Hey Guys How Much Does Your Battery Decrease While On Idle overnight?
I had 2% loss over last night (8-9h).
Around 1% for me - yes, the battery life really is that good.

Doesn't matter what he is doing. He cannot calculate the right consume of the battery just by see how long it go down 4%. The system did not set up properly yet and maybe he using at the same time, WiFi, Bluetooth and so on.
This thread is useless as there thousand out there.

You will need to see a complete cycle before you can assume that you have battery drain, like how much it goes down if left overnight, I personally only lose 1 - 2% overnight which is about right. But the second you fire up a game it will munch you battery, same as can be said for Wifi when downloading or setting up your phone, so if this is the first time you've used the handset, it's more than likely a little premature to say what your battery life is going to be like, give it a week and then see where your average 100% battery charge gets you, by all accounts a day and a half to two days is quite normal according to some users on XDA, but then that would depend on the user.
One thing I did find with the Z1 was that when gaming the average battery use is little higher than I was used to with previous phones.
You could try underclock your processor (I have clocked my processor at 1.5 Ghz) it will save you some battery. In addition you could try undervoltage but you must be extremely careful with voltages as very low could unstable your phone and very high can fry your phone (if you are newbie do not try it ).
These are some ideas it is your choice if you follow any of them not mine.

BUT NO MORE!!!!!
Solved the problem with this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...atdoc&hl=pt_BR

Draining battery down to 1% too often is not that good for its life to be that kind of happy...

Not as bad as your phone shutting down at 20% while you're playing that online game, using a navigation app with no car charger or while you're talking to someone...
I believe most people here don't let the battery drop to 1% that often, but sometimes it's inevitable... When it does, the least I expect it to know exactly how much % I have left...
So yeah, I'm happy when I can check the real battery stats...
So I just installed AccuBattery Pro and my battery drain while on screen is 12% per hour. Is this normal or is it too high? This is for WiFi-only usage scenario, I use Netflix/YouTube, read some PDFs, chat via Messenger, surf the Internet (Samsung browser), sometimes I visit reddit/instagram/snapchat. Majority of my apps is put to sleep when not used. I have the Exynos variant.

10% - 12% battery drained per hour seems so normal in my opinion. Mine also faced the same as yours and I always got pass 9h of SOT.

When you sleep, does your phone sleep, or does it stay up all night and crunch 1s and 0s? Rate this thread to express how you deem the speed at which the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2's battery drains under standby conditions. A higher rating indicates that when the phone is not in use, the battery drains minimally.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Didn't recommend Max Pro M1 to any relatives even though I really wanted to. The standby drain issues killed everything else about that awesome phone. I hope this one doesn't have faulty fingerprint sensor leading to unaacptable drain.
Yesterday night, the battery was 16% and when I wake up to went 6%, because I think the reason the ambient display is ON and all the time, I am getting some messages from messengers groups. Today, I will try without ambient display and then see what will happen.
Idle Drain
Idle battery drain is good as overnight it dropped about 5% in about 7 hours.
Battery backup is awesome

What the **** 2 and a half day with 9.5hrs screen on time what the **** bro what were you doing ..with 15% battery remaining i can never believe that i am using same phone and getting 5-6hra screen on time.. confused
For those wuth standby battery drain, i will recommend using Naptime to you. I used to have around 1 percent drop in every 1-1.5 hour standby, but after using aggressive doze on naptime, there's almost no drop overnight.
I also got this problem. after i charged my phone to 100% it drains to 3-5% in sleep mode. after the .179 update I got this annoying problem.
*EDIT*
I tried to turn off mobile data and done! i resolved my problem.
My drain is extremely high even on hardly any usage
mine drop 4% in 7 hours without any usage..

Without any usage = phone modem (depends on signal strength, mobile data etc..) + background apps and processes
This is my stand by drain over night (with wifi/mobile data/ bluetooth off & brightness minimum)
Sim 1 : Vodafone (on 2g)
Sim 2 : Jio ( on 4g VoLTE)
Battrey drain,

No, u should apply for replacement or give it in customer care center to look for the problem. I hardly get 3-4% loss for 8-9 hours standby

I feel dark mode is eating more battery then light mode now.
I changed to light and getting around 5 - 6 hours SOT now with full on 120htz, 5g, wqhd , Bluetooth and stuff.
Location permissions are normally the culprits.
I also have smart tag and stuff.
2 years On I am still happy with it although I used to get 7-9 hours SOT before.
I try change myself and yes dark mode eat more battery then light mode.
Before update to android 13 i had a good battery life on my device now it's terrible...
Samsung don't fix it so we have to live with it or root the device..
