So we have it on pixel 2 now, I think the p5 would also benefit from some of pixel experiences ROM features. More so when the plus version is released.
Is pixel experience being worked on for p5??

You have it on the Pixel 2 now because updates have stopped for that device. Maybe the Pixel Experience ROM will come to the 5 in three years when updates are over.

Been perusing the forums but haven't found any success. Hoping someone has an option. Recently setup a Google Pixel XL for a friend, which has virtually identical hardware, and the performance difference was night and day: the Pixel KILLS the G6. I can only assume the difference is all the BS bloat trash LG preinstalls, but without root I've found no way to get rid of it. I've got TWRP and have at least once reverted to the G firmware with Android 7, but that's about it.
Any options?
Thanks in advance!
aosp extended (aex) or aquarios might be suited for you. I've using aex quite some times and the developer is still actively maintains it's project. though, don't expect 100% performance increase. The most noticable issues are Camera app and AlwayOnDisplay still has no perfect solution for that.
Call me dumb, but I'm curious what the drive is looking at say 8.1 vs 9.0. I've had the pixel 2 XL for a while so I've been on pie since release, however it hasn't really been that great in my opinion.
Since they can still provide security updates but not version updates, why do people consider it a flaw because the note 9 doesn't have pie?
The notifications, for example. (I think) Moving from 8.1 to 9.0 moved the clock and reduced the icons down to 4 presumably due to the "notch". Phones like the note 9 or pixel 2, that's not a lot of wasted space and I miss certain icons now.
Back in the day, big updates added a good bit of new, usable functions. These days, I'm just not seeing it.

The Note 9 does have Pie.
Is there any Pixel Experience pie for the Nexus 6 ? If isn't, is there any plans to build one ?
I think it's safe to say it's unlikely there will be new development on the 6 year old N6. I'm impressed there are ROMs getting updates still [emoji106]
Can someone work on building pixel experience or lineage... RR for s20fe ....
In my experience it would make this device a real flagship
both PE and Lineage have been built for the 5G but the guys working on them can't get SIM cards to be detected after months of trying. they've taken a break from it.
I had an online chat with someone at OnePlus expressing my dissatisfaction that the final 7Pro build was still Android 12. (I didn't bother to mention that I had abandoned their stock Android a year or more ago when updates became almost non-existent.)
This person told me that the 7Pro phone was not capable of running Android 13.
I presently have the newest Lineage Android 13 installed and running like a champ.
OnePlus has fallen so far since I bought my 7Pro. A year later I bought an 8Pro and sold it off as I didn't like it. I bought a Pixel 6Pro and love it. OnePlus was briefly the developer's and power users' go to phone but that ended suddenly. Now I wouldn't consider another OnePlus phone. As I said my 7Pro is doing great with Android 13 and OnePlus is a lying has been.
My cousin has the 10 and it seems like it could be pretty fire

There are several Android 13 ROMs for OnePlus 7 Pro. I've been using Lineage 20 for several months. It is my preferred ROM.
OnePlus 7 Pro ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries, & Other D
Improve your OnePlus 7 Pro's battery life, performance, and look by rooting it and installing a custom ROM, kernel, and more.

You'll probably need to download Gapps too.

Good luck friend.

But will it ever run custom ROMs? We haven't seen much progress with any of the other post-Oppo-acquisition OnePlus phones.
