I have flashed Magisk zip but ctsProfile: false, basic integrity true. I used Google Pay for everything & love that there is no upper limit.
I am on official LineageOS rom with GApps.
Can MagiskHide Props Config v5.2.4 module be flashed by LineageOS Recovery or is it flashed via Busybox? Am I barking up the right tree?

Instead of all those screenshots it would have been more useful if you had provided the installation log, recovery log and Magisk log...
One thing to try is a complete uninstall and reinstall of Magisk.

And what about the Magisk log? Even better would be if you could install the v15.3 beta (only difference is more verbose logging) and provide the magisk_debug.log from /data/adb.

Ok i try later
Running Resurrection Remix on a Oneplus One. Starting today the KBC banking app (com.kbc.mobile.android.phone.kbc) started blocking rooted phones.
Using Magisk v19.0 - Magisk Manager v7.1.1
Tried everything I could find:
Hid the banking app
Hid the magisk manager
Enabled magisk core only
Disabled android debugging
And rebooted in between steps, deleted app and reinstalled, SafetyNet passes everything... yet this KBC banking app still detects root.
Any suggestions what I could try next?
You can try this :

Or mabye this will help :

downgrade your Google play services

It's likely something with your ROM. I tested on my OnePlus 3T, ArrowOS (Android Pie), and all that was needed for the app not to detect root was to add it to the Hide list and repackage the Manager.

As of 09/04 KBC also stopped working for me. (Magisk 18.1)
After a lot of trial and error, here's what helped for me:
1) Remove KBC Mobile
2) Remove Magisk Manager and Magisk by flashing the uninstaller
3) Reboot to recovery
4) Flash Magisk 19.0 beta and reboot
5) Install latest Magisk Manager
6) Magisk Hide Google Play
7) Install KBC Mobile but do not run it!
8) Magisk Hide KBC Mobile
9) Repack Magisk Manager
10) Reboot
Fully working again.
Good luck!

Sadly didn't work for me.
I'm guessing you use another ROM than Resurrection Remix?

I just ran through this procedure and can confirm KBC Mobile works again. Thanks @Gamm86 and @Didgeridoohan!
A bit of context: KBC locked their app today April 24th, I had called a few weeks back to complain my phone was still marked as rooted (they do periodic checks it seems, and their database isn't refreshed daily), while it was not (at least not the way it used to be  ).
@tomzorz88 Using a LOS 15.1 (Android 8.1.0) build here. CtsProfile checks out for you? If not check https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/module-magiskhide-props-config-t3789228.

@.:B:. The CtsProfile and every safety test did check out fine, but never got the KBC to work again.
Just now did a clean install of ArrowOS v9 , without Magisk, and all banking apps including KBC are working like a charm again. If I need Magisk again in the future I'll try aforementioned steps again, but currently no need.
Thanks anyway @Gamm86 and everyone else!
Dear XDA,
Used TWRP:
Installed latest Lineage OS 16.0 of November 20, 2019 with formatting internals and wiping system, vendor, dalvik and cache.
Installed lastest Magisk v20.1 from GitHub page
Booted ROM and installed "MagiskManager-v7.4.0.apk" from above link
As the result:
MagiskManager shows everything green
No root prompt in any application and Root Checker shows that root is not installed.
Already have tried:
Disabling power optimization entry for MagiskManager
Reinstall Magisk using MagiskManager
What might be the reason of no prompt issue?
Why not AddonSU: this addon disables some applications to use such as Bank or GooglePay which are important here.
Why not SuperSU: is it worth to tell why?
Thank you very much for any working suggestion.
I'm creating a OneUI 2.0 Rom for some potato phone, and I have Magisk auto-install. I want it so that Magisk already comes with a pre-installed module, which is 2GB ZRAM Enabler. How can I make the module auto-install?
If you already have the Magisk zip in there, getting auto-installed, just add the module zip the same way (after Magisk installs, of course).
Should work in theory, but it depends a bit on the module...
Now i'm on lineageOS 18, i want to modify my status bar and another system aspects. Can you suggest me any magisk module or zip archive for TWRP?
I use these two, make sure you Install the zygisk version of LSPosed, if you're on Magisk 24.3+.
Fox's Mmm (https://github.com/Fox2Code/FoxMagiskModuleManager)
LSPosed zygisk (https://github.com/LSPosed/LSPosed/releases)

I think there is some apps for your status bar.
And "system aspects" can be found in build prop, tho can you be more detailled about what you mean by this
