Freaking k20 got android beta release , why they didn't do it on the pro model first is beyond my reasoning. But is there a news on a possible released date of open or closed beta?
No tentative date but later is better. Miui with A11 is loaded with bugs.

Anyone know when the Mi Mix will get MIUI 9 global stable OTA update . I got an update yesterday updating me to MIUI 8.5.4.0. It's still android 6 and had changed the look of my icons . Anyone know how I can change the icons back?

Unofficially there's Epic and Eu Roms - I think there is also the Chinese developers version too.
Switched from Global 8.5.4.0 to Eu 7.9.14 - pretty much good to go so far.

Rumors set the release of global stable MIUI 9 around end October/early November, but go figure...
On the other hand xiaomi.eu is already releasing weekly 'global' ROMs based on MIUI 9 so there's choice [emoji41]
MIUI 9 is already available for mix in beta branch... and global version too... but yes, xiaomi.eu use chinese dev branch to introduce all feature with "global" support...

China developer rom 8.12.27 was suspended for MI 8 and MI 8 SE, probably global developer was suspended too,

Is there any issue why they pull back this version? because I'm using xiaomi.eu rom 8.12.27 now and currently i don't faced any issue.

No, MIUI 12 is still a beta ROM, so can't OTA update.
It is possible to install it, if you wanted to try it, but be aware that Xiaomi have closed the Global beta program, so MIUI 12 beta is only available as a Chinese ROM.
If you have a Chinese K20 Pro, then you can download the beta ROM and flash it with the official updater app (click the 3 dots and choose to manually select the fine to install). If you have a Mi 9T Pro it's not as straight forward and requires you to unlock the bootloader.
I think you need to be some sort of beta tester to update Chinese K20 pro to miui12 chinese beta rom. Because so far all the roms are closed beta and nkt a regular weekly beta.

I have a 9t Pro that's rooted and have 10.4.6 for k20 pro.
I installed this right when it was released last year and didn't touch a thing since.
Now I would like to update to MIUI 12 in the most simple way, and also keep OTA updates even if it's rooted. Is this possible?
What method can you recommend?

We will, all in due time. 11T Pro just released in India, maybe pro devs will get their hands on this device and develop, we have to test for them too so we have a stable development
I personally think that Devs are waiting for 11t pro to get miui 13 as it will apparently also bring android 12 for us. I've heard that android 12 has different issues for twrp to work which is probably why we still don't have a working twrp yet...
