Then I cleaned the memory and I also deleted the rom..disaster
Now I can't boot the phone anymore, it freezes on the HTC screen and I can't flash any roms. the phone is s-on.
Boot recovery mode possible and twrp possible but not recognized by the PC by connecting USB
Any idea how to fix?

I've actually had a similar problem with CWM closing after a split second, but it's a pretty simple fix. The only things you need to fix this are the fastboot drivers (you can download this via a quick google search) and a PC. Open up a command prompt and navigate to wherever the fastboot drivers are located for you, and then type in "fastboot erase cache". Then you can enter recovery and sideload a new rom
If you have any questions feel free to ask

ARHD 40.2 HAS TO BE FLASHED WITH TWRP 2.6.3.3+ (yes, minimum is 2.6.3.3)
so just reflash TWRP 2.6.3.3, and install ARHD again.
Okay, so this is the status quo of my friends phone: HTC One M7 UL, S-On, HBOOT-1.55, TAMPERED, UNLOCKED
There is no OS instelled, I can only boot into recovery (while booting from the bootloader it starts Team Win Recovery Project v2.6.0.1, when I boot from the phone being off it opens ClockworkMod Recovery v6.0.4.6) or bootloader. The internal storage is wiped. My PC is not able to install the device driver software, so I cannot put any files on the phone via USB cable. Also it appears to not be rooted, as the recoveries ask me if I want to install SuperSU. But if I accept this, nothing changes and the next time I get the same question.
All in all almost erverything on this phone is deleted and I have no idea how to put a ROM back on it to flash. Can anyone help me fix this?
Update: Trying out the USB-OTG-cable I get the error "E: Can't mount /storage/usbdisk"

What errors do you have when installing drivers (adb) on your PC?

oh i ment just the ordinary windows "error"
trying adb out right now, never heard of it before
Update: I don't get how to use adb. Could you maybe tell me what to do? I get the respose "List of attached devices" and thats it, doesn't find any.
I recently got a z3c and decided to try to get a slim rom on it.
I have done the following:
I unlocked the bootloader.
This was done successfully to the best of my knowledge
The next thing I did was flash a cwm image to by z3c using fastboot. The problem was that I flashed the z3 version on my z3c.
The device would boot but the screen would be blank.
Later I flashed the z3c boot loader named : Z3c_DooMLoRD_AdvStkKernel_v01_FW-105
After this the device goes in a boot loop. I am able to access CWM.
I have tried to root the phone as well as flash the slim rom in an attempt to fix it....
Wiping disk / cache doesn't help.
Also for some reason even though adb drivers are installed I cannot use it so I can't get the twrp install to work.
I have no idea what to do can someone please help?
Thanks,
stp
I have same issue....Phone is ib bootloop...i can still go to fastboot mode....
Anything can be done here????
Flash an factory image with flashtool then you will have original recovery. Then reinstall CWM, maybe smth went wrong.
Tried flashtool---Ended up with errors as attached pic
As i cant bootup my phone...USB Debugging option cant be ticked
I was running SlimLP (unofficial) while bricked my phone....
Anything on that please....
I managed to recover my phone. I don't think you need usb debugging for flash tool. What I did was turn the phone off (power and volume up seem to be the buttons that force shutdown and break the reboot loop).
flashtool will prompt you to connect when you flash the ftf file and you hold power up and volume down when you connect the usb cable. If you have issues flashing (it hanged on me on system.bin) try restarting your computer.
Resolution and Problem Exp
Right after flashing the device recovery through fastboot the USB cable is plugged and that seems to loop the boot loader, so you need to force shutdown while looping by pressing POWER + VOLUME UP, and after that unplug the USB cable. You will notice that on boot now the light is no longer red.

Hi Guys,
a friend of mine gave me his broken m7 it was completly stock (no root nothing) and i could acces the recovery mode everything i tried didnt help (full wipe new installation...) the phone was stuck on the htc loading screen.
So i decided to install twrp to maybe get an costum rom on the phone ... everything looked good
i could enter twrp and i tried the sideloader funktion but i had problems that i always lost connection to the phone so i tried to mount it to send the new rom to the phone that did also work but after like 40% of the file was copied the phone get stucked and i lost usb connection again... (maybe it still was in sideload)
I I tried to reboot the phone but now it just stays black if i connect it to the pc i get the usb unplug/plug sound when i press the hardreset...
Can i dispose the Phone now or do you have any suggestions what i can do further ?
Thank you !
no one any idea ?

You cannot install custom recovery with locked bootloader. You need to unlock your bootloader then flash your recovery thru fastboot.
Hi,
I installed the TWRP recovery on my HTC Desire 626 a32_ul and rooted it, but now i have a problem. When I power off the device and connect the charger, It show the icon of the battery and after start automatcly the TWRP. The problem is that in this mode the touch dont work in the TWRP and I can turn off the smartphone. I must connect it on my pc and use adb reboot. Is it possibile to remove this bug and charge it normally when it's off? Or I need to flash the stock recovery? In th second case, where I can find it? My software number is 2.10.401.5.
I need help, please
Thanks
Did you manage to fix the issue ?
I've got the same problem in HTC 825, cannot "slide to unlock" in TWRP because of the screen unresponsive in this mode,
so it's pretty annoying.
I've flashed TWRP on many devices and this is the first time with such weird issue...
You can extract original stock recovery IMG from the firmware file, you can use this tool:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/chef-central/android/tool-universal-htc-ruu-rom-decryption-t3382928
I've managed to replace the TWRP with the same problem as yours today
