All these best buy,Costco will always delay...obviously the carries are the first to get stock and ship.

Lets hope some retail stores actually get the S4 on Saturday. Since this announcement my confidence of walking into a store on sat and buying a S4 has been taken down a peg.
Full disclosure: I "pre-ordered" at a sprint store in Chicago.
Costco Shipping Update
I just updated my shipping address and credit card info with Costco. I switched to American Express to get extra year's warranty in addition to the $99 one is my understanding. But more importantly while on the phone the very nice young lady I asked if she had any updated shipping information.
She asked me for which phone and I told her the Black S4. She said the earliest processing would be May 3rd and that shipping would be on May 6th. Now I can set my expectations appropriately.
Black S4 Is Not Available
I just looking on the website and it looks like the Black S4 is no longer available for order.
White Frost is now sold out also.
I ordered last Thursday night but still no change in order status.
I was told mine would be processed April 30th and arrive may 2nd

I hope this is the case. I sent an email yesterday seeing if I could get some kind of verification for when the orders will be processed. I got nothing. I have considered cancelling and seeing if I can get telesales to give me a better price. I'm sure I would no issue getting sprint to waive the $36 activation fee regardless of where I ordered. I've never had any trouble in the past.
But today is the 30th and haven't heard anything from costco....fingers crossed.

I called them yesterday after not receiving any replies to various emails and the girl that answered me seemed very disinterested in answering any of my questions. I got the cookie cutter answer of "it's being processed the 3rd or before" which is basically a screw you nothing's getting done until the 3rd and not shipping until the 6th at the minimum. I'm kinda regretting buying through Costco and it's probably the last time I order from them as well.

I'm with you. I work in the service industry and if we treated our customers like with the same sort of disinterest, we'd get our asses handed to us.
Here is their response to an inquiry I made to costco asking about availability and my response back. I don't think it's too much to ask of them to keep us in the loop on when the s4 will be available for shipping:

Is it possible to let me know if "the device has launched" to costco? "On or before 5/3" states that it is possible that the device could possibly "lauch" to costco and be available to ship prior to 5/3. I am out of town later next week and am hoping that the device will be delivered prior to Tuesday as I paid for the upgrading shipping option.

I guess we are the only few that got suckered by Costco... the silent uninformed wait is dreadful.
I am very surprised by all of this. Costco typically prides itself on strong customer service. I realize that this is being handled by a third party (contracted out by Costco), but Costco still is involved with this as it has their brand name on it.
I feel pretty lame too. I thought I was one of the "lucky" ones to get an order in before they sold out and now I realize that maybe I wasn't so lucky after all.
I don't mind waiting a week at all...
The accessories were free. (While not the best and the screen protector looks like you have to trim it yourself)
And they didn't charge pre-discount tax.
So instead of paying $320 after tax, we paid $228. Saving $100 for 1 week of waiting? Yes. I will do that.

i couldn't get free activation from customer service, so tack on another $36 I'll be saving.
Came out to $209 instead of $316
I probably won't use the accessories either, except that 3-in-1 charger if it's >1.5 Amps. so that's a $10 bonus.

This is the third time a buy a Note from Clove, they require the payment a month in advance which is very weird they are very good in handeling customers but the note 3 was delivered a couple of days later last year vs other suppliers.

Presume this is so you are locked in, and don't get a chance to see what deals are about on release day, But at least you wont have all the problems of getting the phone on release day.

Samsung Electronics today announced that the Galaxy Note 4 will be available to pre-order from Samsung Experience Stores across the country, including the Samsung Store at Westfield Stratford City, from Friday 19th September, followed by other selected online and high street retailers including Three and CPW from Friday 26th September, before it goes on general sale on Friday 10th October.
Well, looks like I'll have to wait a little longer for my O2 upgrade.

