Make B screen primary - ZTE Axon M Questions & Answers

Is there a way to make the b screen the main screen you are using full time when closed? It will do it for the camera and if you share a picture from the camera app.
Reason I want to do it is I have clamp on battery pack that fits great if I use b screen but not as well with the A screen primary because of Usb C port alignment.

i've broken my kaiser screen and would like to use the software "my mobiler"
Hello ! My kaiser's screen is broken (touch screen out of order and i cant see anything on my screen) and i woud like to use this software on my phone: http://mymobiler.com/
Moreover i had a password on my phone and i donnot know if i can unlock my phone without using my touch screen. I would like to know if it's possible to install this software whithout using kaiser's touch screen and if it is, how i can do it because im lost...
Thanks a lot Bye.
Try and install Soti Pocket Controller over active sync. Press the left soft key at some stage to proceed with the cab install once it is transferred to the phone.
Or better still... buy a new phone or a new screen here

Click to collapse
Nothing more to say really, thats about summed up this thread
Ive replaced a screen on a Kaiser already... Very easy to do.. (I should have taken pictures of the disassembly)...
Anyway, all you need to do is
1) flip the screen up
2) You will see 4 screws holding the screen assembly together. Remove these
3) Next, GENTLY prise of the front cover from the back cover.
(You will not be able to completely remove the front cover, as the board connector cannot be unplugged from the main board...
4) Once you have the screen front and back covers seperated, disconnect the LCD Connector from the Board.
5) Carefully push on the LCD screen to seperate it from the front cover.
6) Once the screen is seperated from the front cover, simply slide the damaged screen out between the SIM card, and main board wiring..
7) Replace the LCD panel, and reverse the proceedure...
Should take you about 30minutes to complete....
I bought the screen for $70au including postage... MUCH cheaper than buying a new Kaiser at over $1000Au a pop...
Lemme know if you need more detailed instructions.
Thanks for your answers!
Does this fix both touch screen and lcd or only lcd ?
Touch screen is cooked in the lcd. So if one of the two is broken, you have te replace the whole piece.

Help problem with sliding switch

i change a housing of my kaiser everything look good but i found a problem my sliding switch don't work any more my phone don't power on when i open a slide and don't go to landscape mod
i opened again i found 4 metal pins on every corner of sliding mechanizm i think some of connections to those pins are lost i try to pull up that pins and after that same thing i don't know how those work when i close phone then have contact and when you slide they lose contact with metal i think that is good and that works like that or they don't have contact until sliding mechanizm create it
anyone have this problem i don't know how to calibrate that pins
and
every time device i start device is in landscape mod
Hi
Take a very good look at the casing you have removed. The rotation sensor operates by magnet and often this is located on the casing. The magnet needs to be moved from the pld casing to the new one.
I don't have pictures of the Kaiser handy just now, but look here and you'll get the idea - these pics from the Hermes (TyTn):

[~] My Next Phone? (D R E A M)

I just watched a couple of videos regarding the Notion Ink Adam and want the next developer phone (Nexus X) to steal a couple of ideas from them. If you watch the video below it shows what they are.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPowc1yM0NQ&feature=player_embedded
Also, please press the red button on this link (http://inception.davepedu.com/) before you read each number.
(#1) - The screen. The screen goes into some sort of b&w monochrome display in the sunlight to negate the glare and increase readability.
*Bonus, it saves on power consumption too.
(#2) - The camera. The camera swivels 180 degrees thus negating the need for 2 cameras, one front and one back. It's not like we use them at the same time anyways, amirite?
(#3) - The trackpad. The backside trackpad is a great idea in and of itself.
These ideas put into a mobile phone would make my day . Would it make yours?
No not at all.

screen has some convulsion (jump-off) after cchanging whole frame..

Hi everyone
I have a problem with my X1 screen (displayer) after I changed the whole frame.
As far as U know; if anyone has the same problem, my X1 original Frame got some cracks so I decided to change the whole frame.
I did it perfect and complete, there is now problem with my X1 just about its screen at normal mode. For example, when I want to send sms or make a call my X1 screen has some convulsion (jump-off) for some seconds. When I change the screen into the landscape mode I haven't this problem.
Please guide me or give me any suggestion if I could solve this problem.
hey:
glad you asked that question here
i have the same problem too. i encountered that already so i will give you the reasons why it happens
1st, the original case of se xperia x1 is complete with protective rubbers in almost all parts of it.. as you see if you disassemble the new case and compare it to your old one.. the front which the digitizer and the lcd is located has rubbers in the side of it and your new one dosen't have that.
check it out.. this is the clue i have no time to explain more.
i solved The screen convulsion (jump-off) after changing whole frame
Hi bodies
Finally I have found the solution for this problem by my own.
The screen convulsion (jump-off) after changing whole frame is due to following:
First; if you pay attention when you are disassembling your X1 for changing the front frame, after you open the cover of the LCD, you can see that the OEM slider flex cable as shown in picture 1, is covered with a very thin layer, which both for keeping and sticking OEM slider flex cable to the back of the LCD.
If you turn down the OEM slider flex cable on its back you can see some parts which are like a copper, when they stick to the LCD they attract the signals which cause the screen convulsion at the time of sending, receiving or making call.
My mistake was that, when I changed the whole front frame, first I have pasted a tape and after that I pasted the original layer. So I re-opened the front frame, I removed the tape which I was added and I replaced the original layer on the OEM slider flex cable. Pay attention it must be carefully done, so that the OEM slider flex cable stick to the back of the LCD fixed and completely. BY now I don’t have any screen convulsion (jump-off) at all.
Just remember do it very carefully, and never replace the original cover of the OEM slider flex cable with anything else.

Replace stock Z3c screen with a larger, tablet style screen using internal motherboard connector

Hi does anyone know if it's possible to replace the stock LCD screen on the Z3c with another screen, using the internal connector on the motherboard?
I want to make my Z3c into a hooby project and make a tablet from its internals.
I want to remove the stock screen, and physically connect a larger screen to the Flat Flexible Cable connector (????) on the motherboard.
Is this possible, and how would I go about making sure I get a compatible screen?
Thanks for any infos, Mako
