I have a Android 8.1 x86 on virtualbox, the default state for this android is safetynet false.
I'm trying with Magisk and the module MagiskHide Props Config, but I can't bypass safetynet.
Is there a way for bypass safetynet on android x86?
I don't need root or xposed/edxposed, but only a virtual device where safetynet is true.
Thank you for your suggestions.

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to pass ctsProfile in a GSI without using the MagiskHide Props Config module. Editing the system build.prop doesn't appear to be sufficient.
You have to use the magiskhide props config. Try Pixel4 and it should be ok. I did this on my LG v20 with Lineage OS 17.1
Hi, Can I please get some advice as I'm having issues with MagiskHide and Safetynet issues. I updated my phone to Android 10 XSA firmware (Australia) Android security Patch 1st January 2020
Scenario 1: Boot into "Normal" mode, no root. Safetynet fails
Basic Integrity: Pass
CTS Profile: Fails
evalType: Hardware
(3rd party safety net checker and Magisk Manager checking)
Scenario 2: Boot into Recovery mode - Rooted, no EdXposed.
Basic Integrity: Pass
CTS Profile: Fails
evalType: Basic
(3rd party safety net checker and Magisk Manager checking)
Scenario 3 (What I want): Boot into Recovery Mode, Edxposed enabled
Basic Integrity: Pass
CTS Profile: Pass
evalType: Basic
(Magisk Manager always says Pass for both - I'm guessing HiddenCore Module)
And after checking after a few minutes, it's
Basic Integrity: Fail
CTS Profile: Fail
evalType: Basic
(Magisk Manager always says Pass for both - I'm guessing HiddenCore Module)
It flicks between the 2, so my banking apps sometimes works and sometimes doesn't - so it means MagiskHide is working on and off. My Playstore shows netflix when the profiles all pass too. and when it fails, it says the app in no longer unavailable.
I'm trying to figure out why it keeps flicking between passing and failing, it's frustrating and I just can't figure out what's causing it.

Thank you for reading up until here!
Hi,
I'm running the new android 12 beta 1 on my pixel 4xl. I got magisk hide working for most things and can also use gpay without any workarounds. I have lsposed installed in order to use fingerface.
I now have one app that's still detecting that my phone is rooted but I'm also not passing ctsintegrity, I have the Magisk prop hide module installed but I'm not quite sure what to do next.
Can anyone point! Me in the right direction?
Peter
Did you try installing MagiskHide Props Config
From the magisk modules I was having the same problem on Android 11 and that fixed it so maybe it will work for you too on 12
You will never pass safetynet with lsposed, it modifies too many core components. This is pretty widely known.
Just enabling on the "Magisk Hide" option will do the thing? Or are there any other steps I should do?
Magisk Hide is already enabled in the options. I tried rebooting my phone and it is still blocking ALL banking apps that I use (I live in the Philippines.)
My phone is Xiaomi Mi 11.
- I tried installing previous versions of Magisk
- Flashing different custom ROMs: EU ROM, Global and OneOS, still the same issue.
Did you install Universal Safetynet Fix module?

Hide the Magisk Manager from Magisk - Options (the cog wheel) - Hide the Magisk App. This is how it works for me, my wife, my friends... Magisk Hide on it's own doesn't do the trick...

Thanks a lot, this worked! I thought it didn't work at first. I have to manually enable Magisk Hide module per application/banking app.
If it doesn´t work, just uninstall the magisk manager.
In case you need it reinstall it.
Works great for me.

Glad it helps.
And yes, MagiskHide is required if rooted (this is mentioned in the module description)
I use the app airfrozen to freeze magisk. Do my banking things and after that I unfreeze it. It's faster than uninstall and reinstall.
The hide worked for me under lineage and my sagit.
But under mi11 it will not. No idea why.
make sure you set Magisk hide to the SUB-items in each app you want to hide it from. Also make sure you pass Safeynet.
I am running MIUImix weekly and can pass Safetynet, googlepay etc without running any special modules.
I'm aware it's a safety net issue, but is there any simple fixes? I feel with older versions of magisk and los, it was as easy as magisk hide.
With the Universal Safetynet Fix module.
