U.S. Wi-Fi only S8 Ultra 512 GB pre-order here. I ordered February 23rd, originally had expected delivery of April 15th, since yesterday or the day before it's April 19th for both the tablet and the keyboard.
We had a preorder bonus of a Keyboard in the UK. Normally they ship in 2 weeks rather than 45 days, but its been a little longer than I thought it would be...

They only did the X906 / 8GB / 128 GB version.
Current Backorders with Carriers in the UK Vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

Ordered tab s8u on 2/16. Got the tab s8u on 3/ 16. This thing is huge. Arrived with the buds 2. Still have not received the kb cover. Getting anxious about that. Samsung Canada basically left me high and dry. Sent 2 emails. Sat on hold for live chat for an entire day. Got through on one call. They were not helpful. Said the same thing as the buggy order tracker webpage. "PROCESSING". The samsung canada webpage hardly loads my order when im logged in, and when i just input my order number it rarely finds it. I will not preorder anything again. A month to deliver it? They couldn't figure out how to send an automated "delayed" email? Really samsung? And not having the kb cover is very frustrating. If anyone wants to buy a pair of buds 2 hmu! Lol. I hope you all get your devices soon. This thing is insane. It's just not very handheld friendly! Constantly worried about dropping it. But it's so thin it's hard to hold.
Oh samsung Canada customer service did reply...like 3 days ago. After I received my tablet. Saying they're swamped. Oh and I was called dumb by the samsung official reddit discord mod/admin. For not knowing that the only way to get any answers was to call them. Guess all the other options are just placators?

Wow. That's a shame some appointed social media mod or admin felt they had to resort to that. Shocking and sad. I hope you get your keyboard soon. At least their live chat went all professional and nice for me, even though they came back and said they couldn't do anything to help me get my Ultra 512 GB any sooner than ~2 months after my pre-order, and that they were working as fast as they can. I have no reason to particularly doubt them, it's just disappointing.
purchase the tab in hk 2/19 and got glass protector on the spot, the keyboard folder got it on 3/17. I had to register online, samsung did not send any email, until its time to collect the folder/keyboard

I just got my email, too: "Your shipment has been delayed for 30 days", but the contents of the email are just "We apologize that your Samsung order #__________ is delayed more than 30 days." so at least, I don't think they're saying it's delayed even further than it already was, at least not yet according to my expected delivery date, since I ordered on February 19th, and the initial delivery date was said to be April 15th, and it changed to April 19th in the last couple of weeks or so.

An update: four days after the email citing a 30 day delay, I got another saying it's shipped. FEDEX showing it will be here next Tuesday.
We in Hong Kong collect the gift from the service center, hk s not like the rest of the world which rely on mail.

Nice surprise : it arrived with the cover keyboard even if it was supposed to be shipped a week later.
I got my keyboard and couldn't get on with it.
I ended up getting the book cover instead - Very nice indeedy!
I ordered my S8+ on Feb 18th, it just got pushed back to April 26th. Bummer.
Oh!!!!! Samsung just changed the date of my delivery of the Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi for the second time, now April 26th. It was April 19th up through yesterday, and April 15th originally (pre-ordered February 23rd).
Finally! Samsung has said they've shipped my Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi and should arrive two days from now. No word on the keyboard, yet - still shows as not shipped.

I preordered my S5 on March 23rd, with an expected ship date of the 8 or 9th. I then added a friend to my new mobile share plan and he decided he wanted the s5 also. So I ordered his on the 31st of March.
His showed up yesterday, 4/09, and mine is scheduled to arrive today, 4/10.
One would think preordering would be a first come first serve basis. But nope, not with AT&T. One shipped from Tennessee, one shipped from Texas. Texas, being geographically closer to me in California, is the shipment that is arriving a day later.
Now, this isn't a big deal to me, but I am a bit annoyed that I wouldn't get it sooner, based on my immediate preorder. And ultimately I will probably leave it in the box until you crafty people find a way to hack it. If not, I'll probably stick with my TWRP enabled S4 which works great still. (had to replace the LCD, which is the entire reason I preordered the S5.)
Just curious when you preordered, and when you received, let me know.

I live in Dallas and ordered mine on 3/29. It was marked to ship on 4/8, due 4/10 by 4:30 CST. It shipped from Ft. Worth to Dallas, back to Ft. Worth, then to Addison (a Dallas suburb) before heading to me. It's maddening but I'll have it within a couple of hours.
Ordered black via premier 3/21 @10:15pm, Fedex shows delivery at 12:21pm today, 4/10
FYI -- lots of people were posting here that they got an alert their phone had shipped. I didn't get my alert til late last night and my order status had been "Preparing to Ship" for quite a while. However, FedEx tacking info said it actually went out on 4/8 despite the lag in notifications to me.

