Is there any difference between ota vs factory image flashing (downgrade to 10)?
I mean the consequence is the same stable android 10 rom?

I would use the full factory image. You'll have to wipe data regardless.

If you are gonna use OTA update, your system must be unmodified : not rooted, not changing any system file (including boot logo), and using stock recovery.

The SM-T580 as well, but German firmware only.

Anyone on Bootloader 2 or 3, these fimwares will update it to 4. If you end up not liking 8.1 Oreo on the tablet and want to go back to your native country's stock 7.0 firmware, you might not be able to, so check before hand, or wait for custom firmware.

Yes, but your root and recovery will be gone and you'll have to redo the root again. Unless you have Orangefox recovery well installed which has the ability to survive OTAs
