I'm pretty sure it's the battery that's all swollen up and seperating the front and the back of the phone.

Adi, i don't think Ace can handle more than the capacity it came out with. Instead of wasting time searching for some High Level one's, why don't you stick with the Stock itself? Get the same man. No harm in getting it. Your money would last at least for a Year

You might get but that might as well damage your Hardware Parts, if am not wrong. End of the day, you will be going back to Stock Battery after spending a few bucks. Think twice man

Also, charge the Phone anywhere ranging from 8 to 12 hours during first charge of the Battery. Don't drain it instantly when its a new one. Give it sometime to settle, Adi.

You can, it's not hard to open up and remove either. Just need some small torx bits.
As for where to get the battery, I've seen a few on ebay, but they aren't as cheap as you'd think. Around 40-70$.
it's a basic 3.6V 400mA battery with a small contact board. Here's one in europe:
hxxp://www.fonejoy.com/accessories-by-device/by-manufacturer/samsung/galaxy-gear-2-sm-r380/genuine-samsung-galaxy-gear-2-battery-eb-br380fbe.html (it's used)
Samsung doesn't give support to it's watch

It is very easy to replace the battery, the problem is to get one. Samsung is horrible about it's support to the watch.

dont get me wrong, i believe you, its just highway robbery!!

My assumption would be yes, but I cannot say with any degree of certainty.

Despatched Back to Customer (Repaired) so no new phone but at least they fixed it with no problems

That's a good thing. Much better than having them send you a refurb with who-knows-what problems created by the previous owner. They don't send new phones out as warranty replacements.

Did it got very hot lately? tomorrow if i get time ill try to oven the bad mobo just curious my other tab s 10.5 had same issue but it was the battery connector and all i had todo is resolder it, Ive tried all other parts of the broken screen tabs2 and same issue so it must be the mobo and not the battery or connector.

Install AccuBattery from playstore....
After few cycles it will show you estimate battery capacity as well as battery health so you will know if its new or bad.... Easy as cake bro. You will see whats inside.. i changed battery twice...and twice for fake...so watch out
Take care
Thanks you for your answer. Is this only one option a art of phisicaly check battery by serial number?

Just check if the back cover as signs of already been removed. If phone already been serviced outside samsung, most likely you'll be able to remove it just using fingernails (carefully of course) if was not glued with strong liquid glue.
If was liquid glue was used, check for imperfections or discoloration in between case and cover. Most of the times its noticeable.
Even if serviced by samsung, i've seen very standard (to say the least) work by samsung official service but it could be very well outsourced to do so!

Install 'Charge cycle battery stats' by Cerebrum Development from app store. It will show how many times battery has been charged. Alternately you can also see this information in hidden menu in many Android phones but i am not sure if *#0228# will work on your note or not as it depends which carrier sim/firmware you are on.

This may work... so many sloppy techs.
A physical inspection inside would reveal more if the tech failed to use a OEM back cover seal and/or battery.
A properly done replacement/repair can be very hard or near impossible to detect.
OP, at this point it doesn't really matter as obviously it needs service. It's important to use a tech you can trust. Techs should be wearing ESD wrists straps and using ESD mats that are earth grounded whenever they work inside these devices. The individual detached subassemblies can be easily damaged by static electricity when out of circuit.
If shipping to be repaired take detailed images of the phone's condition the day it's shipped. Double box and pack it well. Insure the shipment. Use UPS or FedEx if possible and get a receipt.
