unable to connect to pc, /sdcard empty, no ROM installed - Lenovo Zuk Z2 Pro Questions & Answers

Hey folks,
I did something and now nothing works anymore. Please help me.
Okay here a more detailled overview of what I did:
- unlocked bootloader successfully (incl. the update to ver 3.5.259ST as described in https://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z2-pro/how-to/ota-collection-howto-zui-1-9-to-zui-z2-t3928693)
- flashed TWRP (latest) successfully (still working)
- copied some stuff (custom rom and gapps) into the root via usb
- wiped everything on my phone, since I didnt had access to /sdcard from TWRP filemanager
Well and there we go. I am able to:
- get into TWRP
but I am not able to:
- install anything because there is nothing on my phone (since I wiped everything)
- boot (bc Ill get stuck at the ZUK screen, since I wiped everything)
- import files to my zuk2 filesystem (I dont get any message on windows, that I connected something, if I'm not on a running ROM)
Sooo.. does anyone has any idea how I can solve this? I just need to get files on my ZUK so I tried to install drivers (unsuccessful) for USB connection. But maybe I got the wrong ones? (The ZUK driver I tried - no idea how to install the qualcomm one)
I hope you can help me with my broken phone. Thank you so much!

Come on.
Download the rom files, if you haven't changed vendos and factory, you can go with AEX with android 9, which I think is very good, otherwise it goes with android 8.
Download arm64, pico gapps, according to the android version to be installed.
I copied it to a pendrive, and with a usbc / usb cable, plug in the zuk z2 pro, access the bootloader, install option, select the OTG storage access, it will access the files on the pendrive.
Now you can flash the ROM and then the Gapps.
I recommend doing wipe cache, system before.

Or qfil it and restart from a stock factory rom...
(then install twrp again and whichever rom u want.)

Looking for ROM for Xperia SP with locked bootloader

The rooting status of my phone says: 'Bootloader unlock allowed: No'. Some hours of research made me believe that on the user side it is not possible to change that status. So I am stuck with my locked bootloader. Originally I wanted to flash LineageOS, but this ROM seems to depend on an unlocked BL. Please correct me, if I'm wrong. Now I am looking for an alternative that can be installed by a not so experienced user (me). Surely, I don't want to brick my phone. My first question is, what conditions does a ROM have to meet to be installable on a BL locked device? Are old ROMs of CyanogenMod an option? Or plain Android? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-sp/development/xperiasp-locked-bootloader-lbl-t2947194
That's lolipop and was the last one made for locked bootloader. It has all the steps in there. I don't know if all the linked stuff works, but I can confirm that the ROM's link is still up.
The download links on d-h.st only redirect me to advertisement pages, but no file can be downloaded
Anyway, can I conclude, that all ROMs based on Marshmallow and later cannot be flashed with LBL, and ROMs based on Lollypop and earlier can?
Basically, yes. Not all of the ROMs not based around Marshmallow/Nougat can be installed on LBL phones, though. If the op or the thread title doesn't mention that it can be installed on LBL phones then you can't.

I have an archive of last CM builds on my gdrive
There are also one stable build of 4.4 for unlocked bootloader

Is the installation process the same as for this ROM?
Do I need a kernel upgrade? Current: 3.4.0
Please, could anyone check and comment on my work-flow for the installation of CM11 on my Xperia SP with LBL? I haven't done it yet, but want to make sure this is the correct way, so I will not brick my phone. One thing, I am not sure of is, whether I need to upgrade the kernel, since CM11 is based on KitKat (I believe) and I still have the JellyBean kernel... Another open question is, will the Nandroid backup be erased from the internal storage as well by applying the 'Wipe' function of TWRP?
Preparation:
- Download CM11 ROM from https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B9ezDTx7eDfLLW0zODZRWkdKZUk to desktop PC

Root device:
- Install Aptoide from http://www.aptoide.com/
- Install Root Checker with Aptoide
- Select 'Settings > Security > Unknown sources: yes'
- Install TowelRoot from https://towelroot.com/
- Run TowelRoot
- Check root with Root Checker
Install TWRP:
- Install official TWRP app with Aptoide (also available at https://eu.dl.twrp.me/twrpapp/)
- Run TWRP app and install TWRP recovery for my device
- Shut down device
Nandroid backup:
- Boot to TWRP recovery (press Vol— and power buttons)
- Select 'Custom recovery > Backup' to copy full device backup to SD card

