Hello XDA, question. I rooted my Moto E5 with ease . But I have bumped into a issue and I can't seem to figure out how to fix.
My issue is since I rooted I have something Installing apps and I can't figure out what app is installing all the apps.. Candy crush.. slots.. and a bunch of other dumb apps.
Is there any program for rooted or non rooted that can show what is installing apps without permission. I have tried . All in one tool. Force stop it and a couple others but still no luck. Any ideas on how I can figure out how to stop the installs.
New to posting on a forum so any questions or info u might need to help. I will do my best. Thanks in advance

How did you root? Do you have a link to the app/tool you used?
If you used a one click root tool, that could be a problem.

OK, so in my efforts to root my atrix, I flashed it back to 1.26 and rooted with Gladroot. Then i ran the update for 1.57. I have side loading but superuser will not pop up so i can give some applications (like root explorer) access. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling superuser and rebooting the phone. Is there a way to force superuser into giving root access? Or does anyone know of a way to fix this?
Any help would be appreciated as I am losing my mind over this.

If you ran gladroot.bat you should be able to just run afterupdate.bat
I started from scratch and everything is working. For some reason when i try to run the 1.57 update, it wont install, all I get is the exclamation point in the triangle and a little android, but that I can deal with. Thanks for the input guys

You can root using towelroot and to check just download root checker at play store.

Download ES file explorer and enable the root explorer function. IF it works, you have root. P.S use towelroot if you aren't rooted. It's the best method for dogo.
thanks guys for help but let me try to rephrase my questions as iam an android newbie .
those preloaded videos was something like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1a7KjdUqmA , but i don't remeber seeing them before installing clean master , so does accessing these videos need rooting ? and can clean master root my phone without permission ?
iam asking because i bought my phone just a month ago and i don't want to void my warranty

The video you are mentioning must have been preloaded on your phone(mostly it's in videos folder in internal memory). Clean Master does NOT root your phone. Also rooting does NOT void your warranty, unlocking the bootloader does. If you want to root you can use towelroot.
Alright I just rooted my HTC Desire 510 32-bit yesterday and ever since I did the phone randomly reboots and installs system apps I don't want back onto my phone. I followed the guide closely I found on here step by step I'd like to know what could be causing this issue? Also how can I get it too where the TWRP Theme Manager can do it's thing on my SDCard and where can I find good theme roms and kernels for my phone?

I don't know anything about TWRP Theme Manager.
You can find ROMs and Kernels here, to the right of the Forums tab.
You need to use one of the write protect removed kernels so system apps will not come back. I suggest you leave the system apps alone. I have had force closes when I tried to delete most of them. There are some you can delete with no issues, such as the lockscreen, if you prefer the AOSP one. I also had problems when I tried to integrate updates into /system, especially with the Play Store, Google Play Services, and the Gallery.
You should use Link2SD to free up tons of space. This thread should be very helpful.
I highly suggest for you to read through all of the threads on our phone. You will find some very useful information.

Thank you. I know what system apps that are safe to remove and which aren't I'm a jailbreak freak when it comes to iOS.
I put raptor rom v2 on my virgin phone and I was able to set and save the gsm bands using *#*#info#*#*, but I can't find a proper sized SIM card to test! Phone seems to think it is a gsm phone and keeps wanting to download an international update, that I can't figure out how to install.
I need help installing xposed. When trying to install it, I pop up shows that I cannot install. Cannot extact_app. Could anyone help me? My phone is rooted and I have other applications that only work for root. I have soft rebooted but have had no success.
Apologies I am new and slowly getting use to rooting with other applications.

Check this thread. Maybe you are affected by the latest Android security patches, which broke Xposed on most devices running KitKat or below.
