Me too. Won't boot. Strange thing that the script mentiones that this ROM is only for Galaxy A7.
Installation went fine but as I said I am as well stuck at the Samsung logo.

flash magisk over rom and wait 5 6 mins in the stuck bootlogo

Install the Russian firmware with the home csc to keep your data.

I redownloaded and tried again but no success. For confirmation I flashed ProtaxV1 afterwards and everything went fine.

I just did that, flashed the first highlighted file with odin:
No success, stuck at samsung boot logo
Did a full wipe btw.

This is what me2151 answered to my question if the N9500 is supported or not and it is not supported and no plans to support it. Only US based Qualcomm devices are supported by SamFAIL root method.

Knox was tripped to 0x1 as expected... Magisc is running pretty good except the know issue that it sometimes disappear and i have to restart so it is "rooted" again. Only thing that im not happy about is that i have a badge notification on the settings icon because device is rooted and i dont know how to remove it without disabling the badge app, here are my screenshots

Hi there, I rooted using the same method but unfotunately every time I have done it when I login into my google account the phone sofbricks with the FRP lock and nothing else can be done, just reinstall the stock rom and start again all the process. Can somebody help me to understand whats happening and how to avoid it? The device is the Note 8 N9500

The "Razer Phone 2 Aura" has me confused.
I have a Razer Phone 2. That's it. No special edition or anything.
So, would this work on my phone? I'd like to root/flash a ROM on it as soon as it's off warranty.
I only ask because I don't wanna do something that would possibly brick my device.

All official codenames since release have been aura for the global variant, linus for the CHK variant, and bolt for the ATT variant, even in Play Console. As well as all factory images reflect this information.

It's not the Answer. I was asking about If Razer Phone 2 have Boot Animation or not. I guess you don't know what's the Boot Animation. Boot Splash and Boot Animation are complete different. I'm getting Razer Phone 2 on Christmas.

can i zip the .img and flash through recovery? my computer has trouble with fastboot. id have to use another computer that i dont have atm but i was wondering if it make a difference to zip it etc

1. No, you can't "enable NFC" by flashing other region firmware. India version doesn't have hardware nfc. If you want nfc that badly, buy another phone with nfc from beginning
2. Fix it in service center, flashing global won't magically fix it, it might even hard brick your phone
