unless you have a efs backup, you need to repair imei with z3x if it's supported,
baseband, the file can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2489238
download the appropriate file for your variant, it's up to you if you want to flash back to stock or not, but just do the dd command that's listed there, with the modem.bin file in that zip file.

The partition that holds your IMEI is probably corrupt or wiped - you need to send it in for repairs.

how to flash lg g4 (ls991) dump files/stock partitions

my phone in deadboot condition..need to repair bootloader.
i have downloaded these dump files from this site :
http://downloads.codefi.re/autoprime/LG/LG_G4/LS991/LS991ZV6
now how is there any way to flash those files?

As far as i know jtag octopus box is the only way to repair hardbrick

DoDownload Error when flashing TOT

I have a friend with a bricked LG G4. It's a sprint model LS991. He has no idea what firmware he is on and so far I've tried ZVB ZV9 and ZV6. Every time it gets to about 10% and gives me "DoDownload Error!!!". I have been searching for hours and have found many people posting with the same problem but they seem to be ignored in most threads. Has anyone had this issue before and found a work around? Or can anyone at least tell me what it means? It seems to occur after this line:
CheckDL Validation
_prepareAfterDload download
00000064
DoDownload Error!!!
I have tried different DLL files (generic and model specific) as well as on Upgrade + DL and Board DL with no change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

either hes on zvc or zvd and u r flashing older firmware not possible due to antirollback or it has suffered from the ilapo bootoop
i see u r a newer user from now on please post ? in the q and a thread

I had the same error when on ZVC trying to flash a ZVB tot. I ended up using LGUP instead of LGFlash tool and it worked. Hope that this helps.

Right now i have ZVC software version can i downgrade ZV6 without brick????

yes when i downgrade zvb to zv6 its brick and now no power on when i connect pc its show qualcomm hsusb 9008 error

again sorry thats a hard brick and only way to fix is jtag rite now may change in fututre

Hi, I have my LG V40 Sprint with the bootloader unlocked, but now I have no download mode, my question is how can I recover the download mode?

Hi.All.I have cross flashed LG v40 Hong Kong version Rom Android 9 with the Korean Android 10 using lgup.
THE Rom was installed but I lost radio.no signal. So then on the advice of a friend I flashed partition dl modem a and modem b from a European version 9.and when the phone rebooted it shows security warnings and says all slots are unbeatable. Any way to put oh in fastboot mode so that lgup can identify.Any easy way out.thx

I'm sorry but I cant seem to find your guide. I'm stuck in fastboot bootloop on a bootloader unlocked Verizon V405ua and have no download mode to be able to use lgup. Can you please post a link to your guide.

It's in the Guides Section, pretty easy to spot, it says 'LGUP for All'
