WHAT TO DO
first make sure you have usb debugging in your gear
make a folder called sdb on the root of c: move sdb.exe to it
gear aio tool.bat inside that folder
place the mods wanted inside that folder
place commands.txt inside that folder
extract temp to your sdb folder (if you want volume boost) (its a hidden file dont worry if you cant see it, just enable hidden folder view in windows)
place the .edj boot/shutdown animations on the root of your gears internal memory
and rename your sounds and fonts
(for multiple sounds and fonts (upto 3) rename and a 1 and/or 2 before the file extension)
your sdb folder should look like this

now your almost prepped
run gear aio tool.bat
this will now link you to my themes and apps thread for downloads from inside the gear aio tool.bat , download what you want/need and copy to C:/sdb
then switch back to the cmd window and continue
once you see it has setup the folders, navigate to them (in windows explorer "gear/gear 2/gear 2 neo")
place your chosen theme .png icons into the theme folder created on your gears internal memory
then proceed flashing whatever you want

After installing this MOD I got probs with my Watchfaces and over apps.
Classy Watch: battery drains no more visible
Mr.Time: whole watches no shown
over apps: not on watch after installing, not uninstallable
I have a Gear 1 modded to Gear 2 via build.prob
Done a reset several times - no influence.
Flashed the TizenMod-Rom-SM-V700-UCNF1-by-Skin1980-v3.0.tar again and all went fine.
But which patch can caused this problems?

Getting the following message when trying to download TizenMod.AIO.bat, commands.txt file and temp.zip:
Error (509) This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!
Can I get these files anywhere else?

Yeah sorry. Bout that. I've started up my own cloud service using my raspberry pi
Give me a couple of hours and IL have it linked and set up properly.

I didnt done this because of the mod. Was because of much less apps in Samsung Store for the Gear 1.

Yes I flashed it and it was also my feeling that it depends on that.
Because BT Communication between the watch apps and the phone apps seems to be corrupted.

no it effects things in gear 2 , too, its more for developers who want to implement and test more using the sdk

Ive never had any conflictions with the apps i use. It juat doesnt play well with some

RRO Layers Theme Support in Marshmallow

Just a reminder that RRO/Layers themes work out of the box with marshmallow, assuming you are rooted. The official layers app does not seem to work for me, but you can head to /System/Vendor/ and manually create a folder called overlay within that folder. (You should end up with /system/vendor/overlay) You will need to mount /system with R/W access, which means you'll need something like root explorer.
From there, copy any RRO theme APKs into that directory and reboot. You will want to be careful though, incompatible APKs may cause that application to crash - and an incompatible SystemUI.apk will cause the phone to bootloop.
Update 11/6 - the beta version of the layers app works great. It should be in the play store soon, but you can sideload the APK from here : https://plus.google.com/117376207394302665227/posts/P5Z41eL57bz

And here are the APK files if you want to give it a try: <Mod Edit - Link Removed> Just move the individual APK files to /system/vendor/overlay as mentioned in the first post. Also, I removed the settings.apk theme file as it causes the settings app to crash. Everything else seems to work great!

I can't get it working :l
Step 1: Move the base.apk file of a RRO theme from /data/app/<themefolder> to /system/vendor/overlay
Step 2: Open "Layers" app and apply theme.
Step 3: Reboot.

The layers app is your problem, uninstall it. Just manually move the apk files to /system/vendor/overlay and reboot. No need to apply or install anything

Ahh I finally figured it out. I was trying to apply this SkyBlue Layers theme. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bitsykolayers.SkyBlue
When it's installed, all the files are contained in a single APK in data/app/<themefolder>.
I had to extract the contents of the APK, extract the contents of a .ZIP file within, and then copy those files to system/vendor/overlay.

Dang, I was trying to get layers to work through Layers Manager and gave up despite knowing Marshmallow had RRO support built in natively. Thanks for sharing!

I'm adding a nav bar layer apk into the overlay folder from the navigate app on the playstore, have extracted correctly from the zip but it still isn't applying, I'm rooted with busybox etc, are there certain permissions or something silly I'm missing? Any help appreciated, cheers

I can't get this to work! I have tried all the instruction exactly. RRO location is correct, all apks extracted from the coal theme. Permissions set to 0644. What am I missing here?
I'm rooted but no busybox. Uninstalled Layers too
edit** basically my permissions were incorrect! Fixed!

