Hello,
My father using S10 and he suddenly got the samsung logo.
i did forced restart without nothing. i dont want to factory reset it. he didn't have any backup and he really need the data.
i tried the last option (the one if the phone is full) and didnt boot.
is there any way that we can run the phone without deleting everything ? reinstall any update or anything ?
i went for Samsung support and they didn't even try to restart the phone, they told me we will wipe it.
i found this on the top of the page in the recovory boot if its helping : G973FXXS3ASJG
this is the model : SM-G973F/DS
Galaxy S10.

try this.
go to recovery mode -> mount and storage-> format system, format cache, format data.
update here whether it works or not.
did you do factory reset from settings or recovery?
from recovery
its not even opening now mate
its stuck on the welcome screen which says samsung galaxy note gt-n7000
It happens to me too.. just now. And I didn't even do anything with the hardware.
I just took out the SIM card to test it on another phone, put it back and now I got Emergency Calls only!!
I didn't install any new ROM (I have stock) or Kernel. Just normal Google Play apps, but that can't be the reason!
Is this Straight Talk issue?

It sounds very much like you are having the same sort of problem as I am with my wife's phone.
Here is my post:
Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini GT-I8190N - Stuck in bootloop
Unfortunately I have not yet been able to sort out the issue.
Best Regards.
That cause the hardware error, send to Samsung Service Center to restore stock software, and you have to pay for it.
So my gf is staying over for a month and I lent her my mom's old phone (the mini) so she could use a Portuguese number while she's here.
Phone was full of crap so I tried to reset through android menus... No luck! Phone restarted and went into CWM (was previously installed just to root phone). So I decided to reset with CWM so I used the Reset/wipe option.
Everything went peachy... Up to the point where the phone doesn't boot!
It's stuck on a boot loop. Samsung Galaxy mini screen, carrier screen Samsung loading screen and then...again back to zero and keeps on looping.
I've tried to recover it using this method:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2226030
But odin doesn't detect the phone (it's in download mode) . In fact, I get a message from Windows saying a connected device is not working properly.
I really want to get the phone running for my girl, what's the next step?
driver!
1. Did you install the driver for samsung mobile phones? I guess, if the windows cannot detect your phone properly, your driver is broken. google a proper one like " SAMSUNG USB diver for Mobile Phones"
2. If the driver is correct, you can try other version of odin. I used to have v3.0.7 (or v4.3.8? I can' t remember) .
3. If you don't need the data and apps in your old phone, just flash a new ROM with an external sd card!!
I have a phone that I am trying to get working for my wife because we ran over her own S5 (long story)
Phone worked perfectly so I was like, cool, factory reset and put her SIM in. No problem right? WRONG!
Factory reset the phone and now it only gets to the ATT logo, then nothing else.
I have booted in recovery mode and cleared cache and reset the device. Still stuck on ATT logo.
I think I might have a corrupted ROM on my phone so I went searching for a firmware for this phone, which does not seem to exist anywhere on the internet.
Model is Sm-g870a
No damage to phone, like I said everything worked before factory reset. I tried one ROM that i found but it is not the correct version (footer is wrong and signature verification failed errors)
All I need is the STOCK ROM for this. Not rooted and no mods to any of the files.
Hello friends, this is the boat I am currently crying in!
So, my phone ( Samsung Galaxy S10e ) has entered into a bootloop after a recent update that occurred roughly on February 06, 2021 ( same day my phone was last backed up autonomously )
Here's what is happening:
My phone starts to boot up, then fails and Approximately 20 seconds after, it repeats that cycle. The phone continues to bootloop until drained of its battery then repeats this cycle again, if it is charged. *** This is the current situation ***
After playing around with the buttons, the only progress I've made is reaching the Download Mode. Ive yet to try odin or anything else and would like to ask for some help before I break my phone please! I really want to be able to save the data on there (pictures, music, apps, etc..) without factory reseting and using the backup but I will do whatever is necessary.
Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
I am in the same boat as you (I got S10) The only thing we cant do is try to flash TWRP and backup everything from there, then do a factory reset.
"Jeez samsung what happened...."

Oh I am mistaken btw....flashing twrp will erase everything because you have to unlock bootloader which in itself deletes everything.
I will try to flash home_csc official firmware over this one and hope for the best....screw dis
