Somehow, I can't access the recovery via hard keys, or at all.
If I turn the smartphone ON, it will boot loop until it drains the battery.
If I put it on fastboot (holding Volume -) while plugging it into the USB, I can see it via the command prompt, but it won't accept anything but the restart command.
*USB debbuging isn't available (since I can't access the Android system)
*Huawei doesn't provide codes to unlock the bootloader
Any hints?

Are you using a usb 2.0 or 3.0 port? You should use a 2.0 port.
Also try disabling windows 10 driver signature enforcement.
SOLVED..
I was on a win7 computer... never worked somehow
switched to a Win10
and worked like a charm...
twrp installed and rooted
using this guide

Dear XDA users,
I want to unlock my (GFs) Z3c and I am unable to access the bootloader.
Starting the phone with Power + VolDown does not do anything, as long as the VolDown is being held, the screen stays black. When powering up the phone with Power and hit VolDown right after that, there is a loop where the phone shows the Sony logo and turns black each ~15 seconds.
Executing "adb reboot bootloader" shuts off the phone (the LED shows blue after that).
The device is a refurbished one with branding from "Telekom Germany" that we got as a replacement from our phone insurance after dropping the first one.
Is it possible that the bootloader is hidden somehow or missing/faulty?
What can I do?
I have working Flashtool and ADB on Win10 Pro (with disabled driver signature checks).

1. Check if bootloader unlock allowed = yes, (open dialer, enter *#*#7378423#*#* and go to service info-configuration).
2. If yes, unlock bootloader - https://developer.sonymobile.com/unlockbootloader/unlock-yourboot-loader (backup ta if you want - https://forum.xda-developers.com/cr...versal-dirtycow-based-ta-backup-t3514236/amp/)
3. Flash recovery: install official TWRP app, select recovery for Z3c, download and flash on computer with terminal command 'fastboot flash recovery'.
I confirm the same issue as OP. I've downloaded the respective firmware and have confirmed via the service page that the bootloader is unlocked.
Now I'm trying to boot into fastboot via "adb reboot bootloader" and my phone looks like it turns off (no notification lights). When I type "adb devices" and "fastboot devices" both are blank ("adb devices" could find the device prior to the reboot command).
I also tried the Sony instructions and pressing Vol Up + Plugging in USB and this also has the same result as above. Not sure what to do next.
Update: I'm using Windows 10 and the problem was that it would not install the unsigned drivers that came with Flashtool. Once I rebooted Windows in troubleshooting mode (Shift + Restart) and disabled the signed driver requirement, Flashtool installed correctly. I reflashed the phone for good measure and now following the normal steps fastboot devices picks up the phone.
So i followed this guide to root my Mi A2 "theandroidsoul (insert dot here) com/xiaomi-mi-a2-root/"
It went all fine but the phone was still not rooted. So i thought maybe get the newest Magisk.zip wich i put on the phone.
So I went back to step 11. to install the new version with TWRP but it didnt go to TWRP although i held the volume up butten and then used the command "fastboot reboot" and then it weent into bootloop
so i Guess i am stuck on my Partition A (in my case) where i installed TWRP but i cant shut the phone dont to get into fastboot and ADB says Error: no device Found".
I Need Help plssss :crying:
If you cant go to fastboot then you need open up phone and use testpoint to force edl mode
But before that hold volume down and power for 10-15 sec to force fastboot
The battery is drained now, i tried to plug it in to the wall and boot into fastboot right away, i saw the fastboot screen for a splitsec but it cut off because it had not enough charge, so i left it plugged in and tried to go to fastboot constantly till the phone had enough charge to hold the boot, i was in fastboot for about 1 minute or so (my plan was to charge it in fastboot mode, leave it like that and then go to the pc to change the active partition back, but the pc didnt recognise the phone) but after that it startet bootlooping again while it was in fastboot.
Could i try to got to TWRP with "volume up + power button" ? and change the active partition in there?
Facing almost similar problem like you yesterday.
Try method I post here

