Hello everyone, I need your advice. Some time ago I activated a function that gives me a sort of menu with the back buttons, menus, etc... If you don't use it it becomes a small parenthesis and you put it on the side of the screen. I'm going crazy to find out how to deactivate it, know how to help me?
Maybe this?

Anyone else have the issue where no matter what I set as my default calendar view, when I open it up it automatically goes to "Agenda" view?
It opens in Month, but ehn immediately changes to Agenda...very annoying I think
Anyone else experienced this? Any solution?
Cheers
Not something I've come across myself, but I'd advise setting the preferences the way you want it then making sure the Calendar app is properly closed (as opposed to just minimised) using the Task Manager to try and get your preferred settings to 'stick'. It's probably worth doing a quick soft reset at that point as well just to be on the safe side.
I must have changed the settings a million times - like I say though, the weird thing is it starts in month mode but changes then to agenda...
Also dont seem to be able to get the phone name to stick - keeps changing to htc_593 or some numbers...
ah well!
Actually, I've just noticed if I open it through programs it does stay on month, it's only if I open it from the today screen...must just be the way it's set up.
Try a search because this topic has been covered before and a tweak was suggested

I do not have any problem with this so don't need a tweak. However I can remember a few weeks ago reading about somebody else who did suggested something that he said solved it. If I had tried it or remembered it I would have explained it in my post
However you seem a keen and helpful poster ever willing to help others so why don't YOU try it. Or maybe come up with some other really positive suggestion
Hi!
I got a problem on my diamond that i just can't seem to fix :/.
I cant change from Full-qwerty keyboard :/.
I got this problem today but i havent done anything to get it.
I've tried changing from full-qwerty in the menu on the top-left corner, but it just keeps changing back.
I can't change it while writing sms, can't click on the small arrow down in the middle beside the keyboardbutton.
Nothing works :/
Can anyone please help me? I'm going crazy writing on the qwerty keyboard, takes so much more time!
Thanks!
try this go to start/settings/system/screen/align screen follow instructions then you should be able to access the arrow tab at the side of your keyboard icon and change to whichever format you require hope this helps
Thank you but i didn't help :/
I cant click on that arrow.
And when going to start/settings/input(?)(i have the swedish version so i dont know the english word for it) I change it to normal keyboard or just something else besides qwerty.
But when i return into the menu it says "qwerty" :/ it just keeps changing back :/
sorry dont speak swedish use a translator in google
Hi!
I can change my keyboard here:
start/settings/system/
Sunnysoft InterWrite <- this is the program's name.
sry about my bad eng.
Okey, well google translated it to input so it must have another word in the mobile :/
Well if you go to start/settings and then click on the icon in the middle on the top if you know what i mean? There you can change from qwerty to normal keyboard and so on... can you find it?
Well that just keeps changing back to fullqwerty the whole time :/

How are you creating the shortcuts?
Try SIPChange.

Worked for me when my Diamond kept changing back to the default keyboard in the new ROM I installed yesterday.

If you want to know how to make shortcuts and use command lines, have a look on vijay555's site, he explains it very well. His app (and many others) will not work untill you learn how to do this.
The first issue I have no screen shot of it... Sorry
But I do know this, it was on either SimpleOSManila2d or Phoenix ROM.
Here is my best discription...
When you are in a call (connected) the on screen buttons where slightly grayed over and there was a button (slider) you had to slide down to basically reveal the buttons so they could be pushed.
If you have seen this you know what I am talking about...
My question is this, is it a app (cab) someplace? Or is it part of the ROM?

Its a version of phone canvas, you can find it pre installed on some ROMs. Here is a version by PDG that you can just install, and it looks great! The cab file is in the zip!
i installed this and it doesnt seem to be kicking in.. any additional steps needed to enable it?

Did you soft reset afterwards?
did that right before u posted it and its good now, thanks
Word to the wise...it's always best to soft reset after installing a new program/app/cab before posting issues...keeps you from being flamed...
Hello, i have a Touch Diamond, and i was wondering if there was a way to answer a call vis the button at the top of the phone.
When ever someone rings me, the phone is in my pocket, which means that the big red END CALL button comes up, and as im tring to get the phone out of my pocket, it ends the call.
Can someone help me with this please?
I use Slide2Answer for this.

Please can you link me to this app, i have done a forum search for it but it came up with nothing.
Use a simple but great app named Answerkeys Disabler (consumes like 1kb of memory), or disable the HTC phone skin (frees 10MB of memory but disables video calling.)
Take a look at this.

Hi All ,
Just a little request to know if somebody knows how to hide automatically the dial PAD when launching the Phone app
Because I never use it and I prefer to directly access to phone history.
Somebody can help me?
Thanks!
