motorola milestone is so popular all over the world!
but we can not get the new android in time! we can use the third rom to update android!
but the bootloader is locked! we can not flash recover easy!

nah...sounds not quite possible as it is highly secured..
the only way out is moto unlocking the bootloader itself

I believe, network unlocking will only work with an unlock code. So you have to buy one.
Unlocking the bootloader wont help in this situation.
Anyway, if you have a Droid, then your bootloader is not locked by default, but if you have a Milestone, theres a bad news, you cant unlock its bootloader.

i have my bootloader unlocked and i need to lock it back
I have tryed to flash and wipe my device through xperiflash and flash tool, but it's still locked
flash tool says bootloader can't be re-locked when i click on BLU button..

You cannot relock your bootloader. Your stuck with an unlocked bootloader for ever now

Just bought a C11 2021 with RMX3231 and there is no tool to unlock the bootloader.
I searched everywhere but no luck, I guess money is wasted.
I cant unlock the bootloader or root the device. The In Depth tool for both 1.0 and 2.0 wont install on the phone.
Just hoping someone can make a guide on the updated version. I really need to unlock the bootloader and root the device.
I think it is unrootable like the Huawei phones that need unlock code.
