Now you can enable the 3G Call or Video Call if your Touch Pro has a camera in the front.
After searching for a month, i waz able to find these cabs posted in some site.
Install the Video Telephony Cab and then install if necessary the Slide to Answer Cab.
Keep in mind that when u install the video telephony cab, your taskbar icons above get back to the default wm 6 white icons......

"I have Tried it in my HTC Touch Pro GSM and its working very good, but its kind of sluggish during start up "After Boot".
Please try the cabs with your own risk.

minor problem
thanks mate..now i can make the long awaited video call on my tp after flashing..it is just that the dialer doesn't show my last calls anymore...also, i cannot make calls from my favourites tabs...
to make a voice call now, I have to press the contact on the dialer and then press call... the green and the red button on my t/p is basically functionless..
Hmm i didnt notice that dude.. I guess their are minor bugs... I will try to find a solution.. Let me GOOGLE !!!

touch pro stock rom dialer
The dialer that i had with the stock rom has the video call dial button but after I flashed..it was replaced with a new dialer that cannot make a video call..
Is there any way that I can have the stock rom dialer back...

Thanks man,I am serching this for long time.
y do we need this? Isn't this included already? Otherwise how would u make a video call in the first place?? Unless that some custom roms removed this option? Because i'm using Energy's rom for my HTC Touch Pro and it still has the option.

This cab is for guys who have flashed a custom rom which doesnt have 3g capabilities !!!!!
3g dialer
The problem with this cab is that I'm having difficulty in making voice calls from my contact tab. Also, the front dialer interface is invisible..meaning that it doesn't show my call history..
Energy rom comes with a 3g dialer you say... I'm off looking at Energy rom now...

Energy rom had a video caling option in the standard RD rom but he dont have it anymore becaus i have installed yesterday the new releas from energy and its not in the video caling :S

get to work without the cam on front.. pls
It turned my taskbar icons to white but I re-installed my taskbar theme & got fixed. The dialer itself has changed & video call appeared on the left bottom, however all my contacts & call history are not showing & smart dialing has stopped operating.
is there any way I can make it work for one camara ?

Video calling is enabled through your dialer.
If your dialer supports it, it should work.
Please peovide better details;
Was there an error?
What steps were taken to enable the function?
What ROM?
ETC.?
myn dialer supports it, i just get an error that it was not possibel to do video call, i have td2 , with the original rom

From what I've read, its not functioning correctly and may have to be enabled by your service provider for a fee.
But Topaz does not have forward facing camera, right? If so, why the need?

I use it all the time with the regular camera when im out and neeed to show the wife something quick and moving ;-) Im using the stock pure rom though .

MY TD2 has front facing camera.
all td2 has front camera i think

i am using HTC sense before and really miss the function where you just call someone and no need to stick your ear to listen to the waiting to connect tone.
The phone will slightly vibrate when the call is through and this is really excellent function.
Does anyone here know what software to achieve this ? or can someone integrate this function into future release ?

if yes, anyone use vito audio notes? is it working well?
because I've tried this software and another one (resco...), all phone calls (incoming or outgoing) can't be recorded. I've tried all option. program seems running in the background, but somehow it can't make new recording (size = 0, never been growth).

Hi, I think right now there is no way to anyhow affect the call progress other than htc's app attentive phone, which enables some special call features, but nothing like shake to answer