I rang them at 11.45 am and they said £629 & £50 deposit. I am going to clove.
It's possible that I misheard them, or they've changed their minds about the deposit amount, I called before 11am.
Either way, their price is not competitive at all and no pre-order 'freebies' either. Last year for the Note 3 launch they were a bit more competitive if you traded in a cheap phone for the £50 discount offer on launch day.
Looks like the 19th pre order for us in the UK is a bit of a farce, if we can only order from a small number of Samsung Experience Stores, or a company who wants your money well before the release date. ( prefer not to deal with that kind of company )
Is there no online preorder from samsung ? seem like in the US you are able to preorder from Amazon.

After my N3 experience there's no way Samsung is getting £650 from me. Gona wait til after Xmas. 40-50% price drop and build quality issues resolved.
Seems to have been released in the US but no work on UK yet...any ideas when this may be released?

Yeah very odd..
Listed on asus website with no information on availability .
The only way to buy the watch is to import from bhphotovideo. (with duty it comes to about £299)

They have it on the Amazon.de site but you can't have it shipped it to the UK. It seems it's widely available in Europe just not in the UK, maybe it's some safety issue delaying things??
I pre-ordered one from amazon.fr. (france) And even though it had been displaying coming soon (even now) on their website, I received a confirmation email today that it had been shipped.
I tracked it, and it is already in Peterborough, UK, and will be delivered here to me in London on Saturday.
During the pre order, it dropped to 230 euro for the leather-band then went back up, and they honored it..
£193.33 not bad.

I pre-ordered on the 26th of November, then I contacted them via email in english and asked if they have stock due before christmas, otherwise I'd have to look for an alternative. They said they don't have a date but they would bump me up the queue.

I pre-ordered mine from Amazon fr (no 3rd party sellers) on 17th of this month... the status is still 'coming soon' and my chanses of getting it until the 24th are getting slim, despite amazon saying they can guarantee a delivery before xmas with fast shipping.. Now it's been 4 days and i haven't received any shipping confirmation email yet .. I've also selected fast shipping!.. Is there a way to contact them? Any detail would be appreciated!!

yes.. I use google translate to help me navigate to their contact us page. There is an option for email in english, use that to send them an email. I did this and they bumped me up the queue and sent me my watch already

I ordered the silver-leather one but judging from our amazon replies we will be getting it early next year
EDIT: silver-silicon band is listed as available in stock on the 28th of December...so definately it's a 1-10 January delivery
Well actually my first choice was amazon de but unfortunately didn't shipped to my country so the second choice was amazon fr.
Zenwatch 3 was top priority to me when being announced earlier September at IFA 2016 as the most beautiful and top design smartwatch released s far to my taste
But if I have to complain for something is that 3-4 days after receiving it amazon fr dropped the price from 249 to 224 for few hours discount offer and send them email that's being unfair for that of being of first one to pre order from earlier November when being list at their web page and to provide me refund the 25 euro differences but hey they refused to do that.
They told me to re order with the new price and return the first purchase but after few minutes receive the email response from them immediately they changed the price back to 249 euro.
So I missed the change to re order to the discount price.
From that prospect I'm not so pleased by Amazon fr policy and attitude.
Well that's said hope to receive yours as soon as possible.

Been looking for a few days for a decent contract offer and ended up ordering from CPW, S21 Ultra 256gb £43/month 100gb data with the usual buds pro and smart tag offer, S10 trade in to cover upfront payment (most of it)
Any upgrade offers from Voda were garbage in comparison to the new contract deal so will be doing the PAC shuffle in a couple of months to get my years old Voda number on to my new Voda contract.
Samsung direct with student discount and trade in old phone, I can get Ultra 256 for £790. Just hovering over the "purchase" button.
Samsung UK Direct and they force you to pick a delivery slot via DPD on the 29th Jan. Interestingly though Three UK show delivery as 26th Jan and indicators from people in the US are that people have tracking info already and are expecting delivery 26/27th Jan. Will be super miffed if Samsung Direct ship after Three UK!