Ordered both a charcoal grey and a shimmery white one on 3/28. They were both delivered on 4/9.
What's weird is that the grey one shipped from Fort Worth and the white one from Memphis. I received shipping notifications for both on Monday 4/7 and the white one just hung out in Memphis till 4/8 while it waited for the grey one to arrive in Memphis as well. Then they both arrived on my front porch the next day at noon.
My old phone told me they were delivered so I did a surgical strike running home from work at lunch to scoop them up and get them to a secure location.
Beautiful phones, both of them.
For whatever reason, I couldn't preorder on AT&T's site (Premier). It said my plan was not compatible with that phone. Must've been a bug on the site, for kicks I tried adding serveral different phones (including basic phones) to my shopping cart and received the same message.
So I ended up preordering it at Best Buy, and I'm going to pick it up today. It comes with a $10 gift card, so I guess I can't complain too much about not getting the phone a few days early.

I ordered mine on 17 Feb Feb with 6 March dispatch date and it is being prepared for dispatch today.
Obviously they are not dispatching according to order date as I would have received mine before the last poster.
I have ordered mine at 14 of Feb and received the device at 26th.
are your orders with the bluetooth controller ,mine has the bundled controller as has been prepared for dispatch ,
spoke to samsung earlier in the week and the customer service lady stated that we probably not receive it till monday as they do not deliver saturday.

That's a good point for I've ordered the Bluetooth controller bundle and that might explain the delay.
Thanks for the Monday delivery information, saves me staying in Saturday.
Please don't take the monday delivery as gospal ,but it seems that might be the case as it has not gone out for delivery yet and is still at the distribution warehouse at my end at 5.pm on friday

Solved it. You don't click on the tracking number, you click on the text "Tracking your shipment" which precedes it.
Thanks all - spoke to samsung today and there is a delay due to game pad. Was told that some might be shipping without game pad for the time being and the game pad arriving two weeks later. I ordered on the 2nd February and just received a text now that delivery is arranged for Monday.

I've just rung UKMail and they said the item was collected from Samsung at 12:30 yesterday but not delivered today because Samsung had not requested next day or express delivery.
mine now updated states 12.30 today (saturday) that "delayed" and is still on awaiting collection .
spoke to samsung they blamed late friday bookings for collection for uk mail and said mine SHOUID be here monday or tuesday WTF

Yes I am complained on Friday for getting vague answers from Samsung when they have had my money for a month already. Mine has been delivered now - I was sent an hour time frame today but the tracker showed the delivery date as 9/2 but it came right within the hour today.
Just got mine today just backing up the memory card and then coping the entire memory card to my current 64gb card then will try.
You guys are lucky that you can even order one ..I live in Guernsey and I spoke to samsung who tell me they will not deliver here. They did say I could try a different samsung site like samsung France or Germany but didn't know if they would ship either.
so great help really so much for a multi billion pound company that can't even send a parcel to Guernsey.
I really don't want to have to buy a 2nd hand one from eBay ..but what other choice is there?

Guernsey is not the only place being shunned by Samsung. There are 9 experience shops in England and none in Scotland, you would think they could manage one in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Poor service for Scotland.
I preordered the Platinum/Ice LG G6 and I just received a tracking number for my order. It says there was an origin scan in Kentucky and that it should arrive Thursday, March 30. Should I really expect it to be here that soon even though the phone doesn't come out until April 6/7th?
Yes, several T-Mobile folks have already received them. The rest of us poor bastards (VZW, ATT, Sprint, USCC) are still waiting, although a couple of VZW and ATT customers can now see their tracking info for the shipment. Good luck!

