I'm currently not on AOSP ROM so I'm not able to try it. I'm asking for when I'm gonna be on it, will try and post logs.

Appreciated. One last question, is it possible to make a working New MIUI Cam (The one from MIUI 10 builds?) for custom roms?

That i think is possible. Might need to include new lib files as well.

It seems like the module has to potential to work on any device other than tissot. But that's not the case with me. Instantly FCs on start on bullhead running android 8.1.0
I will grab a logcat once I'm at my home. Hopefully it will help you to resolve the issue and have it work on any device

Xiaomi mi max 2 .. on oreo 8.1 resurrection remix official by romfactory

Works fine with sagit running LineageOS 15.1
Would be better if this was updated to the camera from MIUI 10
Anyway keep up the good work! Was waiting for a MIUI camera magisk module

Amazing, works even on Mi Mix 2 – latest LOS 15.1 – Including slo-mo! Burst also works (unlike most gcam mods). However, can't shoot the standard 1080p & 4k video (freezes & then shows "cannot connect to camera" error). I continue to test this on Mi Mix 2, thank you!

Thanks for the feedback! I'll try to get my hands on MIUI 10's system so I can extract the Camera app from there and test a module out of it. I'll update the post once I get a hold on it.

Thanks for testing it out! Glad it works for you. I think 1080p requires other lib files though I'm not sure which ones.

Every rom is UNIQUE
every rom has its own features and developments.,
One is for battery
One shows performance
One rom with one bug.
Another with another bug
Every rom has its own importance.,
May be you should try a few and decide yourselves with something.,as everyone has his own requirement and limitations
Don't just make someone to disapprove the other developers(don't stop someone to use the remaining ROMs) by making threads like this

Last havoc i used on mi max 2 i had problems on call speaker, very low quality and low battery charging..
Now im using AICP and is better than this havoc.

This rom Oreo sanek is very good, I have no problems with echo and audio, for me the best so far

actually i am having treble whiling playing pubg and it's not giving that great performance.
i mean it is sd855.
so please any suggest me any custom kernel for miui 12 (indian stable)
i already used -"notkernel","candy"marisa kernel" but in miui 12 fingerprint is not working

I dont know, but i heard that marisa kernel works fingerprint in miui12. Candy works if you change some lines in build props

Immensity has working miui kernel it's on telegram though, also yuki kernel another thats on telegram

Hello,
I really hate MIUI and would like to move out to some custom ROM as soon as they seem stable enough for daily usage. My question is as mentioned in the title, do the ROMs for Mi 10T Lite support Mi 10i too (since they are basically the same device)? Are there any catches?

is there any 3rd ROMs for Redmi K40 Gaming phone? MIUI 13 is real terrible in daily using.
This phone has a really nice price and hardware configuration, but its MIUI is full of bugs in daily using, In MIUI Community , Users feedback a lot of bugs and problem, but no tracking and update for those problem and solution. it makes me confused and worry this phone will lose maintaining in comming days, I don't know what MIUI or Xiaomi Teams happened to make Xiaomi different with what it was.

Are you sure you know what you're talking about?
Poco F3 Gt/K40 Gaming(ARES) have Media Tek socs.
Elite Rom is based on Xiaomi EU roms and Xiaomi EU rom does not provide any roms for devices with soc Media tek.
