Hi.
When I had colorOS on my Realme X2 Pro the microphone quality when recording videos etc was great (at least for me) but I think after the Realme UI update its worse (sound is muffled; feels like it's cutting high frequencies). Don't know if that's because of software update or my mic got somehow damaged. Do you guys have the same issue as me?
Also if someone asks me: I have the 12gb, eu version with eu rom (C28).

When I installed this product, everything works perfect specially the sound quality was same as original sound quality, except reverse camera flickering issue.
Then the seller, sent updated OS version to fix reverse camera flickering issue and the camera issue has been fixed.
But, the sound quality was poor with new OS update. But the seller is not responding now to fix this issue.
Could you please try to fix this issue ?

Does 12.5 fix this?
Does flashing other ROM fixes the issue?
I have even returned 1 unit and exchanged nor another RN10 Pro but same problem with call quality

same issue with my redmi note 10 pro global whatsapp call video issue microphone issue
Is this issue there when taking video or recording voice? I seem to have very low level voice recording issue.
someone mentioned AOD always on display interferes try disabling it

Hi there, Can anyone please tell me when using pro mode in X70 PRO PLUS, and when trying to switch between lens ( Ultrawide, regular or telephoto ) . Do you guys hear a single clicking noise from camera module the moment lens is switched. ( It's not coming from speaker ) . Also I don't hear this when in other mode ( video, auto or pro )

Yes same issue @martensitic440c , but I read that its because of OIS. A common behaviour on all phones with OIS. But it still becomes slightly concerning when hearing sounds from such a expensive phones
Hope someone can confirm, man this forum has so less user base.

Hi i need help desperately from the experts here.
After updating to global 12.5.8 miui the phone front camera not working, no sound at all, not even in bluetooth and headphone jack. Most annoying thing is the youtube video maxed out at 720p. Even in youtube vanced.
Very weird problem.
I flashed sweetin 12.5.9 miui but still the problem remains same.

I have already updated the phone with the latest system update and it's currently on MIUI 12 Global 12.0.8.
With EIS enabled, it is very grainy, but improves a little with EIS disabled. In normal daylight, video recordings seems fine, but in a room lit with warm toned lighting conditions (~3000k), videos are grainy.
I have compared it to Alcatel 1S (2020), Honor 10 Lite, moto e6 plus and even Xiaomi's own Redmi 9, the video recordings are much much cleaner.
Does anyone know what the issue here is?
You'd have thought the Note 9 would beat all the above?
I have also done a factory reset (which incidentally removes some apps such as AliExpress, some Google related apps amd the Games drawer? Anyone know why?
