Recently I installed Xposed framework on stock .423 firmware. However I noticed that one of the mod of this Xposed framework named 'Status Bar Color Changer'. I installed the modules and changed the status bar transparency to 0% but it do not work. Just the colour of the clock and fonts will work. Is there any other mod that I missed will do the transparency mod and centre clock mod for status bar?
Is it possible to recreate system UI mods as magisk modules? For example:https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-5x/themes-apps/mods-7-1-1-official-statusbar-navbar-t3515355
EDIT:typo
If the mod accomplishes that by replacing files and running scripts... Yes, it should be possible.
Hi is there any module that will move status bar etc to bottom ?
If I remember correctly some yrs ago it was ROM that had ability to change it to bottom(paranoid). It would be great to do it only via magisk module (I like stock OP3 Nougat ROM).
Hi
I'd like to change the status bar height to a value higher than the default and lower than the tall cutout (from developer options). What is the best way to edit the "status_bar_height" value in the theme xml file and apply it? Creating apk and uploading it to /vendor/overlay using ADB should work? Do I need root for this?
My Mi9 runs Android 10 with MIUI 11.
I'm coming from a Galaxy S20 where I was using Fluid Navigation Gestures as a nav bar replacement. On the Pixel 5, and Android 11 in general it seems, it is not possible to hide the default navigation buttons through ADB permission granting alone. I've heard this is possible with root (on reddit) but wanted to verify here. It would probably be one of my only reason for rooting this phone so I just want to make sure before I do it. If I root my Pixel 5 will FNG have the ability to hide the nav buttons?
Thanks!
No, FNG won't be able to hide the navbar. You'll have to do that separately.

How would I go about hiding the nav bar otherwise?

Flashing this module works for some.
