Why not directly use Settings, Connection & Sharing, Private DNS ? (in MIUI 11 from xiaomi.eu)

Private DNS option is not available in MIUI 11.0.3 and 11.0.4 Global, but install Hi$en Settings for MIUI from Playstore (root not required):
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ceyhan.sets
and the menu will be there
Btw, some system apps can be also easily debloated (disabled) by this app (hence with no need for ADB)

How to disable Secure Lockscreen (Lollipop)

I want to completely disable Locklscreen and set it to None but not getting this option like here:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
So how to get this NONE option??
Hi,
as written under the greyed out option : "disabled by administrator encryption policy, or credential storage".
So (you can try again after every step):
1. Go to Settings > Security > Clear credentials.
2. If your device or your SD card is encrypted you have to decrypt it (in Settings > Security i think).
3. Go to Settings > Security > Device administrators and uncheck all apps.
4. Remove any VPN configured on your device.
5. As a last resort I've read that removing all of your saved WIFI networks may help with this.
Hope this helps,
best,
Bafforosso
Just clear credentials and you're good to go
Deleted guest user and I got those options.
This didn't work for me too. The fix is download clean master and in accessibility settings turn on clean master. If nothing work,this will surely

Hello
Congratulations on publishing your module.
I see that you have proceeded with iptables like most DNS modules including mine (the one for CloudFlare), we will see if this use of this single applet is enough for everyone.
I had added several DNS properties to mine.
In any case Android 9 (Pie) has not yet deserted him apparently: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/external/iptables.git/+/refs/tags/android-9.0.0.0_r33
Don't hesitate to push it into the Magisk repo on gitub, I think that would be cool, right?
Changelog:
v1 (Initial Release)
• Delete unnecessary files

Amazon app Crashing

Hi guys,
I am using K20 Pro Custom ROM (Evolution X)
Amazon App has been crashing for me no matter which ROM I use in Android 11,
It was working fine with 10 but with 11, no matter whichever troubleshooting steps I try, the outcome seems to be those two dogs appearing (I've done basic troubleshooting)
Clear Cache, Clear Storage, regiving permissions and restarting the device (Didn't work)
Installed new ROM (didn't work)

}
Please help me out if anyone of you have faced the issue
I had the same issue.
The problem was adaway. Truy to turn it off.
If it works you have to give to amazon a special authorization in adaway.

There are two options - to disable Web server in AdAway or to whitelist Amazon sites - both were many times mentioned in the XDA Adaway thread, hence detailes can be searched there
Thank you so much
Here is a more targeted workaround, which keeps webserver enabled and does not whitelist all Amazon domains

【Guide】Disable ZRAM in moto stock rom permanently

【Guide】Disable ZRAM in moto stock rom permanently
This method is only tested in moto stock oreo 8.1.0 os. Just follow the steps below:
1. Use 'Magisk' to root your device.
2. Use 'MT Manager'( or Root Explorer ) app open /system/build.prop
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
3.Search: zram
Then I see the following code lines
# Create zram disk
ro.vendor.qti.config.zram=true
Add something before this command 'ro.vendor.qti.config.zram=true'.
For example, I add '# ' before it '# ro.vendor.qti.config.zram=true'. Then the creating zram command doesn't work anymore.
Save it.
5. Long press build.prop file, and tap the ’attribute‘ (’属性‘)
Because the MT Manager app doesn't have any setting to change language to english. So I provide all the screenshots for you.
6. Change its permission (权限——’更改‘)
7. Type ’0644‘
8. Restart your device. And the ZRAM has gone permanently.

After:
I haven't found how to disable the ZRAM in the third party rom yet, such as lineageos or the others. If someone knows how to make it, welcome to share with us.
