR3.

I have a unbranded german one with UFS 2.1 and LPDDR3 :/

VTR-L29 C432 (Mystic Silver)
DDR3 (seems to be globally) (check LE comment)
But good flash

It seems that lddr3 may be default value if nothing else is found some unverified info here.
Thus we need to check the sys folder for anything more specific and I don't have root on this device.

I cannot find any info on SKhynix site( lddr3/lddr4)

CLT-AL00lC00E51R1P15B125 (9.0.0.125) !! Can i flash it ?! :S

Firmware Finder / TEAM MT are showing a few china/asia version of 9.0.0.125 available to download....
Anyone know if I'll brick my phone flashing it with either [HuRUpdater] or Beta Flashy??
( currently "branded" on CLT-L29 (C432)... was originally a Rogers Canada phone )

How is it so far? Any big changes? Are there any stutters when it comes to animations? Is it worth hoping that Huawei will bring gestures to our device as well? How's the camera?

I "rebranded" to China version and its work working near flawless... All main functions are good too go ! Notch, Off screen nav... Its REALLY NICE!!
I may brand-back to CLT-L29 this weekend.. China version required me to side load all google stuff

The whole experience across the board everything including the camera has improved. It is literally like getting a new phone. This is a killer value phone now. Picked mine off eBay open box for 280 bucks and after this update it's a hard phone to beat for this price point.

Works perfect, this is the final build.

Seems like it, the 60fps mode on 4k seems to be way better now.

The update caused my Google Pay to no longer work. The app cites that my phone may be rooted or using unofficial software. Other than that everything is quite an improvement.

What about OTAs now? Will they still work when sprint releases them?

I have LG G8 network locked. It's mean bad IMEI. I'm in outside u.s can I use my country sim if I update to android 10?

No why would an update unlock an IMEI? IMEI number stays the same no matter the update and even v40 sim doesn't get unlocked if you flash a custom rom