Same thing happened to me, I cleared out a lot of RRO layers that I didn't want and copied in only the important ones to me like nav bar, status bar, etc.

You need to uninstall the playstore version and sideload it
Do not work yet with Styles, so don't go with Magpie/CommuteUI. I have got Inversion UI to work just fine on my 6P, see attachment. Post any bug/issue you have that's not reported yet on that gplus post.

Midnight is a good one(Hangout/G+ on it is style based so currently unsupported through layer manager). Download the Layer Showcase app from playstore for a easy way to find them. Should be enough to satisfy you until Layer devs work out that bug.

For those of you using dark themes what are you doing about the contacts text always being black? I'm currently using destiny dark theme and its a bit grey so its readable .
Maybe if we're lucky someone will edit the contacts.apk with the fix

Here you will find a collection of font modules for Magisk.
Feel free to use them for your personal use only. You are not allowed to use them for any commercial purpose. You are not allowed at an time to ask money or to gain any other benefits from these fonts. No exceptions!

Here we go with a simple guide to make your own font module using my template attached here.
Steps:
1. Download Total Commander from play store (free). Or the apk from https://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm
2. Download my template module from here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/117VFMHzCtoZigOBHm_K8IyzSCF4o3CkL
3. Browse the template using total Commander in one pane. Don't unzip it, just browse the file as it is. Total Commander can do that easily. Browse to System/fonts
4. On the other pane of total Commander browse the fonts that you have prepared in advanced. You can use your favorite recovery flashable font pack, or your custom edited fonts. Rename them exactly as the screenshot. The name should match the font style.
Use fontfix from playstore to open a font and make sure of it's weight, i.e. bold, italic, conde etc.
This are the needed fonts for a complete module (according to my preferences)
5. Select all the fonts and copy them to the System/font folder that is opened on the other pane. Total CMD will pack them to the zip module.
6. Now on to the pane where your module is, go back to the base of your module and edit these two files:
config.sh (just the ui_print here)
module.prop (it's easier here as there are just a few lines)
Edit them by long pressing the files in total cmd and choose Unpack+Edit
In the template you will see xxx. Those are the places that you can edit.
See these example with Lato font:
Config.sh:
Module.prop:
After closing each file, the app will ask you if you want to save the edited file and repack it. Select yes.
Now go one level up in total cmd, rename your zip file as you like and your module is ready to use.
Let see if this works for you.
Let me know if you run into issues and/or something is not clear.

Pro tip:
If you don't have all the font variants, you can use the closest one to that.
For example, if you miss the medium.ttf variant you can use a copy of the light.ttf one and rename it as xxxMedium.ttf and so on.

I have tested other fonts (some third party fonts from other websites)
and got the ? in clock
So its not you fonts fault but my phone i guess.

I see in the screenshot that your rom is using bold (or regular) fonts for lock screen clock.
You should use light fonts for that. If your room has lock screen clock custom font try to change the font to light instead of bold or regular...
All fonts here do not have the ? In lock screen.

It's working fine here. How are you downloading? Through an app (xda labs, tapatalk)? Or through an internet browser?

SOLVED: Tried to install an IOS emoji theme and lost all emojis.

Hi!
Stupid is as stupid does. I tried to install an IOS 11 emoji theme wich of course didn't work with the P20 pro and lost all my emojis.
Does anybody know if there is a theme for the P20 pro around wich includes the original emojis?

Are you rooted? When I get a new phone, after rooting it, I always install this app to switch to iOS Emojis: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stevenschoen.emojiswitcher
Only works when rooted though. Works on my L09 just fine.

My first phone without root:laugh:, company phone and kind of expensive so will try to manage without root this time.
I managed to install Oreo emojis with the Huawei Themes app, so it's working ok now. Seems that I lost a couple of emojis, but that's ok:good:.
So problem solved.