1. Have phone in fastboot mode
2. Launch adb cmd (NOT your pc usual cmd)
3. Connect to pc, type 'fastboot devices'
Hi, Im kinda new to this bootloader thingy. What happen is, i updated the razer phone 2 to Pie, but notice wifi and sim card cant be detect. Even factory reset fails. So i thought of flashing new image on it. KINDA easy on my oneplus, but im not sure where I gone wrong on this razer phone 2, i accidentally unlock the bootloader. NOW the problem is HOW to relock it back? i been follow all youtube and guides all over the place but still fails.
The state of device atm, cannot be boot into Download Mode. Everytime I plug in usb c from Windows, it will boot into unlock bootloader warning page, and continue boot into the homescreen. testing the adbtools, fastboot also to no avail. Can anyone help and guide me how to relocking it back? Maybe i type wrongly on cmd or maybe other android steps not similar to razer one etc....:crying:help much appreciated.
Hold volume down while turning on. Then fastboot flashing lock.
the stock usb doesnt send things correctly in BL mode, https://www.amazon.com/Blackweb-3-Foot-Charge-Cable-Connector/dp/B07SG7P3KZ/ worked for me. with the correct usb cable you should be able to perform the lock commands correctly. can you give us more detail of what you tried on this phone so we know if we need to provide you additional information?

"Locking the Bootloader
Locking the bootloader is recommended for security reasons. Some applications will not work with an unlocked bootloader.
Start the Phone in Download Mode with one of the following methods:
Using the adb tool: With the Phone powered on, execute: adb reboot bootloader Enter Download Mode:
Plug in a USB cable to connect your Razer Phone to your computer, Power Off the Phone, then turn it on and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button until “Download Mode” appears on screen.
Lock the critical partitions of the Bootloader first by running this command: fastboot flashing lock_critical
Your Razer Phone will show you a confirmation screen. Use the Volume Up/Volume Down buttons for navigation, and press the Power button to select. Your Phone will reboot."
I can't seem to enter download mode. All I have is fastboot mode and the option to either reboot, close the phone or enter recovery mode. I would really like to lock the bootloader, but I can't seem to be able to detect my phone on my PC even though I installed the fastboot driver.

You must use a USB 2.0 port. The RP2 isn't detected by fastboot when connected to a 3/3.1 port.

I tried this, but to no avail. I tried with 2 cables I had and it keeps telling me < waiting for device > when I enter this command; fastboot flashing lock_critical

You need to go into your device manager and select [ android bootloader interface ] while in fastboot
Hey, I have tried flashing a GSI ROM but got an error after attempting these two commands :

The "system" partition could not be found and after reading some of your comments I figured I had to reboot into fastbootd and not fastboot. Therefore I rebooted my phone but I am now stuck into a bootloop without being able to reach fastboot whatsoever. Holding down the volume down key does not seem to have any effect.
A few more details:
- adb does not detect my device anymore.
- I was previously on a stock ROM.
- I only managed to flash the vbmeta.img before the bootloop happened.
- Upon holding the volume up button, my phone briefly connects to my PC (for about 2 seconds) then disconnects and restarts again.
What could I do to be able to reach fastboot and flash the stock ROM again?
Thanks for reading
Hold power button + volume down button for 30 second if fails then drain the battery then repeat the process.
My battery is drained and no matter how long I hold the two buttons I can't get out the bootloop unfortunately...
-let the cable connected to pc and press (+ and power) when the splatch screen appears wait 3 secondes and release the power button keeping + button only.
-if not, try with an OTG disk inserted and do the same as above.
-if not, type on pc terminal: adb reboot recovery before connecting your phone.
Good luck.
Hey, thanks a lot for your reply
I have tried all the steps you've described me and I unfortunately can't reach recovery.
It seems as if the phone is reacting to it though as a black screen screen is displayed much longer than usual, although a few seconds later, the MI splash screen appears once again. Also, I can hear the beep from the pc when the phone connects but it keeps disconnecting 1 second later and proceeds to reboot. Seems like recovery is corrupted or something...
The phone does not show up under adb devices throughout the whole process. My pc only recognizes the usb port being connected (when the beeps are triggered) but does not identify the device as an android device.
