Can someone port OnePlus stock messaging app from stock/beta OOS for me which can be installed on any android phone ?
I tried extracting apk from system/priv-apps but it is not working in Redmi Note 3.

I just want to ask that is there any way I can use stock OP launcher on a custom rom ( like I am Using Havoc OS
) ?
The problem i am facing is that even if i am extracting the launcher's apk and installing it on Havoc OS ( or any other ) it automatically somehow detects that i am not using the STOCK ROM and display the message that it can't work on my custom rom and then quits.
I have also tried installing the apk from ones available on apk mirror and elsewhere but no success....?

Hi there,
I got my Asus Zenfone 8 and planing to install LineageOS, but first I have couple of questions :
1.Should I update the firmware first ? (phone asking me to System update), not sure if this affect unlocking the bootloader or not ?
2.I liked the Asus camera app, compared it with Open Camera and couple of apps and found it the best, how can I get this stock camera app in LinageOs ?
3.Which OS is preferred to start the process Windows or Ubuntu ?