Hi, sorry for not posting the solution.
Here is how I solved it:
1. Download these apps from playstore:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mixapplications.themeeditor
2. In the app Themes Manager for Huawei / Honor EMUI, go to emojis and download the oreo emojis theme.
3. You have to merge the emojis with the original theme in "EMUI Theme Editor", but this app doesn't fint the stock themes on phone, so download original theme from here:

When downloaded, unpack and move your theme to this folder: /Huawei/Themes/ with ES file-explorer or your favorite file manager.
4. Open EMUI theme editor and pick the theme you downloaded, press next and choose fonts. Choose import from another theme and choose the oreo emoji theme. Choose next and save the merged theme. Choose it in the theme app on phone.
Now your emojis should be working again, and you can now choose any of the original themes again.
Hope this helps. This is written in a hurry so please excuse any typos...

iOS emojis won't work, installation longs for minutes and never ends...thanks anyway.

The Oreo emojis link download doesn't work, any mirror?

Got how to change it, problem is that it messed up all the font.

If you are rooted, no need to search for any hwts or apps. I expect you to be rooted via magisk. If using magisk, then straightaway go to Magisk Manager, downloads and search for a module (just type ios), you will get something ios emojis or something like that. Install and reboot. That should do the work.

2. In the app Themes Manager for Huawei / Honor EMUI, go to emojis and download the oreo emojis theme.
3. You have to merge the emojis with the original theme in "EMUI Theme Editor", but this app doesn't fint the stock themes on phone, so download original theme from here:

When downloaded, unpack and move your theme to this folder: /Huawei/Themes/ with ES file-explorer or your favorite file manager.
4. Open EMUI theme editor and pick the theme you downloaded, press next and choose fonts. Choose import from another theme and choose the oreo emoji theme. Choose next and save the merged theme. Choose it in the theme app on phone.
Now your emojis should be working again, and you can now choose any of the original themes again.

I tried what you wrote (though only interested on getting the fonts back), but when using the oreo emoji theme all my apps start showing up strange emoji everywhere. Did it work for you on a P20 Pro ??

There is a simple module that contain:
Wallpapers from ASUS for their Android phones
ASUS ROG Phone Live Wallpaper app
ASUS ROG Phone Theme app
All credit @linuxct for having shared the ASUS suite tools (original XDA thread).
This module is just a portage of that.

Magisk (last stable version at least)
An Android phone (oh really ? )
5 minutes of your time
(download, install, reboot and set the wallpaper take too much of your time? REALLY ? )

My bad... I was vague in describing... I'm using Redmi 4x.... The ROG companion app shows white screen and instantly closes... Tried in Miui 9.6.5, Dot OS 2.5, AEX 5.6 and Bootleggers ROM 3.0(unofficial).. But, the camera app works for normal, HDR and pro modes(video recorders crashes the app)

If boot Caused system UI to crash
If not,the phone is bootloop(restarting the phone is the only solution)

There's a problem with camera on my mi5 (lineageOS), the flash lamp is not synced with snapshot.. it's flashing to short and photo is underexposed

How can I move them to a different folder while still letting the app detect the wallpapers? Right now the magisk module didn't work for me and the controller kept crashing. Installing them normally worked like a charm just extracted them and installed.
Only issue is it doesn't detect the rest of the wallpapers. Although it didn't detect them when I installed it through magisk too. Any resolution to it?

Hi,
I just refined the module on the repository and added the function you requested: once you download the update and install it, a small menu will be accessible via any terminal application like Termux for example (root access rights required).
Once your device is restarted, all you have to do is launch the terminal and type:
su
ASUS-Style-Suite-Mover
You will then be asked to provide a new location where the wallpapers will then be moved to (the validation of the new location is done by pressing ENTER).
I therefore advise you to browse your folders via an explorer to the desired folder, then copy the full path to paste it into your terminal (if your temrinal supports this function, termux for example allows this).
As for the application crash problem, not being the developer of the application in question, I only update the apk if a new one is released. If any time an update would be released as a ghost, feel free to indicate the link, I will update the apk file as soon as possible.

Hey thanks for the quick response. I'll try this out in some but the issue with the app crash is only while I install the magisk module. I extracted the apk files from the module and installed the apps normally and there wasn't any crash at all.

Doesn't do anything when I type in commands

RougeCompanion app force closing on my OnePlus 2
Please refer these logs

Camera App is very good please fix the following bugs
1.Exposure is very high when pics are taken with flash
2.In fixed torch is on and taking a pic, the pic is taking with flash off
3.flash is not firing when focussing ( even in dark )
All bugs in camera is associated with flash only, please fix these bugs
