ABOUT MOKEE
Quote:
From first I want to make know that All Credits go to mokee team and Martincz which do the great job. Is a Lollipop ROM.
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application: http://www.mfunz.com/en/developer-application, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!

1. Boeffla kernel works?
I don't know. Try it yourself.

2. Can you include this particular feature?
Well, Slim ROM team includes it then even the person who is bringing us this ROM will include it.
3. When do we get the next build?
I don't know. Keep a check on the download link. Though I'll keep updating here also.
4. Particular feature isn't working?
Let me know, I'll let the developer know. Maybe he can fix it.

Introduction
Screw'd was created to be a more optimized and speedy ROM for Nexus & Pixel devices. We combine the best features with a slimmed down base to give you one of the fastest, feature-filled ROMs available. Screw’d is updated, compiled, and tested daily to ensure that we use the latest, stable code base straight from AOSP (Android Open Source Project). This means that we stay up-to-date with Google’s security patches and features, and we’ll never add code that isn’t required. We also post ALL of our source code so you can see all of the changes we make, and even compile Screw’d yourself. Although Screw’d was originally created for Nexus devices in mind, it is possible to port our ROM to work with other devices. As proof, we have ported Screw’d to non-Nexus devices such as the OnePlus 5.
Installation instructions
1) Clean flash is always recommended.
2) You can dirty flash updates (though it's not recommended), but please uninstall any substratum overlays first. Do cache wipe after flashing.
3) Reboot to Custom Recovery, Wipe System, Data, Cache/Dalvik (For clean flash)
4) Click Install, select firmware, rom and any other zips you want to install, then swipe to (start) install.
5) It is reccomended to flash gapps before first boot, otherwise you might face force close for some apps
Features
All necessary customizations over AOSP are present. I am too lazy to list them all, so gonna state only those that I use most frequently. Visit Screwd Github or Screwd Website for further list.

3) Power Menu customizations.
4) Lock screen customizations.

Try restart Twrp OrangeFox. If not, try re-install twrp Orangefox. Check your OTG cable or connector, comparing when not using twrp. I always using OTG, it works.

I installed the new version then installed the classic theme but when I rebooted to recovery nothing has changed still the new theme, which is kind of confusing.
I backup internal storage on sdcard. Do clear&wipe anything, change rom and restore internal storage successfull, but everything file in the internal storage is lost, like photo and video. Can help me get my file on internal storage back? I still save my backup data, the size 8gb.
Work fine, they did a great job. High recomended

PixelDust ROM is an Android 12 ROM inspired by the original Google Pixel firmware with full support for Material Design 3.
PixelDust CAF is based on the Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. CAF ROMs are therefore generally considered to be more optimized for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoCs than AOSP ROMs (in performance, RAM management, battery, etc.).
Of course, we're adding a decent selection of the coolest custom ROM functions that would have been missing if they weren't included.
The PixelDust crew would be very happy if you took a little time to leave your valuable feedback, your honest opinion or just say hello.
Special shoutouts to Roger.T for his amazingly designed wallpapers, logos and the best bootanimation I ever had on my Pixel!!! If you like our work, please consider to buy Roger the first beer, and a few cups of coffee for spezi77. Cheers!
Help us help you!
If you find a bug in one of our builds, please report it here or in our Telegram Group. You MUST include the following when posting a bug report:
1. A logcat or last_kmsg
2. Kernel and mods used
3. Useful information (which build, steps for reproduction, screenshots, etc.)

Pre-requisites:
* You are familiar with helping yourself out of awkward situations. You won't defame or complain at the developer of this ROM for your misfortunes.
* You are familiar with using fastboot
* Before you are ready to flash this custom ROM, you have to install the latest factory image from October 2021
* Bootloader unlocked
* You have created a backup of your ROM & data
First time installing PixelDust ROM, or coming from another ROM:
YOU MUST HAVE RECENT FACTORY IMAGE FLASHED TO BOTH SLOTS BEFORE YOUR FIRST TIME INSTALLING ROM.
1. Flashing stock ROM / unlock bootloader (If applicable):
Follow these instructions: https://developers.google.com/android/images#crosshatch
Boot the stock ROM.
Don't setup any google account, don't add a screen lock. Just go to Settings > System > Developer options. Enable OEM unlocking.
You need to follow this guide to unlock your bootloader.
2. There are now two options for the installation. Either via TWRP (you are required to remove the screen lock) or via Sideload (for advanced users).
A. Flashing PixelDust ROM via TWRP:
Important: Before you begin, remove the screen lock (password/PIN/pattern) or change to "Swipe". Go to Settings > Security >Screen lock.
Download the ROM and both TWRP files (img + zip) (for download links see above).
Boot fastboot mode.
Connect the phone to the Computer with USB cord.
Copy twrp-3.6.0_11-0_CPTB-20211219-01-crosshatch.img to the platform-tools folder or folder that has fastboot in it and rename it twrp.img.
Open a Command Prompt.
At the Command Prompt type and press enter.
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img
If requested, swipe to allow modifications.
Tap "Wipe", then tap "Format data" and type yes to continue.
Copy the rom zip and twrp-installer-3.6.0_11-0_CPTB-20211219-01-crosshatch.zip to your device.
Tap "Install", select the rom zip, tap "Add more Zips", select the twrp-installer.zip and Swipe Slider to install.
When install is successful tap on "Reboot", then tap on the first list item "System".
B. Flashing PixelDust ROM via sideload:
Download the ROM and boot image (for download links see above)
Boot fastboot mode
Connect the phone to the Computer with USB cord.
Flash the boot image (this allows stock recovery to flash unsigned rom zip)
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot_caf_xxx.img
Wipe userdata (required for first PixelDust/Android 12 install)
Code:
fastboot erase userdata
Reboot into fastbootd
Code:
fastboot reboot fastboot
Use volume keys and power button to select "Enter Recovery"
Select "Apply Update from ADB"
Sideload the ROM zip
Code:
adb sideload PixelDust-SaltedCaramel-caf-crosshatch-user-20220107-2246.zip
Reboot
Dirty flashing PixelDust ROM (coming from Android 12):
Just skip the step "Format data" / "Wipe userdata"

Thank you for your work! Great rom, but the back gesture usually don't do anything. And when I use icon packs their shape on the main screen is always the same and can't be change.

1. Back gesture
Pls check whether you have enabled the option "Accidental touch". This could interfere with the back gesture.
2. Icon pack
It is likely that the icon pack has a problem or isn't compatible with Android 10. I have installed this pack and it works like a charm: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arandompackage.flatconsblack

I noticed that my phone doesn't get into fast charging mode anymore. It just says 'Charging' and noticeably charges the phone very slow, is there a way to acknowledge this issue? Thanks!
Being that this is a CAF ROM, does the 3rd party kernel also need to be CAF specific? Or would something like Elemental X work?

So, I went back to Stock Android Q as fast charging is a deal breaker for me and it seems to be working. Are other users facing this issue as well? If yes, may be it could be added to known issues. If not, I will try to flash the ROM again with a clean wipe hoping it will fix the issue for me
