No waterproof case for mate 8. Could I use one designed for mate 7 ?

Hello all.
One of the little disapointement I have with my Mate 8 is that there is no waterproof case available.
There is however one for the mate 7. And as far as I can tell, the Mate 7 and mate 8 have almost exactly the same dimensions. Could it be possible that the mate 8 would fit in a mate 7 case ? The only differences I can see are the position of the jack (wich would be unusable.) and the shape of the camera.
Does anyone have both phone, or just a Mate 7 case , and can tell me if this could work ?

Lovemei has a case for the Mate 8 and I believe it is waterproof.

Nope. I have it. And although it's pretty though, it's also very heavy and NOT waterproof. I know many shops will describe it as water resistant, but you'll notice Lovemei itself doesn't. The lens ans flash are actually open holes (not protected by glass).

Mate 7 case not work on Mate 8 i try and dont change anything on screen.couse the mate 8 senors difrent place in mate 8 case.if you need use mate 8 case you must buy moca gold or higher ram version or You can purchase separate.

Where to find Porsche Design Smart Case

Hi all,
Just recently scooped up a Porsche Design, trying to see if I can get the case that came with the phone somewhere else, I want to put on my magnet mount but I dont want to ruin the original case.
Any source to it would be appreciated :good:

idk about the housing man, good luck with that unless someones selling a cracked screen one and you can salvage the rear portion

Honor 9 Lite Hard cases and Screen Protectors

Hi anyone in the UK know where to get a Hard case that's decent for the Honor 9 Lite LLD-L31.
I have had a look everywhere and most are advertised for the Honor 9 Lite however state its not compatible with the 2017 version (??) not sure what that means.
I am also a decent 9H screen protector too and that has the same issue where it states not compatible for the 2017 version. If someone could be so kind and point me in the right direction as i can see with the design of the phone its going to have the same design flaw as the bendgate apple iphone between the rockers and power button.

I managed to find a screen protector from: https://www.ultimateshield.co.uk/co...r-9-lite-tempered-glass-screen-protector-blue & https://www.ultimateshield.co.uk/co...-honor-9-lite-invisible-film-screen-protector
I have the glass version to hand now and due to a mix up will have to wait for the film version to arrive.
But the cases seem to be the main issue. All cases that are hardcase on Amazon and Ebay are from china (They say they are from UK but business address is china and delivery times confirm that).
So i am only now after the hard case.

most of them are made in china tbh. that includes the accessories that i am using right now. it's harder to obtain the products outside of your region so i guess you dont have a choice but to wait to ship it out. or try to find in some places near you.

did someone tried any "dbrand" skins for our phone? had gadgetshieldz skin on my old Mi A2 Lite and it was very good, but there's no skins on their site for Mi 9 Lite, so any good recommendation for our phone?

Hesitate between the P40 pro and the P40 pro+

Hi, I recently sold my P30 Pro, I hesitate between the p40 pro and the p40 pro+ ,what can you advise me. thanks

If you have the money I'd say the Pro+.
Brilliant curved screen, so smooth with gestures from the bottom with the extra curves.
The camera on both is great but the plus is ground breaking with 10 times optical zoom.
You won't be disappointed with either.

I got mine from Huawei direct (pre order special) not sure what they are offering just now but I'd start there and then see if you can Google better

Hi, I've had both devices and would mirror the previous advice, if you have the extra cash then go for the Pro+ however you won't be disappointing with either. The Pro+ is basically the same design but with the benefit of the two zoom lenses (3x and 10x) so more versatile, faster wireless charging and a ceramic back finish. If you use a case the Ceramic back is basically useless, but if you don't (like me) the finish is just gorgeous and extremely tough.
Good place to get them reasonable price wise is Wondamobile
