After the December update I could no longer find new devices to pair.
Settings> System> Advanced> Reset Options> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
This fixed my issues but you lose all network settings.

My client has a unlocked GSM HTC TyTN II phone, purchased directly from HTC. Factory installed ROM. I go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and click the Enable bluetooth checkbox. When I go right back in the checkbox is turned OFF-- it won't stay on. I have tried rebooting the phone several times. This just stopped working a week or so ago, before that Bluetooth was working great with a headset.
It seems like something is switching it off for me--are there any mutually exclusive settings or dependencies I'm not thinking of?
I have a MDA compact iv,
the big problem i'm having with it is that when i scroll to my:
Settings > Communications > Wi-Fi
Clicked on wifi it loads and stays OFF......
Settings > All Settings > Connections Tab > Wi-Fi
I cannon turn my Wifi on, there's only EDIT on the left tab.....
To be noted that wifi was working perfectly before......
All installed programs was removed......
Someone got the solution apart from hard formatting ??
I noticed that motorola phones have wifi turn off after about 10 or 15 minutes of sleep. Is there a way to disable this? I have horrible service inside my home, and rely on wifi all the time.

My moto x cannot storage any new secured WIFI. I can connect to a new WIFI through enter password. But after I close the WIFI or disconnect it, my device cannot reconnect to this WIFI automatically. For all new WIFI cannot be storage the settings. I only can connect to previous WIFI which are already storaged. How can I do to solve this problem? It trouble my using experience.

You haven't said what you've tried...
You could:
- clear your device cache
- delete one or two of your currently saved Wi-Fi ssid and see if the spot is replaced by a new one
- make sure Wi-Fi -> Advanced -> Avoid poor connections is not selected

- Reset your Wi-Fi settings (need root)
- Try a Play Store app, like the one suggested in the last link.
so i installed a lollipop global lte version on my z1 cause australia doesnt have it yet, the network works and everything, but it just wont turn on data, like i can turn the toggle on but it never actually works? Had the same issue with bluetooth and clearing the cache fixed that.
How can i fix this? any ideas?

If you are connected to a WiFi network go to: settings, more, Internet settings and that option will auto-configure your APN'S. If doesn't work go to: settings, more, Mobile networks, Access points names and configure manually
