Hey, I'm in Germany and I'm looking into the S10 5G (I also split my time in the US), so I'm looking for a Duos Snapdragon variant. Are these even made? I tried looking up the listings and it's not clear, leading me to think only the Chinese and Global variants have them, not the GSM US versions with the Snapdragon.
Can anyone confirm or refute? If I could do the Snap with the Duos, that would be my choice.

I have a Note 9 on order from Rogers (Canada), but am interested in the dual-SIM, International Exynos version from eBay. Anyone know if the Exynos version supports Google Pay (one of the ads stated it didn't) or if there are other issues to consider when picking up an international, Exynos edition?
The key motivator for me is the dual-SIM. An unlocked bootloader would be good to have, but not necessary for my needs. Would the dual-SIM Snapdragon version offer any advantages?
N9600 should work in Canada and not the Exynos version due to LTE band support frequency.

I want to buy Note9 with Snapdragon CPU and Dual SIM. In Bangladesh only Exynos CPU is available. As per GSMArena, Snapdragon is available in USA. But not sure whether dual SIM version with Snapdragon CPU is available. Anyone can confirm and give any reference of buying Note9 from USA online shops?
No dual SIM snapdragon

I got one pretty cheap by getting the Exynos dual sim from Hong Kong. As long as you check the antennas match your country's carrier you are good to go.

Check the seller NEVER MSRP @ eBay, they sell the SM-N9600 model, it's the Snapdragon Dual-SIM version.

Just few things to be aware of with the N9600
- Dual-SIMDual SIM Standby - Call active on one sim card
- Samsung Pay won't be working if available in your country
- You can't be flashing a firmware for your provider as they will be available only for exynox not Snapdragon as the latest is not available by default in your country
Hope this helps you making the decision.

Looking at possibly picking up a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 International Model for use on the T-Mobile US Network. It looks like the most compatible Variant is the N960F UK model - would someone be able to confirm if this is correct? Thanks for any help that may be sent my way.
n960f/ds is international unlocked. The complete continent of Europe has this model. ds varient has 2 sim card slots. if I were you I would inform yourself of the frequencies that tmo US uses and then compare that to the 960f model to make sure it works. I am American and I've used my 960f is US without issues. but still you should confirm that yourself

Does anyone know? It's a physical dual sim, but it is a snapdragon, exactly the same as the US versions. The US bands in 5G are not enabled on this particular model. Can it be hacked to have US 5G enabled? I have read about switching on dormant bands on the US models to get 5G in Europe. Is it possible to do the same, but the other way around, for this non US model to get 5G in the US?
It's not the sane device in hardware or firmware although there are similarities. According to a few users 5G works in some regions, Australia and Europe but I haven't heard this from any US users. Can someone root the device to enable 5G on US Service Provider's? Maybe but I would think it's a challenging endeavor for anyone but the most hardcore tech gurus.

Only 5G sub6 bands are available in HK variant - 1, 3, 28, 41, 78 and 79. Is your network using any of these?
I am in the United States and I have cricket, I just purchased the dual sim 998B/DS and I am not finding any ATT or AIO CSC for the phone. I am not able to get 5G over here on this phone so far so I am hoping somehow it would help with the cricket CSC. Maybe I am wrong, Cricket used the imei and swore it would work as well as Tmobile, neither sim cards allow 5g so far.
See at >Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G<.
There are huge differences between 5G bands support for the US and international versions.
So it doesn't surprise me at all that the inter-national model doesn't work in the US broadcasters' 5G bands.
I wasn't actually trying to surprise anyone, just seeing if anyone has a solution?
The problem is not in the phone and there is no way to replace hardware that does not support the US 5G band.
I read somewhere that in some models of Chinese devices it is possible to make a programmatic change in the hidden settings of the phone using a code entered in the phone's keypad. Try it.

The international Variant does not support the needed frequencies for 5G in USA - physically
There is no way to use 5G in US, without the Snapdragon Variant
Thanks
