Im having serious problems with Custon ROM Mi5,s camera, so i considering come back to MIUI, i readed that xiaomi.eu are better than Official MIUI developper version, so i would apreciate if someone could talk about this ROM, battery life, stability and etc.. And can it be flashed by TWRP like a custon ROM?

If i flash by twrp, my bootloader will be blocked? That is any way to prevent that?

I can't isntall it.
Flashed it via TWRP. No error. ( Only command log error.)
But when I try to reboot system, TWRP says " There's no OS installed. "
What's wrong ?
I'll share Log next time.

Bug .. just confirm reboot and wait
And be sure that you have EXT4 and not F2FS !

Additional functions in manual mode, much more than in stock camera!
I am currently using latest weekly from xiaomi.eu and it is running perfectly, also added Open Camera to test manual controls... very pleased with the results...

I readed that it blocks the bootloader, is it true?

No It's not true for Mi5. But it's true for Mi4c, Mi Note and some more.

Yes, xiaomi.eu is better than stock miui because it has additional tweak. Im using latest weekly update and it is much more better than stock miui. And camera 2 api is a great implementation

Is there any kinda official thread for MIUI EU ROM here in XDA ?

Depends on MIUI version, the-now-abandoned DragonXia for MIUI 8 worked, albeit not so stable. No idea about current one since all targets MIUI 9 and I'm still in MIUI 8 because I prefer waiting for stable release.

As far as i know there are only 2 kernels for miui. I personally idę naga v3 https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3673374
There is also psychedelic kernel https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3685099 i've tested IT and returned to naga. For me phone feels smoother on it. U should try both

Try flashing newer firmware first.

Replace the modules manually to / system, they are in the zip but the zip does not install them, in what I see as solving the zip, install the modules so
If they do not the wifi will not work for them

Advantages of performance, stability, battery life and security This is due to kernel patches that none of the ones mentioned have

I'm currently not on AOSP ROM so I'm not able to try it. I'm asking for when I'm gonna be on it, will try and post logs.

It seems like the module has to potential to work on any device other than tissot. But that's not the case with me. Instantly FCs on start on bullhead running android 8.1.0
I will grab a logcat once I'm at my home. Hopefully it will help you to resolve the issue and have it work on any device

Works fine with sagit running LineageOS 15.1
Would be better if this was updated to the camera from MIUI 10
Anyway keep up the good work! Was waiting for a MIUI camera magisk module

Amazing, works even on Mi Mix 2 – latest LOS 15.1 – Including slo-mo! Burst also works (unlike most gcam mods). However, can't shoot the standard 1080p & 4k video (freezes & then shows "cannot connect to camera" error). I continue to test this on Mi Mix 2, thank you!

Thanks for the feedback! I'll try to get my hands on MIUI 10's system so I can extract the Camera app from there and test a module out of it. I'll update the post once I get a hold on it.

Thanks for testing it out! Glad it works for you. I think 1080p requires other lib files though I'm not sure which ones.

Does any of dis rom has full screen ui ?? I mean does any of d rom has full screen contact picture wen calling.. i really need dat feature.
Btw i m using evo x 2.1,2.2 now 2.3 all running smoothly on k20 pro.. sot around 6.5 hrs i m getting. Only thing wrong about dis rom is it comes with gcam preinstall n no miui cam. While we can insatall gcam from soo many apks miui cam is difficult to get working.
But gr8 rom n appreciate all d hard work dev put to build all d awesome roms. Cheers.

All roms are full of bugs for this device, even miui has bugs.

The most stable miui 12 rom currently?

I am looking to try miui 12. I'm currently on miui 11 stable. Which miui 12 rom is the smoothest without major bugs and has the most SOT.
I'd be choosing between one of these:
xiaomi.eu
mmx
masik
miroom
memeui
miui global
miuipro

If ya wanna know u should find out urself. If u have soeme patience u can try all these roms y not?

You forgot China closed beta. Tried many roms. For me it's actually best in performance and stability. Only problem is that there are only Chinese and English language.

Currently using 20.5.28, switched from Miui 11 stable. So far so good.

RevOS sucks. No more users for fix bugs. Only on telegram. Moderators make revos for what? Make money?
I tried the last build... Clean flash and launcher crash.
No gapps included.
On miui 11 they was the best team.
Now xiaomi.eu or mmx are better.

I've been using mmx for a long time, I prefer it over miui.eu even though it's based on it, has couple of nice added features.

How do you find out about these projects?

If you need English I would avoid MIUI Pro. They dropped support/translation for English a couple of months back.
