im using with straight talk (byop at&t sim) . but id google "apn gishan" should help you out

Are there any new methods to get MMS working again?
When i try and send a mms, it just says "sending".

no..what should i do?
go to settings -> wireless networks -> mobile networks -> apn
Input your carrier settings for data and mms
You may need to created them, google helps here...

Sorry, i have an Alltel Milestone(Droid)
Not a verizon..
I dont see Apn as an option.
APN = Access Point Names
Should be there

In mobile networks settings there is only:
Data enabled
Data Roaming
System Select
That's it.

Try playing around with the settings, you are missing what is essentially the master setting for MMS messages

Nothing much to play with in settings.
I did restore everything back to default.
Still no luck.= /
The same there. Eclair v03a, mms are setted up in the system, but both incoming and outgoig are not working

I rarely use MMS but the past 3 days friends claimed to have sent me MMS and I haven't gotten jack crap

you have a CDMA droid phone right?
so maybe try droid development?
i have the milestone, not the droid, still it isn't working with EclairMODv3b. even when i was playing with the MMS settings.
Does anyone know how to verify and use??
Voice & sms enabled
google voice does not recognize current device's phone number
Does the tab phone number show in the "about" setting? Your sim card may not be correctly provisioned.
You can download but google voice as a service only works in USA Canada as far as I know.

I got my C6603 today from Hongkong，I cannot connect it to internet but I can make phone calls. I'm currently using Rogers with ip4. I've already tried to set up apn, but it didn't seem to work. Please help.
Mind explaining more? Can't set? As in doesn't save the apn settings?

lost MMS when i updated c6606 to 10.3.1.A.0.244 with flash tool. how can i get mms to work so i can send and receive picture messages??? everything else is working flawlessly. i think it has something to do with the apn settings? anyone with T-Mobile c6606 can you help me out??? thanks!
Go google search: "carriers name" apn settings.
From your phone go to settings /more/mobile networks/ access point names/ new and input the required fields and save it.

I'm using the Turbo with Verizon but I want to change the APN so I can add the AdBlockPlus settings. However, the (+) button to add a new APN isn't there for me. Looks like I need to be using a different network to be able to edit the APB but I was wondering if there's any way to force the phone to use a custom APN (or to change the one that's tied to the SIM)

I've been down the same road and I could not find a way to modify the APN. But if your goal is to block ads, then I recommend you try Adguard. It uses VPN.

Thanks, I'll check it out.
In an effort to not start a new thread...what if my goal is to troubleshoot MMS messages not working? Only Textra seems to work for me, I can't use any other messaging apps that don't have their own APN settings, including Google Messages, because they will forever say "Downloading MMS" even though it displays an MMS downloaded in a different app while it's the default just fine. Any ideas?
