So, I logged into my account to check on the HD7 pricing and it's there now. It shows 499 with a 50 dollar discount, bringing it to 449. I almost pulled the trigger, but I wanted to call and see if they could do something on the price. So, I did. And apparently, they don't have the listing in their system yet!?? Although, she did say she'd try and help out on reducing the price and would call me on Monday (the release day) to get it sorted out. My concern is on release day, I'm sure it's going to back ordered. Anyone else have any experiences to share?
Yes,I was able to order mine on Tmobile yesterday and got the email confirmation too with the estimated delivery date of 11/04( really hope so) and got a text message today that its being processed and will soon get a tracking number when it ships.

Maybe I should've just done it today then. I checked all day yesterday (so I thought) and didn't see it on there until around 0650 cst this morning. Now it's not on the site period. Maybe a few calls like mine and they realized they messed up. But, definitely let us know if they get it to you by the 4th. Or at least if I was you, I would call and complain if it didn't get there, no matter if they made a mistake or not.

As far as the estimated shipping date is concerned, its showing up as 11/9. So I did not move any forward. I might as well pick it up on the 8th in the stores.

I came to the same conclusion.. I'd like to pick up the phone at the store.. and play with it a bit.. I'm still torn between this phone and the venue pro..

I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy it anyways and just keep my HD2 just in case I end up not liking it. Worst case scenario is you buy it, unlock it and sell it overseas for a profit anyways.

Nope, it shows just fine. Although, the phone isn't listed now. It did the same thing yesterday. It's there all day and then at night, it's gone. I'm still trying to hold out on just dropping the 450..500 after tax on it and see what Tmobile will try to shave off it for me at launch. But, trust me, I've just about put my card info in twice. And had it showed it be delivered before the 8th, or even on the 8th. I would've probably done it.
So I own my phone, no contract and I use TMO US service. If i go to the web site and sign in it wont let me buy the phone!...I mean how stupid is that..because I dont have a contract and I own my phone?...Every time I try to buy it it say Im not eligible for an upgrade even though Im not asking for an upgrade. Very frustrating, and bad business.

Oddly enough, now it hasn't been up on the site all day. Here's something else to look for. If you just do a search for "hd 7" on the Tmobile site. The Samsung Galaxy Tab comes up with the HD7. It shows the button for upgrade, but you can't buy either one right now. But, it's an indication of it coming.

Well i just got off the phone with TMO. They WONT let me buy the phone now because I dont have a two year contract. They told me I would have to wait till monday!..I told them how this was a terrible business practice..that they were turning down a 500 dollar sale and they basically said ...to bad.

Sounds about like them. And come to see, they make many revealing mistakes. Like now if you search for the HD7 on the Tmobile website. It will pull that and a listing for the Samsung Galaxy Tab (no price though). You can hit upgrade, but unfortunately it won't take you to the order page like the HD7 did. Well, at least you'll actually get it on the 8th instead of it being shipped on the 8th.

Yeah, that is definitely terrible on their part. Who cares if you're on contract or not. It's a NO contract price that you're paying. I would definitely complain when you order it on Monday and at least get them to take off 50 bucks or something for the inconvenience. I mean you do pay for service every month just like everyone else.
I was able to get the order on 11/01 also. I talked to tmobile and they said that it was a glitch in the system. they said if you receive the wrong phone you can send it back. My card was charged $379 I even got a text message stating that it was being processed. so hopefully I get the phone on the 8th

went to go see the status of my order and it now says we are unable to retrieve the status of your order. Hope the phone is still being processed and hope my card is not charged if they removed my order. anyone else have this problem if you ordered it on 11/01?
I'm having the same problem: unable to retrieve status. And I have no tracking info when I try "track by reference" with my cell number on the UPS site.
I'm sorry if this doesn't belong here but I ordered my Note 8 from Samsung via the app Thursday and it still says order placed. I called Samsung and they said everything looked OK and that it takes a few days to process even though I selected next business day shipping.

i noticed that i still got charged last month for my s9 - so i have now made 13 payments - and this month i have 2 standing orders one for the old one - still active will be charged on the 5th - and the new one - charging me on the 15th - not really sure what to do - i dont want to pay for 2 phones - and am pretty sure i wont see a refund

Delivery is within 30 days of claim being validated.. I still have another two weeks to wait!

I don't know about UK but in the USA on the Shop Samsung app it shows when your buds should ship "Ships Week Of April 1st" is what mine says.

Was your trade in with your network or directly with Samsung? I've had mine since 8th march and still waiting for ee to send the return bag/label for my old s8+, it was supposed to be here within 2 weeks ..if they don't send I shan't be chasing!

They sounded flat at first but once I switched the tips to ones that better fit my ear they're sounding pretty good tbh. They're not bass heavy but have a more balanced soundstage. Dead easy to set up, open the case and the phone does the rest. The touchpad is a bit odd or maybe I'm not used to them but it seems they don't register some taps when doing multiple taps like to switch tracks. Will get a better feel for them once I get to sit down and properly use them later.

Also i got the 512GB model
Mine arrived from Vodafone in the UK today. Was supposed to be 29th so nice surprise.
Don't have the free gifts yet though as need to apply for those direct and the claims portal does not open until 28th
Mine is to arrive tomorrow.

I ordered Phantom Navy from Australia Samsung Online. It shows as Custom Delivery. Not sure if they deliver in original timeline. I got an email a week ago stating that it will take 5 weeks for the making and delivering.

Mine did not straight from Samsung
OMG, Delivery slated for today, Fedex pulled up outside. stopped, scavenged around in his truck for 5 minutes, and left. no delivery.

Phone feels slicker in the Kevlar case and looks nicer imo. But definitely the stock case has more protection for the phone corners.
Stock case gives it the frosted look and retains the white visual. May keep it and try and sell kavlar...mind u never sold anything on ebay
Haven't got mine in the UK yet, It's been almost 21 days and nothing, I emailed them yesterday to see where it is and will it ship this week as it's almost at it's maximum of 21 days not up 21 days and not got a response all yesterday.

The email said that the claim is being validated -- and that the validation can take up to 21 days.
That doesn't mean it will ship in 21 days necessarily

Yeah it does say can take 21 days, No idea why though their return policy is only 14 days so there's no need really.

Excellent news, Nothing here yet, Hopefully it will come before the Easter break.
Yeah same confirmed with Oppo Claims Support that it would be shipped "imminently" and about 30mins later an email from DPD that it's going to be delivered tomorrow

UK here and I contacted Oppo to get an update and they said the below:

24th march. Day I received the phone from EE. I never received an email from Oppo other than acknowledgement of my claim. Fingers crossed it is the gift pack that's arriving imminently.

Same here, Same day I got the phone 24th March I put the claim in, Still haven't heard anything I emailed the claims dept yesterday and nothing, I may ring them this afternoon to see what's going on if I don't hear anything this morning.
I sent a chaser last week, no reply.
Hopefully you just get a DPD email today. Keep us posted mate