Mine arrived today charging as I write.
I got mine yesterday (Ice Platinum). I ordered it and used the free shipping. 3 day select. If you order it overnight, you'll receive it as soon as they process the order... which is fairly quick.
Ordered on the 23rd, shipped on the 24th and received on the 28th. Extra time because of Sunday.
I pre ordered both items separately and both were confirmed for shipment on the 6th September for delivery on 7th September.
On 4th September I received an email stating that my watch was on route. I subsequently received a DPD email confirming delivery for the 5th and I opted to collect from the DPD depot via the button in the email message. The collection was confirmed and I received a further email stating that the watch was ready to collect. I made my way to the depot as agreed only to be told that they didn't have my watch and to contact Samsung. After being on hold for 90 minutes, the sales team claimed that they had suffered a systems glitch and that the email was sent out in error. I was then told to disregard that email and that the watch and the phone will both be shipped on the 6th for delivery on the 7th.
Last night, on the 6th, I called the sales team again to confirm that my orders had indeed shipped as scheduled. I was told that both had shipped and that I'll receive them on the 7th. I received an email from Samsung while I was on the phone to the sales team stating that the order will now arrive no later than the 20th. I mentioned that to them and was told to disregard that email.
Today, the 7th Sep, I received an email stating that DPD will be delivering my items. Once again I opted to collect from the depot. Another email arrived confirming that the items were ready to collect. I made my way to the depot once again. No items. They just said to contact Samsung as they had recalled both items to be sent back.
I have now been on the phone with Samsung for 90 minutes and have spoken to 3 different people who are insisting that my items shipped yesterday. They can't however answer the simple question of where my items currently are. I am now in a queue waiting to speak to a manager.
After being on hold for another 45 minutes the sales team manager confirms that according to his logistics system, the items are with DPD UK and so he has to contact Samsung logistics to figure out what is causing the confusion and subsequent delay.
I have been promised a call back on Monday between 2pm and 4pm for an update, with no delivery in sight.
This is absolutely ridiculous; 2 trips to DPD and over 4 hours on the phone as well as having pocketed £1300 of my cash since the middle of August.
Is anyone else in the UK experiencing this same problem?
F*** me mate I was suppose to get my phone the 27th shipped on the 26th. Didn't happen. Then keep getting mixed messages like they have no idea when I will get it Maybe 2 - 3 weeks. Then should be this week then I'll receive a message on the 6th that it's been shipped no email. Then it will be shipped on the 7th I'll get an email. Nothing. I've tried phoning but on hold for too long just getting pissed off.

CPW don't honour their trade in deals and Sammy can't be trusted to manage their logistics. And this is 2018, at least 18 yesrs after the first smartphones started to appear from Palm, Nokia and Ericsson.
I'm still waiting for Samsung to collect my Note 8 (Samsung Upgrade Program) I have sent over 20 emails to them and also emailed the company tasked with sending out the return packaging, it's been over 2 weeks since it should have arrived, they are a joke and I'm right on the cusp of sending it back and keeping my Note 8!
Had some minor issues here. Pre-ordered the Watch a few days after the phone - it's only ever been listed on the Samsung order page as shipping on the 6th of September, for what that's worth. Received an email from DPD yesterday telling me that it would be delivered today, only for me to check the app later in the morning and find that the delivery date had been pushed to Monday. Was half expecting it after what happened with the phone, though.
Phone dispatched on the 23rd and initially received an email from DPD saying that it'd be delivered on the 24th. Waited for it then, only to find that it was delayed until the Tuesday the following week, in part thanks to a holiday elsewhere. It arrived on the 28th, but without the wireless charging pad that I'd ordered along with it. The fun started from there, as Samsung listed the pad as having been successfully delivered. After a number of calls, I'm not entirely sure, but it seems that it had never been transferred to DPD or dispatched, as Samsung look to have been out of stock when the rest of the order was dispatched. Waiting for a refund on that.
As far as I can tell any faults were with Samsung rather than DPD, though could do without repeated emails giving a delivery date that they can't actually meet.
What a nightmare. Samsung's customer service is like sh*t. It'd take them 4-6 weeks to ship out a little preorder gift. How lame! At least you are not alone.

Yes indeed it seems that there is an issue and I'm not the only one impacted. Samsung has been a let down this time around and if it weren't for the fact that I wanted a flagship dual sim device, I wouldn't bother with them. Let see if Apple announce one next week. Much as I loathe iOS devices at least their supply chain and customer services are reliable.
A few people I know have cancelled their pre orders for both the Note 9 and Galaxy watch and are buying either on eBay or from foreign markets directly.
The MD of Samsung UK should be ashamed of himself for offering such extremely poor service in one of their biggest markets. I am expecting delivery of a Samsung TV today, I'll reject it and get something else, at least in that area there is pretty decent competition.
I am really pissed off. I'll send an email to the exec team asap. I'll keep you all posted.

