Hi all, I am facing battery issue in redmi k20 pro after updating MIUI 11. Battery percentage is always showing false When phone is put on charge after turning off.it shows correct battery percentage. But after turning it on, its showing false battery. I tried battery calibration using app but not Work And i tried to drain all battery to 0 Then i just turned it on it gives me 19% Andi did it again then gives me 15% I did it many times When i charge my phone it take only 30mins to full then i restart my phone its gives 81% only

I let my phone run down to 16% and I was planning to let it go to 10% before plugging it in to charge.
At 16% I was on wifi and browsing websites when it just turned the screen off, made a warning sound and flashed the red battery light. After about 3 sec it started vibrating non stop which made me think of the 'discharge' feature on some phones, (which quickly uses/discharges the battery..), I didn't want it to go to 0% so I pressed (tapped not held) the power button which seemed to turn it off. I turned it back on, plugged in, and it booted up showing 0% batt.
My question is, has anyone come across this before? Should the batt % be this incorrect? and why did it vibrate..
My phone has been frequently below 15% without problems (yes, it's not very good for the battery, I know). It should vibrate once when it hits 15% and display the charge message, but that's it.
Happened once though that my battery discharged from 50% to 0 in literally 1 second, don't know what happened then, but it hasn't happened again.
Sounds like either your battery shorted or the calibration on battery % was way off on your phone. Try charging it to full and see what happens the next time you reach 16%, it might've fixed itself.
The other day my Nexus turned off at 11% :/
wipe battery stats after a full charge.. guess that will solve the problem
this isnt just a froyo issue, i am still on 2.1 and my battery dies at 8% EVERY time. it turns off, and when i turn it back on, it shows 0% but it died at 8%. its been this way the entire time i've owned the nexus. i'm not rooted so i never wiped the battery log files yet....but i will soon enough.
Ya my phone dies at 20% everytime. I just ordered a new one though

do that.
On 2.1 my N1, first my N1 had its multitouch laggy starting at 15%, then after some day of uses it shuts down at 1%.
Your battery just need to be calibrate.
For some reason ive been experiencing this weird problem on any GS 2.3.5 rom.
While i leave my phone to charge over night and once it has reached 100% (cable still plugged in) the phone rapidly discharges.
I checked the battery usage and it always shows the Display usage either at 87% or little less.
Other than the Display usage i also have Cell Standby at like 6% and android OS at 7%
I don't have nothing else running while it charges.
Anyone have any idea why the display usage is so high?
Other than that it works fine, battery life is good if i unplug it at 100% charge.
Ps.
im using JVS and ive experienced this issue on all 2.3.5 roms
Anyone?
Phone is always awake although screen is off
I don't have anything running in the background.
Battery history shows screen is on while its charging when the screen is off.
I have stopped doing this as i found out that once the phone full charged ( leD green) , the wifi if ON is still conencted and running in full power mode and this seems to drain the battery , while the battery indicator is showing 100%!
when unplugged in the mrning, just a 1 hour or 2 hour use seems to drain the battery to 50% because the the whole night while it was conencted it was being used by the wifi
so now when i had the phone fully charged i just disconnt it and leave it to rest.
In th emorning the phone seems to behave normally and left with juice to last whole day even after 8 hours on sleep standby...
Hello,
I have this problem for a while, where my battery percentage suddenly drops to 0% causing my phone to shut down. When I boot it up again it says 1%, or shuts down right before my login screen appears. After booting it a few times it will say the *real* percentage again, which is usually around 40%. I could also skip the multiple reboots by plugging the charger in before booting causing it to also display the original percentage.
I have tried recalibrating the battery a few times (by using an app that removes a file that stores the battery percentages), but unfortunately that did not help. I've included a picture of my battery statistics which show how my battery percentage changes.
Thanks for reading .
It means you have dead battery for, good luck ?
Hi everybody
i'm new here and i'm writing because on my new xiaomi mi 9 se ( 3 months), i have drain battery issues.
Some times it seems to be fixed but then the problem comes out again.
Tonight device on, with airplane mode and data and wifi off i had 7% of battery drain.
I already debloated my xiaomi with ADB and i have few apps now on the devices which however seems that are not involved in the batery drain.
I'd like to attach some sreenshots but i don't how to do it
Sar_detector seems to drain battery
Yesterday i charged the device to 100% and then i switched in airplane mode.
After 7 hours on BBS i have 7 hours of SAR_SENSOR
The battery drains to 94%
I would like to solve the problem
Same problem for me on my oneplus6, randomely the overnight drain reach 30% with no indication of on bbs.
The same here on two Xiaomi Redmi 4X - Despite Airplane Mode battery depleted by about 1% per hour, ramdomly, not always. Tried in parallel with one device with all apps and settings, the other one reset to factory settings and only whatsapp installed. Tonight both suffered battery drain in airplane mode, the "complete" one "only" 0.6%/h, the barebone one even 1.46%/h. Android itselfs states on both that apps working "normally", in battery statistics no offender is visible.