Yeah it says BY the 29th on Samsung, but then proceeds to make you chose the 29th as your actual delivery date with DPD. So even if it is available on the 26th, my delivery slot is the 29th.... maybe I'm missing something!
Ordered directly from Samsung as soon as the upgrade link became available, and it's saying 4 to 5 weeks because I chose the brown one rather than black or white. I'm guessing it'll still ship for the 29th however. At least, I hope so

Nah, DPD are good at not losing things thankfully. They're about the only courier I trust as they've never let me down.

Ordered mine from Samsung Ireland in the 15th , still saying it's being processed
Ordered my 256gb Ultra with Three during lunch. Staying with unlimited data ect for £79 a month (first 6 half price) Contract wasn't up for renewal till April but they only charged £90 for the early cancellation so see that as a result. Currently a £170 extra trade in deal right now too so, selling the buds on top not bad to say the least.
Read people are having Klarna/finance declined so saves that hassle of going through Samsung direct.
They told me it would arrive by Tuesday at the latest.

Worth checking the non-student price - you get a better trade in value (£350 Vs £210 for an S10+) so it was actually slightly cheaper for me

Yeah, I checked. They gave me a better price for the 8pro but it was still £10 more expensive. Maybe there's a bottom limit they'll sell it for.

Silver 512Gb from Amazon, delivery stated as due on the 30th. Had over £900 in Amazon vouchers, or would have gone direct from Samsung for huge trade-in on aging but serviceable 256Gb S9+. Instead that's probably going on eBay, with loads of extras.

Said the same thing as the buggy order tracker webpage. "PROCESSING". The samsung canada webpage hardly loads my order when im logged in, and when i just input my order number it rarely finds it. I will not preorder anything again. A month to deliver it? They couldn't figure out how to send an automated "delayed" email? Really samsung? And not having the kb cover is very frustrating. If anyone wants to buy a pair of buds 2 hmu! Lol. I hope you all get your devices soon. This thing is insane. It's just not very handheld friendly! Constantly worried about dropping it. But it's so thin it's hard to hold.
Oh samsung Canada customer service did reply...like 3 days ago. After I received my tablet. Saying they're swamped. Oh and I was called dumb by the samsung official reddit discord mod/admin. For not knowing that the only way to get any answers was to call them. Guess all the other options are just placators?

Wow. That's a shame some appointed social media mod or admin felt they had to resort to that. Shocking and sad. I hope you get your keyboard soon. At least their live chat went all professional and nice for me, even though they came back and said they couldn't do anything to help me get my Ultra 512 GB any sooner than ~2 months after my pre-order, and that they were working as fast as they can. I have no reason to particularly doubt them, it's just disappointing.
purchase the tab in hk 2/19 and got glass protector on the spot, the keyboard folder got it on 3/17. I had to register online, samsung did not send any email, until its time to collect the folder/keyboard

I just got my email, too: "Your shipment has been delayed for 30 days", but the contents of the email are just "We apologize that your Samsung order #__________ is delayed more than 30 days." so at least, I don't think they're saying it's delayed even further than it already was, at least not yet according to my expected delivery date, since I ordered on February 19th, and the initial delivery date was said to be April 15th, and it changed to April 19th in the last couple of weeks or so.

An update: four days after the email citing a 30 day delay, I got another saying it's shipped. FEDEX showing it will be here next Tuesday.
We in Hong Kong collect the gift from the service center, hk s not like the rest of the world which rely on mail.

Ordered mine (ultra 5g 512 with keyboard) on March 6th and got it on the 8th !!
Nice surprise : it arrived with the cover keyboard even if it was supposed to be shipped a week later.
I got my keyboard and couldn't get on with it.
I ended up getting the book cover instead - Very nice indeedy!
I ordered my S8+ on Feb 18th, it just got pushed back to April 26th. Bummer.
Oh!!!!! Samsung just changed the date of my delivery of the Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi for the second time, now April 26th. It was April 19th up through yesterday, and April 15th originally (pre-ordered February 23rd).
Finally! Samsung has said they've shipped my Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi and should arrive two days from now. No word on the keyboard, yet - still shows as not shipped.
