What works:

What doesn't work / Bugs:
NFC (Nubia doesn't have NFC hardware)
Alert Slider(There's xposed app that can fix it. But one day we will have background app for that Edit: I already made the core part of the app now just more code and it will be finished.)
Reading mode / Colour & Contrast Settings aren't working (framework thing, might be impossible to fix without deodexing)
Auto Rotation toggle doesn't do anything (framework thing too, can be fixed through vendor so I'll experiment with that soon)
Fastboot lock might happen (difficult to fix because of like 50 libs containing stuff to fix it, and any of these libs can break boot so yeah..)
Update: I got confirmation that Deodexing does ruin most if not all Pie roms and messes up performance a lot so framework related bugs might be impossible to fix. Thankfully those are bugs that most people don't use but if I have to decide between laggy experience or non working Reading Mode then I'll choose better performance with broken Reading mode. Good news is that KLAPSE should be capable of giving You kernel based Reading mode/Night Filter so check it out. Auto rotation is a kinda annoying bug but it only happens because OP uses flat rotation. Unlike other devices. Maybe OP could change that in future update.
How to Install:
Make sure You're on Pie OB8 firmware! Or 9.0.7 for 6T users and flash custom kernel afterwards
Note: Backup Your nudes before flashing the rom! It will wipe Your internal storage.
Windows Users:
Extract the zip somewhere.
Reboot to fastboot and plug Your phone in.
Double tap on flasher_windows.bat (Don't run it as admin)
Wait till it finishes flashing.
Boot TWRP
Mount Vendor
Flash Nubia Fixes.zip
Done! Enjoy Your rom!
Linux Users:
Extract the zip somewhere.
Reboot to fastboot and plug Your phone in.
Open terminal in folder with rom files.
Use:
chmod 777 flasher_linux.sh
./flasher_linux.sh
Wait till it finishes flashing.
Boot TWRP
Mount Vendor
Flash Nubia Fixes.zip
Done!

Someone reported that latest Gcam works fine in my ports so try it! If it won't work for You, then use this one.
Warning! DO NOT flash NubiaUI OTA's! They may brick Your phone! If You end up flashing one anyway, just use EDL mode or fastboot to go back to stock firmware.

I tried recently fixing RIL again but without much luck. I talk to a couple of Devs who are working on OneUI too and they don't have much progress either.

Sometimes when rebooting it rebooted the system as expected, other times it rebooted to the bootloader with no way to boot back into android. Can you help me to fix it?

hey im new on this phone can anyone tell me that i need to install a vendor too on this rom? cause im just getting bootloop from the guide
and what vendor do i install?
update: im having trouble with "fastboot flash --disable-verity vbmeta vbmeta.img" is says unknown option -- disable-verity"
update: finally installed vbmeta with disable verity but after booting on PE rom the device encrypts

First you need to update your fastboot tools (try with Linux)
Second there's not a reason for flashing vendor, just flash vbmeta.img once (no need this flash again and again)
Third you must flash compatible TWRP with decryption support (you can find it in AEX thread with my post)
If your problem still persist you must format data from TWRP settings. Hope it helps.

This new ROM is really cool smooth as butter with clean nice ui and latest Android security level (substratum is working great too), but stock kernel doesn't support exfat file system, so I fixed it by flashing a new custom kernel (in my case I choosed latest Zeus kernel),but battery backup is a little worse than with the stock one..

It will be very nice if dev could make black bootanimation, because It's very annoying to watch the white bootanimation in the evening.

It doesn't, I made full format and clean flash with the right TWRP with decryption support and I'm fine.

Make sure you have flashed stock oos on both slot, you can skip step A & B if you alredy done, but for first time you have to do
A) Flashing OOS on slot A
1. reboot to fastboot
2. open cmd and type
fastboot --set-active=a
3. now you on slot A
4. now open fastboot firmware folder and click flash all.bat
5. it will flash oos on slot A and automatically reboot to system (no need complete setup)
B) Flashing OOS on slot B
1. reboot to fastboot
2. open cmd and type
fastboot --set-active=b
3. now you on slot B
4. now open fastboot firmware folder and click flash all.bat
5. it will flash oos on slot B and automatically reboot to system (no need complete setup)
C) Flashing custom rom
1. Extract rom zip and payload.bin
2. reboot to fastboot
3. fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
4. fastboot flash boot boot.img

To the OP, I'd recommend hiding that IMEI if it's yours. @chandra1.jd
Also not sure if you've done this already but allowing FHD resolution over QHD I'd recommend being an option.
QHD has been known to cause issues with the screen as well as battery depletion..

Except bluetooth, everything works great, also the fact it is in permissive means banking apps won't work.
Regarding bluetooth, it got fixed only today and we(@Sanket Kalore ) are working on sepolicies to release it as enforcing.

i wanna install on my phone, but if there will be issues in future they won't get fixed since not many users are there for it.

I love the ROM, but the fingerprint reader not working is a dealbreaker.

Is there any improvement about fingerprint and NFC in the new version ?

On the new update the camera is not working. It shows the actual video from camera but once you take a picture it locks up the camera app. Tried a 3rd party camera app and no video on it.

I tested opencamera and it works. If the problem continues in the next builds, I will remove aperture camera and replace it with other software like gcam-ports or OnePlus camera.

Is there a special way to install this new update? When I try to sideload it in the lineage/pixelexperience recovery I get an error 7 and it won't even attempt to install. Thanks in advance for the help.

I get a error 1 when I try to flash in twrp I have no idea why.

I got the error 1 also recovery error 7 and will not install. I went ahead and tried again and the problem is step 8. Once you boot into Fastbootd all the commands fail and do not take. Initialize the retrofit super partitions for each slot: fastboot wipe-super super_empty.img fastboot set_active other fastboot wipe-super super_empty.img fastboot set_active other. Please let us know if this was just a command issue. I can't get into the system now.
Figured out issue. Everything is good you just need fully updated platform tools and use powershell (admin)

You should not use TWRP to flash it. It is not supported unless built with the required changes for retrofit dynamic partitions.