I made wipe ststem, data, everything :(

Hello! I wanted to root my phone and I installed twrp. When I wanted to install magisk, the phone has started to restart in twrp mode and I made a big mistake. I made a wipe all data system, everything.
How can I install a os now? There is twrp but I can not make copy a file from pc to phone. Help me please..
When TWRP have booted you should be able to transfer rom. Maybe you need to format (where you need to confirm with yes) first if encryption is enabled.
Search for TWRP settings, enable and disable the USB Connection feature. Already tried?

Update Xiaomi.eu manually?

Hi

If yes show me the right one
If no tell me what should i wipe while i install the rom ? System,data,dalvik,cache.... ???
It sounds like your device is encrypted, so you need to format the device before installing anything. Make sure to have the latest TWRP installed (you can find it in another thread) and afterwards you can install whatever you want.
when you boot into TWRP, can you see files and folders or can you see foldernames with alot off numbers?
if the second is the case, yeah you are encrypted and need to format data in TWRP.
first you can copy and save all the needed data in normal use off the phone or usb otg, or aus cable connected to laptop

Yeah i dont see my folders like downloads android and others i just see 6 or 7 folders with lots of numbers and letters, but i formated data before i install the eu version do i need to do that again ? Will that change it to normal ?
sounds like encryption, most likely you've deleted the system and the device became encrypted again. format it again and then copy the installation files in the device . after this follow normal installation steps.

Error installing rom via mi flash / error when updating phone to android 10 global st

I would like a help, so I'm trying to install the rom via mi flash, but not installing the rom, it's in 500sec and nothing to complete the installation, luckily I was able to install via TWRP, however when I try to update via Android OTA 10 I get stuck in the bootloop.
need more info.
You installed Twrp I assume over the stock rom?
if so boot into TWRP and format user data. ( note this wipe completely erase the phone. but you have no choice it must be done. if you have files that you want on the phone, see you can access them via Windows explorer and copy them over to your desktop.
Basic Instructions
FORMAT /data partition (Important Never Ever Wipe System Or Persist!)
Copy our ROM to the internal storage or use external USB drive ( must choose which device to install from in twrp)
Install ROM, and anything else depending on rom if needed such as gapps
Reboot to recovery
Reboot to system and setup

Now I managed to install the rom with Android 10 global, but the region is only in China, I can't change it and this one without facial unlocking.

I believe that @Agimax has a flashable mod on his stable page for changing regions, that seems to be a bug with the latest stable version.
Check here, and maybe tried pinging Agimax, if you need assistance.

Another option is flashing the latest Xiaomi.EU, which has every available feature some of which have not yet found their way to the stable build.
For the download links check Option 2

Keep rebooting to fastboot after rom installation!

Hello, I was tinkering for a few days to actually use lineage os in my device. I've flash multiple TWRP across these two days from xda forums, TWRP and PBRP works fine, what bothers me is everytime I install custom rom, when I reboot the system, it will go to fastboot after showing redmi logo with unlocked bootloader. I don't seem to know what's the case, but if I flash MIUI, it will work, not with other roms.
These what I've done:
Download Rom
TWRP (already installed) & vbmeta ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...omi-redmi-note-9-xiaomi-redmi-10x-4g.4218909/ )
Reboot to recovery
Wipe DATA (the right button in TWRP)
Reboot to recovery again
adb push file or copy rom zip to /sdcard or internal storage
Install Rom
Wipe data and not wipe data already tested with no avail
Reboot to system
My problem is, is it really possible to install lineageos? I've tried to install lineageos17 which is fail with logs arround the line of Error 7, and then /product (no such file is found) or something like that. My device is Redmi Note 9 Helio G85, is it not compatible? or should I try using GSI treble rom?
I've also tried to downgrade to MIUI 12.0.3.0 from 12.0.6.0, I downloaded 12.0.1.0, but haven't tried it yet.
Any help is appreciated, my pc is linux based, so if possible without much tinkering to move to windows. Thank you.
