Problem with twrp when wanting to change rom

hello friends I have a problem when I unlock mi 9 install the twrp that says on the page xiaomi.eu and I liked the rom and wanting to update to 9.6.13 try to enter the twrp and I can not appear the black screen and restart to the rom that I currently have from xiaomi.eu 9.6.5 someone can help me.. !
I would fastboot flash the siankatabg version of TWRP which can decrypt the MI 9 properly and then try going into TWRP again. That version of TWRP works better than the one on the MIUI.EU site.
You can also try removing all of your phone security (fingerprint, pin, pattern or whatever you have) and then seeing if you have better luck with your current TWRP version.
BUT I have tried 3 different unnoficial versions of TWRP for the MI 9 and the siankatabg version is the only one that worked well for me.

How to flash AOSP/Lineage ROMs on Mi 9T Pro global

My phone has the stock fastboot version (the one that has a MIX on the filename) and an unlocked bootloader. I have been able to flash recovery, but as soon as I flash any AOSP or Lineage based ROM, plus gapps and Magisk (or not) and reboot, the phone won't complete boot at all. It stays in the MI logo and then a black screen. After that, it won't allow me to boot into TWRP, only fastboot, so I have to reflash stock via fastboot and start over again. I tried flashing the Chinese fastboot ROM and start from there, it didn't change the results. I'm following the instructions from each developer, tried different AOSP ROMs, none work. What could be happening?

Booting to twrp,

Need some tips regarding flashing a Mi 8 SE

Hi.
It's been a while since I flashed some ROM's so I am out of the loop a bit.
I just bought a Mi 8 SE off ebay. The ROM is the so called fake ROM MIUI GLOBAL 9.5.8.0 (Android 8.1). I intended to flash a new ROM and to my surprise it already contains a custom TWRP recovery. The TWRP is version 3.2.3 1102. Is this a really old one? Should I reflash the latest TWRP from TWRP.me or can I use this old TWRP to flash?
What I want to do is flash Xiaomi.eu MIUI 11 20.3.26 (Android 10). Do I need to format DATA in TWRP and then transfer the Xiaomi.eu ROM to the phone when I try and flash? Do I need any GAPPS when I flash Xiaomi.eu ROMs?
One more thing. Out of interest how would I go about flashing the last stock Chinese ROM for the MI 8 SE? Would I use MiFlash tool?
Any tips would be gratefully received.

Can't flash recovery properly

I have a Redmi 9 (lancelot, galahad) and I was trying to install lineageos for microg, but whenever I try to flash a recovery (tried with the one bundled in the lineage for microg zip, regular lineageos and TWRP) and reboot to recovery, the phone stays a while (20s to 30s) in the mi splash screen and then the screen turns black for another while, after that the phone boots into MIUI.
Edit: The version provided in the description of this video works, but I still can't install lineageos as it causes the same problem in the form of a bootloop.
Edit 2: I missed the Downgrade to Android 11 message, I repeated the process from MIUI 12.5.5 EU and now I have lineage porperly installed.