I think this is to do with orders through Samsung so we get the dual SIM variant.
I phoned yesterday in the end to say haven't received a shipping email. They said it should still be delivered Monday or Tuesday but I believe it's just made up. Still received nothing also spoke with DPD to check deliveries pending at my address as I believe DPD are delivering. But again nothing. Haven't had a reply to that email I sent to trying g to phone them again but just stuck on hold .

I'm also still waiting to find out where my galaxy watch I pre ordered is and been told they have contacted logistics and will get back to me. I had all the it's been shipped and it's at the depot. With my response of no it isn't one been there! Have now waited a whole 24 hours and no response. Absolute joke.

I've phoned them today and couldn't tell me if I will even get it just they have passed it to higher up should hear about it soon. I think if it doesn't turn up tomorrow and I hear nothing back from that CEO email address someone posted I will cancel. Just I have spent about 100+ on accessories etc.

Watch just arrived today, but there's no sign of the Wireless Charger Duo that was supposed to be grouped with it [going by the dispatch email.] Anyone else had the Watch show up without the charger?

Their online chat service is also offline so I guess I'll have to call them and be prepared to wait an hour or more.
I bought the watch outright and so will call my credit card company to raise a dispute and cancel the order. The phone was purchased on the Samsung upgrade program, I am currently on hold to the finance company to lodge a complaint and cancel the order.
At this stage, I am not sure I have any other options.

I also just realised that on the Samsung email which states that the order is complete, the shipping date is listed as 20th September 2018.

Been looking for a few days for a decent contract offer and ended up ordering from CPW, S21 Ultra 256gb £43/month 100gb data with the usual buds pro and smart tag offer, S10 trade in to cover upfront payment (most of it)
Any upgrade offers from Voda were garbage in comparison to the new contract deal so will be doing the PAC shuffle in a couple of months to get my years old Voda number on to my new Voda contract.
Samsung direct with student discount and trade in old phone, I can get Ultra 256 for £790. Just hovering over the "purchase" button.
Samsung UK Direct and they force you to pick a delivery slot via DPD on the 29th Jan. Interestingly though Three UK show delivery as 26th Jan and indicators from people in the US are that people have tracking info already and are expecting delivery 26/27th Jan. Will be super miffed if Samsung Direct ship after Three UK!

Yeah it says BY the 29th on Samsung, but then proceeds to make you chose the 29th as your actual delivery date with DPD. So even if it is available on the 26th, my delivery slot is the 29th.... maybe I'm missing something!
Ordered directly from Samsung as soon as the upgrade link became available, and it's saying 4 to 5 weeks because I chose the brown one rather than black or white. I'm guessing it'll still ship for the 29th however. At least, I hope so

Wow that would be amazing, no change for mine this morning, same S21 Ultra Silver Samsung UK. When you ordered did it make you pick the 29th on the delivery section (DPD slot)?.
It did make me pick 29th. And this morning there is no active delivery. Strange one.
Are dpd gonna hold onto it till the 29th? It's deffo getting lost then
amazon - and wont ship till 30th...those buying from samsung direct might get a few days earlier - the lucky ones - but with everything going on atm in the world - who knows

Nah, DPD are good at not losing things thankfully. They're about the only courier I trust as they've never let me down.
No movement on mine yet..Still in preparing to dispatch status..ordered on 16th Jan

Same here, bought on the 16th. I opted for the 256gb Ultra model.
Ordered mine from Samsung Ireland in the 15th , still saying it's being processed
Ordered my 256gb Ultra with Three during lunch. Staying with unlimited data ect for £79 a month (first 6 half price) Contract wasn't up for renewal till April but they only charged £90 for the early cancellation so see that as a result. Currently a £170 extra trade in deal right now too so, selling the buds on top not bad to say the least.
Read people are having Klarna/finance declined so saves that hassle of going through Samsung direct.
They told me it would arrive by Tuesday at the latest.

Worth checking the non-student price - you get a better trade in value (£350 Vs £210 for an S10+) so it was actually slightly cheaper for me

Yeah, I checked. They gave me a better price for the 8pro but it was still £10 more expensive. Maybe there's a bottom limit they'll sell it for.
Ordered mine from Samsung for delivery on the 29th. The status is on 'Preparing Dispatch'. Samsung have always been reliable in the past.

Silver 512Gb from Amazon, delivery stated as due on the 30th. Had over £900 in Amazon vouchers, or would have gone direct from Samsung for huge trade-in on aging but serviceable 256Gb S9+. Instead that's probably going on eBay, with loads of extras.
